Victoria Beckham is almost upstaged by stylist pal Ken Paves as she conducts new make-up tutorial midway through a hair appointment
Victoria Beckham was almost upstaged by stylist pal Ken Paves as she gave fans the latest in a series of make-up tutorials on Tuesday afternoon.
The former Spice Girl is currently in Dubai for the launch of a new clothing capsule collection with Middle Eastern e-commerce brand Ounass.
But she found time to give social media followers some invaluable beauty tips while getting her hair prepped by Paves - a Los Angeles based stylist whose clients include Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez - during a break in her hectic schedule.
But her latest video was overshadowed by the two prominent curling brushes holding her long brunette locks away from her face as she joked: 'I'm just looking at my hair because Ken is prepping my hair.
'I think there's been so much talk about brushes - make-up brushes - that Ken has been feeling a little bit left out of the conversation, so he has added brushes in a very big way to my prep.'
The fashion designer went on to guide followers through the steps required to perfect the 'Bordeaux smokey eye' effect with her latest range of VB cosmetics.
Victoria, who celebrated her 51st birthday in April, travelled to the United Arab Emirates with daughter Harper ro launch her new capsule range of clothing over the weekend.
On Monday evening, the fashion-conscious 13-year old mirrored Victoria by wearing a near identical silver gown during an intimate dinner in the Emirates, held to celebrate her mother's recent collaboration with Middle Eastern e-commerce brand Ounass.
Victoria looked typically stylish in a draped metallic dress and perspex heels while rubbing shoulders with fellow guests at the exclusive gathering.
Joining her mother, Harper opted for an elegant floor-length halter-neck in matching silver as they dined out in the Emirates.
Sharing a handful of photos from Dubai with her Instagram followers, Victoria wrote: 'Behind the scenes at last night's intimate dinner in Dubai to celebrate the exclusive Victoria Beckham capsule with @Ounass.'
In earlier Instagram posts from Dubai the fashion designer had modelled a striking blue silk gown, which was cinched in at the waist to show off her toned physique.
Sharing a photo of the outfit, she wrote: 'So excited to be here in Dubai to celebrate my capsule for @ounass!
Harper Beckham (second right) proved the apple doesn't fall far from the tree as she joined her mother (third right) for the launch of a new capsule collection in Dubai on Monday evening
'Coming here and seeing how Emirati women are wearing my clothes and making them their own brings me so much joy.
'Discover the exclusive capsule collection alongside a selection of SS25 pieces at Ounass Maison and online at ounass.com and VictoriaBeckham.com.'
While Victoria celebrated her 51st birthday in April, husband David - absent during Monday's trip to the Emirates - will usher in his milestone 50th on May 2.
But the celebratory air appeared to be soured after the Daily Mail reported that the couple's eldest son Brooklyn failed to wish his mother a happy birthday on social media.
There was nothing from his wife Nicola Peltz either – despite the actress sharing photos from her weekend at Coachella Music and Arts Festival in southern California.
Their social media silence comes after Victoria and David appeared to publicly blank Brooklyn and Nicola's third wedding anniversary.
In earlier Instagram posts from Dubai the fashion designer had modelled a striking blue silk gown, which was cinched in at the waist to show off her toned physique
Neither wished them a happy anniversary – and didn't even 'like' or comment on the couple's post about their milestone.
Ahead of Victoria's latest trip to Dubai, husband David quipped that she had helped herself to his prized vegetables while he gave fans a glimpse of his homegrown produce on Saturday.
Taking to Instagram, the Manchester United and England legend showcased his collection of radishes in his Cotswolds home.
The couple were seen spending some time together in their garden as David rummaged through his plot.
Victoria playfully dubbed him an 'ageing fashion icon', to which he replied that it was 'good for the mind'.

