How worried should we be that Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown is getting knee injections?
How worried should we be that star Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown is getting knee injections for the pain from a bone bruise and impingement? Fans of the Celtics got themselves a bit of a bombshell in terms of late-season news from senior ESPN reporter Ramona Shelburne.
Shelburne revealed in a recent article that Brown has been getting pain injections to help him manage the discomfort the injuries to his right knee have been causing him. Is this a minor blip before the start of the 2025 NBA Playoffs, or a potentially serious setback to the Celtics 2025 title hopes?
The cohost of the CLNS Media "How Bout Them Celtics!" podcast, Jack Simone, linked up with cohost of the "Celtics Lab" podcast, Cameron Tabatabaie, as they dove into the revelation on a recent episode.

Should the Boston Celtics take St. Joe's forward Rasheer Fleming in the 2025 NBA draft?
Should the Boston Celtics take St. Joe's forward Rasheer Fleming in the 2025 NBA draft? Should the Boston Celtics take St. Joe's forward Rasheer Fleming in the 2025 NBA draft? A 6-foot-9.5 swingman checking in at 232 lbs., Fleming is just under 21 years old and played last season as a junior. Owner of an absurd 7-foot-5 inch wingspan, the Camden, New Jersey native is a disruptive defender who logged 1.5 blocks and 1.8 steals per game playing 31.3 minutes per contest last season while pulling down 8.5 boards per game as well. And he is not just a defensive wunderkind, with Fleming putting up 14.7 points per game while shooting a very solid 39.0% from beyond the arc on 4.5 attempts per contest, 74.3% from the free throw line, and 53.1% from the floor overall. Projected to go anywhere from the middle of the first round to early in the second, so there's a chance Boston might need to move up to get him, but he could very well be more than worth it. The hosts of the CLNS Media "How Bout Them Celtics!" podcast, Jack Simone and Sam LaFrance, took some time on a recent episode of their show to talk it over. Check it out below! Does Boston Celtics guard Derrick White have more trade value in the NBA than Jaylen Brown?
Does Boston Celtics point guard Derrick White have more trade value in the NBA than Jaylen Brown does? At least one national league analyst believes that this is the case due to the ability of the University of Colorado alum to fit into pretty much any sort of roster and contribute to winning on both ends of the court. And there is also the contract of both players to consider. While Brown may hit higher heights when healthy than White is able to on a regular basis, he also makes nearly twice what the Colorado native does per year -- and has a better injury history as well. The analyst in question, Dan Devine of Yahoo Sports, recently sat down with the hosts of the CLNS Media "Celtics Beat" podcast, Adam Kaufman and Evan Valenti, to talk it over. Advertisement Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about why White might actually have more trade value around the league.
