Conor McGregor responds after being seen kissing mystery woman

McGregor has taken to social media for the first time since he was pictured getting close to a mystery woman in Florida - but the UFC legend didn't address the incident
Conor McGregor has broken his social media silence following explosive snaps of him getting cosy with a mystery woman in Florida.
The former two-weight UFC champion was caught on camera enjoying himself at a Fort Lauderdale beach on Sunday, where he was spotted jet skiing before cuddling up to an unknown dark-haired woman - who was not his long-term partner Dee Devlin.

The 37-year-old was photographed laying out a towel for the mystery lady before wrapping his arm around her shoulders, with The Sun reporting the 'Notorious' appeared to relish the attention from female admirers nearby. The explosive images quickly went viral across social media and McGregor has now broken his silence.

In a post uploaded to social media, the UFC legend opted AGAINST addressing the incident and instead wished himself a happy birthday. Taking X - formerly known as Twitter - he wrote: "Happy birthday to me," reports All Out Fighting.
McGregor celebrated turning 37 on Monday amid the fresh scandal, though his long-standing fiancee Dee appears to be standing by her man despite the compromising photographs. Devlin and McGregor, who have been engaged since 2020, are proud parents to four children.
The couple first crossed paths as teenagers in a nightclub, and Devlin has been a constant support throughout McGregor's MMA career. Following McGregor's recent controversy, his fiancee shared a fan account's birthday message on social media that said: "Happy Birthday to the person who always keeps Dee entertained and makes her smile." She then posted a series of photos of herself with McGregor.

Last year, four years into their engagement, McGregor opened up about their wedding plans, expressing his eagerness to tie the knot with Devlin. He said: "My lady is my long-time lady," and continued, "We are set to get married soon, we are just trying to find a location. I am ready to go; we are just trying to get a location."
"Is it at home? I'd like for it to be at home. We are deciding on a location. Hopefully, we get the marriage done, and that is what I'm looking forward to. These are the decisions we have. I go between do we want an extreme and extravagant. It will be extravagant and I will spare no cost for sure for my lady and my family but is it invite everyone or is it private, these are the things we are trying to figure out. We are private people but we wouldn't like to do it and think we should have done it a bit bigger. So we are in decision mode at moment, but let's see, things are good. But that's my lady all the way, the highs or lows before all of this."
When is Conor McGregor's next fight?
McGregor has been out of action since his defeat to Dustin Poirier in 2021. His anticipated bout with ex-Bellator champ Michael Chandler last year was scrapped due to an injury he sustained while training. The Irish fighter's last victory inside the octagon was against Donald Cerrone at welterweight in 2020. Despite a lengthy hiatus, the 37-year-old has now declared that he plans to make a return to the UFC at their White House event next year.
Many fans had lost faith in McGregor's return to mixed martial arts, but the Dubliner has hinted at yet another comeback. At a press conference for a Bare Knuckle FC event, where McGregor holds co-ownership, he dropped a bombshell announcement. He stated: "It's looking like I'm headed to the Oval Office again. That's where I'm headed next." The crowd responded to his revelation with enthusiastic applause.

Britain's Got Talent judge quits panel as huge star 'in talks' to take over iconic gig

