plane crash that occurred in Ahmedabad, which claimed the lives of more than 250 people. The tragedy became even more critical as the aircraft crashed into the BJ Medical College hostel mess.

Prabhas took to his Instagram Stories to reflect on the calamity: 'A truly sad moment for the country. My thoughts and deepest condolences to the families impacted by the Ahmedabad crash,' he wrote.
Shah Rukh Khan also posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account, saying: 'Absolutely heartbroken with the news about the crash in Ahmedabad… my prayers for the victims, their families, and all affected.'
Earlier, celebrities including Sunny Deol, Kangana Ranaut, Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, and Riteish Deshmukh also shared their condolences.
Akshay Kumar and Vishnu Manchu have cancelled the pre-release event of their much-awaited film Kannappa in light of the tragic incident. The event, which was scheduled to take place in Indore on 13 June, and the trailer release of the film were both delayed due to the tragedy.
Around the same time, Salman Khan also cancelled one of his events, which was set to take place on the same day, in solidarity with those affected by the devastating news.
Prabhas' work front
On the work front, Prabhas is gearing up for the release of his much-anticipated film 'The Raja Saab'. He is also set to collaborate with Sandeep Reddy Vanga for 'Spirit', which features Triptii Dimri as the female lead. He will also appear in 'Kalki 2898 AD Part 2.'

Many news outlets ( had reported this wholesome story at the AND CHAOSAnother video ( showing smoke and an atmosphere of panic inside an airplane is also being shared as footage from inside the ill-fated Air India flight. Some people can be heard crying for help. Fact: A quick reverse search of the viral video led us to a March 2023 post ( by the Turkish aviation platform Hava Sosyal Medya. As per the post, this incident happened inside a Ryanair aircraft, an Irish airliner. However, we did not find any credible news reports about such an incident in a Ryanair aircraft in looking further, we found that there was one such incident in 2020 ( when a Ryanair flight on its way to Stansted Airport in London abruptly turned back and landed at the Romanian capital of Bucharest due to the cabin filling up with smoke. The visuals related to this incident ( were very similar to the viral video.A spokesperson for Ryanair had told The Sun ( that unidentified smoke in the cabin was possibly caused by the de-icing fluid being ingested through the air conditioning system. Fact: We found this video in a 2023 Daily Mail report ( about terrifying turbulence experiences of passengers. In the report, this video has been attributed to TikTok user "skytleea". However, the post has since been found an older version of this video which was posted on YouTube ( in October 2022. Clearly, it doesn't have anything to do with the recent Air India AND SCREAMSMany shared ( a video of a horrified man praying inside a plane in connection with the Air India accident. Some people can also be heard screaming in the background. An archive of the clip can be viewed here ( Fact: Using reverse search, we found that this video was shared ( on May 17 by an Instagram user. This means that this video is at least a month old. Many on social media also pointed out that the design and colour scheme of the plane seen in the viral video is quite similar to the aircraft of carefully looking at the video, one can see "How time flies" written behind the seat of the passengers. The same tagline can be seen written behind seats on the other IndiGo aircraft, such as in this video ( shared by the Border Security Force (BSF) on June 11. The teaser of the highly anticipated Prabhas' movie, The Raja Saab, is said to have been leaked online. The official launch of the teaser is scheduled on June 16, 2025 (Monday). Reports said stills and clips from the teaser were leaked online on June 13, 2025 (Friday). The movie, directed by Maruthi (Bhale Bhale Magadivoy), is bankrolled by People Media Factory. The Raja Saab is touted to be a horror comedy. The pan-Indian film, originally shot in Telugu, is slated to release worldwide on December 05, 2025.