The 38-year-old later posed in the mirror, showing off her incredible curves in the same swimsuit. Lauren's photoshoot comes after she donned a jaw-dropping low-cut swimsuit while posing in the pool earlier this week. She flaunted her surgically-enhanced cleavage in the plunging costume, with the caption: 'Sun-kissed and salty hair.' Lauren revealed last month that she is having her 'heavy' breast implants removed and can't wait to go back to a 'natural look'. She admitted her breasts were 'perfect' before, though they now 'make her look big' as she opened up about her breast-reduction journey on Instagram on Monday. The reality star shared a snap of herself posing in a sheer dusty pink baby doll, showing off her very ample assets. She wrote in the lengthy caption: '11 years ago I had a breast augmentation, one of the things I regret later in life. 'I had the perfect boobs .. they have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for 1 year they have now changed and I've always found they make me look bigger! 'Also they are heavy and I don't like the idea of an implant being in me all these years and I miss my old boob so much.. so after looking around I've found someone that I feel really keen with having my consultation with @marksolomos 'This is a HUGE step for me I've wanted to have them removed for so long but suffering with serve anxiety surgery is the last thing I can do ! Lauren finished: 'So it's early stages but I am bringing you a long with me! 'I'm terrified but also for health reasons I'm having implants removed and bring back more to my normal self wanting to reverse everything back to natural.' Lauren put on a brave face as she arrived at the airport last week to jet to Portugal for TOWIE after admitting she was scared to leave her daughter Larose for the first time. Just hours before she was pictured at the departures terminal, Lauren told her fans she was worried about leaving her little girl and combatting her flying fear. Lauren welcomed Larose, four, with her then-boyfriend Charles Drury and revealed how she had not left her daughter to go on holiday since her birth. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Lauren posted a selfie and wrote: '5am and I'm on my way to the airport. I have not done this in over 5 years! 'I feel many mixed emotions. SO proud of myself as I was awake most of the night thinking shall I just not go... 'As I hug my baby felt like I was awake all night kissing her, she is nearly 4 years old and I've never ever left her to go away or do anything for me.' She continued: 'Thank you @ITV @itvoffical and all of the TOWIE family @towie for helping me with this and most importantly something I'm going share with you very soon that's helped me come this far.' TOWIE have reportedly splashed £150,000 on a cast getaway to celebrate the show's 15th anniversary. Filming began on June 6 and fan favourites will stay at the five-star resort in the Algarve for a two-week trip. Before she flew to Portugal, Lauren shared a selfie where she opened up about her fears over flying for the first time in five years Lauren pictured with her daughter Larose before the trip There is expected to be a production team of over 95 people involved, which makes it one of the largest international operations the show has ever done. David Beckham's rollercoaster journey from Leyton Orient trial to a knighthood
Telling the aspiring young footballer he would go on to play for Manchester United and Real Madrid, captain England, marry a pop star and become one of the most recognisable faces on the planet, fronting global brands, might well have seemed just as far-fetched. It was, though, not an easy journey for the former midfielder, who turned 50 in May, to achieve all of that success, both on and off the pitch – with the 2025 Sunday Times Rich List showing the estimated combined net worth of Beckham and his wife Victoria at £500million. A post shared by David Beckham (@davidbeckham) Born in Leytonstone, east London, Beckham had a trial at local team Leyton Orient and also attended Tottenham's school of excellence – but his father Ted, a staunch Manchester United fan, remained determined he would go on to play at Old Trafford. After coming through the club's academy as part of the famed 'Class of 92', Beckham announced himself to the Premier League on the opening day of the 1996-97 season with a memorable goal from the halfway line against Wimbledon. While there were plenty of doubters as to what he could go on to achieve, Beckham answered them and more – claiming six Premier League titles and two FA Cups with Sir Alex Ferguson's all-conquering side as well as a dramatic 1999 Champions League final victory over Bayern Munich at the Nou Camp. International success, however, proved elusive for Beckham as England's so-called 'golden generation' repeatedly came up short. In a Netflix documentary series, released during October 2023, Beckham revealed he still cannot forgive himself for the abuse his family suffered amid the fallout from his red card at the 1998 World Cup for kicking the back of Diego Simeone's leg during the last-16 clash against Argentina in Saint-Etienne – which left him a 'mess'. A pub hung up an effigy of the midfielder and Beckham received a hostile reception from rival fans around the country when he returned to action for United the following season but, despite the backlash, he went on to become an integral part of the national team. Beckham, possessing an expert dead-ball strike, took on the armband in 2000 for six years through two World Cup tournaments and still stands third on the all-time appearance list with 115 caps. However, the continued glare of the spotlight off the pitch, with Beckham having married Spice Girls singer Victoria in a star-studded ceremony in July 1999, saw his relationship with Ferguson cool – a cut eye from a boot kicked by the Scot in the changing room further fuelling speculation over his future at United. In the summer of 2003, having made almost 400 appearances for United and scoring 85 goals, a £25million switch to Real Madrid followed as Beckham became the latest 'Galactico' signing by club president Florentino Perez. Beckham would go on to win the LaLiga title before he departed for LA Galaxy in 2007 and collected the MLS Cup twice, spending two loan stints at AC Milan along the way. In January 2013, Beckham returned to Europe with Paris St Germain, later announcing his decision to retire at the end of the season, when he signed off with a Ligue 1 winners' medal. Beckham's impact off the pitch, though, had already long been established before eventually hanging up his boots at the age of 38. Already thinking about life after football during his time in the United States, Beckham became a co-owner of the Inter Miami franchise – with the club entering Major League Soccer for the 2020 campaign and now boasting Lionel Messi on the teamsheet. The world is a very tough place for millions of children and a global funding crisis is leaving them more vulnerable. In response, ahead of his 50th birthday, David Beckham is launching a fundraiser for UNICEF, to help children dream and thrive. Donate: — UNICEF (@UNICEF) April 15, 2025 A multi-million-pound lifetime deal with Adidas, signed in 2003, had secured his financial future away from the game. Other lucrative, high-profile endorsements down the years have ranged from fashion designers Calvin Klein, Armani and Hugo Boss to tech giants Samsung, Haig Club whisky and Stella Artois as well as kitchen appliance manufacturer Ninja. Beckham, who was made an OBE for services to football in 2003, has long been involved with children's charity UNICEF, and is a co-owner of film production company Studio 99. In 2024, Beckham was appointed Ambassador for The King's Foundation which works globally to create sustainable communities through placemaking projects and also transform lives through practical education programmes.