A Britain's Got Talent judge has reportedly sensationally quit the iconic ITV talent show. Bruno Tonioli has reportedly decided to step away from the show after just two series on the judging panel. It has been reported that newcomer KSI is the star who is in talks to become Bruno's permanent replacement. Rumours had circulated that the Italian TV personality may find it impossible to film the next series of the show with his commitment to filming Dancing with the Stars in America - with both reportedly taking place this autumn. However, Bruno has now officially quit the ITV show, according to insiders. Bruno, 69, joined the judging panel in 2023 following David Walliams ' departure. He quickly became a fan favourite as he joined Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon on the iconic panel. Despite Simon's efforts to keep him on the show, Bruno's ongoing commitments to Dancing With The Stars has reportedly now made it impossible for him to continue on the show. A show insider confirmed the news to The Sun, as they stated: 'Bruno has officially quit Britain's Got Talent and they are hoping that KSI will replace him. "He absolutely loved being on the panel with Simon, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden but Bruno just can't juggle his schedule with filming. There is no bad blood and Bruno is leaving with a smile on his face.' Earlier this week, rumours had circulated about Bruno quitting the show as a source said: "The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions. "But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026." They added that there is "absolutely no ill feeling about the situation" and that it is purely down to difficult schedules. The Mirror understands that conversations around this year's BGT line-up are still underway. Rapper and internet personality KSI is currently tipped to replace Bruno if he leaves, with the rapper having filled in for the ex Strictly star on a number of occasions in the last series. He proved to be a massive hit with viewers when he joined the panel for BGT's Blackpool auditions and went on to appear at the live semi-finals. Meanwhile, comedian Alan Carr is also reportedly in the running, having previously revealed that he was originally in talks to take over from David Walliams. Back in 2023, the long-standing friend of Amanda Holden revealed that the show had told him that he would be joining BGT before later confirming that Bruno had landed the role. "I don't really know what went on. It was that awful thing of people saying I was devastated. I was on the set of my sitcom, which I wrote and I'm producing, so I was not devastated about not being on BGT," he said. He added that he later saw Simon Cowell at a party held by Amanda Holden and joked about missing out on the judging role, to which Simon replied: "That's showbizness." The Mirror has approached a Britain's Got Talent spokesperson for comment on this story.

BGT boss Simon Cowell, 65, desperately tried to persuade Bruno to stay but, due to scheduling clashes with his Dancing With The Stars work in the US, the pair could not make it work. A source said: 'Bruno has officially quit Britain's Got Talent and they are hoping that KSI will replace him. 'He absolutely loved being on the panel with Simon, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden but Bruno just can't juggle his schedule with filming. 'There is no bad blood and Bruno is leaving with a smile on his face. 'KSI, who was a replacement for Bruno on shows he missed last year, is in talks about coming on board full time.' The Sun revealed earlier this month that Bruno was on the cusp of stepping down because his schedule meant he could not film auditions in Blackpool and Birmingham this autumn. KSI, 32, was a huge hit with viewers when he stepped in for Bruno during last year's Blackpool auditions and made a guest appearance during the live semi-finals. Bruno Tonioli set to QUIT Britain's Got Talent judging gig as two favourites to replace him revealed The Sun exclusively revealed last month that there was a shake-up in the filming for the next series, which would split the auditions between Blackpool and Birmingham. The live semi-finals, which account for the second half of the newly-lengthened series, will still be filmed in London. Speaking about the acts who appeared on this year's final in May, which was won by magician Harry Moulding, Bruno said: 'The standard was incredible. 'I feel like I'm not even judging, I'm commenting from my heart. 'I know how hard it is to perform in front of an audience.' The next series of BGT is scheduled to air on ITV next April. The Sun is keeping the pairings quiet to maintain a surprise for fans. But a Villa source hinted: 'It's fair to say the fallout of the Grafties has had major repercussions. 'No one would've seen this recoupling coming a week ago. 'Usually Love Island gets a little predictable in the final days but this lot are still moving mad.' The Sun has contacted ITV for comment. Meanwhile, the final is on Monday, August 4 - just 10 days away. Viewers watched as the show's brutal Grafties ceremony left the villa divided. Tonight's episode will see the fallout - with Harry Cooksley cornered by several Islanders. His fellow villa boys warn him about his actions towards Helena and Shakira. Love Island fans claim desperate Harry is 'picking fight' with Helena in a bid to hook up with her villa rival They are also seen cornering him about comments that were exposed in the explosive Grafties. Following the ceremony, Conor seeks some answers from Harry in the Den, asking: 'Is it just the thing of, you want what you can't have?' 'You know by flirting with her [Shakira] what you're doing, you're prodding her, what is that for?' While Helena finally called him out over his flirting and comments towards several other girls in the villa in a dramatic showdown at the Firepit. Elsewhere, OG Islanders Megan and Blu made a dramatic return to the villa. The pair were both dumped earlier this series but have been brought back in a shocking twist. The public previously turned on Megan after she dumped Tommy for Conor in her final few days. Megan was voted least favourite girl after dumping Tommy for Conor, before being axed. Blu was dumped after being left single - and had to fight for his place opposite bombshell Shea. But when the boys couldn't come to a decision, the other Islanders voted out Blu. Love Island airs on ITV2 and ITVX.
