Who could the Boston Celtics trade during the offseason?
After a disappointing end to the Boston Celtics' season, there is a growing expectation that the roster will undergo reconstruction this summer. Brad Stevens is unlikely to keep an expensively built team together now that Jayson Tatum has been ruled out for the 2025-26 season.
As such, there's no telling who will stay or go in the coming months. Trades are fickle that way. Stevens may have to include a key member of the rotation in a package if he feels like the return is in the franchise's best interests. Fortunately, Boston's roster only needs minor tweaks rather than being torn down to the foundations and rebuilt.
During a recent episode of the "Taylor Talks Celtics" podcast, Adam Taylor broke down his list of most likely Celtics trade candidates. He ranked the players most likely to be traded and those more likely to remain with the team. Of course, veteran talents such as Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis were both primary discussion points.

His stay with the team would span parts of five seasons, ending when he was dealt to the Milwaukee Bucks in 1995.
