Lady Gaga painfully slips mid-performance landing in front of crowd

Metro3 days ago
Lady Gaga painfully slipped and fell during a performance in Las Vegas this weekend.
The singer, 39, performed her hit song Vanish Into You at her Mayhem Ball show at the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night.
The crowd were loving the hit song, and the star was met with huge applause as she entered the corridors around the stage to greet fans.
Unfortunately for Gaga, she was wearing a long sparkled black cape, a matching leotard and a pair of knee-high boots, which didn't have quite enough friction against the slick floor.
As she rounded the corner of the stage, she slipped and slapped into the ground, landing painfully on her hip.
The star smacked into the ground directly in front of the audience, with many of them capturing the moment on their phones.
Gaga quickly scrambled to her feet with the help of her boduuguards, who were quick to get her back up on her feet.
Not skipping a beat, the singer continued to belt out her record and greet fans at the barricade at the front of the stage.
Although she was able to persevere, fans were still concerned about her following the nasty tumble.
'Omg her hip!? 😣' said quemasjessi.
'Gaga please your hip gurlll we still have a full tour ahead of us 😭😭😭' said daniellekatsav.

'Did she slip on her cape?? omg 😭' said lindsayglovecompartment.
The singer's tour kicked off on Wednesday, July 16, last week in Paradise, Nevada and isn't set to conclude until January 2026, with a final performance scheduled to take place in Tokyo, Japan.
On Tuesday, July 22, the star paid tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne while performing in San Francisco.
The singer wore a top with his face on it and played one of his hit songs, Crazy Train.
The Grammy award-winning artist proudly showed her shirt to the camera before headbanging along with her dancers.
The group then joined hands and took a bow to the audience together, closing out the show.
When the singer announced the tour in March 2025, Gaga was sued by Lost International, a lifestyle and surf brand. More Trending
The group allegedly filed a $100,000,000 trademark infringement lawsuit against the Abracadabra hitmaker, alleging that Gaga has 'attempted to misappropriate the 'Mayhem' name, trademark, and stylized mark by releasing an album called Mayhem, launching a tour with that same name, and selling clothing and accessories with that name.'
The suit, seen by Rolling Stone, was filed on Tuesday, March 25, and claims the group attempted to give notice about the alleged infringement.
Gaga's lawyer hit back, stating it was a 'disappointing' and 'opportunistic abuse of the legal system'.

EastEnders star confirms different side to Oscar as things take a turn

Oscar Branning (Pierre Moullier) is set to do something 'awful' to Peter Beale (Thomas Law) in EastEnders next week. The newcomer has made quite the impact on Albert Square and viewers alike ever since he arrived in the BBC One soap last week. Sister Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) was forced to take him in after being released from a three-month stretch in a young offenders institute, where he'd spent time for joyriding. Their mum Tanya (Jo Joyner) had made it clear that he wasn't welcome to return to her house as a result of the dodgy characters he was hanging around with. When Oscar tipped off the police about their involvement in the car robbery, they attempted to petrol bomb his property, mistakenly targeting the neighbours instead. Despite his attempts to escape his brutish mates, they've tracked him down to Walford and are seeking revenge. 'Oscar feels threatened as Mike (Tai Hilferink) is a serious guy who doesn't seem to care about getting caught or the consequences,' actor Pierre told us. 'Since he arrived in the Square, Oscar has been all fun and games, but you'll see another side of him this week because Mike wants to make him suffer for what he's done!' To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video And Pierre's right – next week's episodes see him launch an attack on an apparent intruder, believing it's Mike. Lauren learns that the thug has been threatening Oscar, and has left a knife as a way of threatening him. She reckons that their their uncle Jack (Scott Maslen) should be alerted for protection. 'Oscar believes getting Jack involved will only make things worse because if Mike finds out that there's a policeman in his family, he'll be even more on [his] case,' Pierre explains. 'I think that because Oscar is a smooth talker and he's been getting himself out of tight spots all his life, he believes he can do it again…' Things soon kick off, and Jack's forced to intervene. Lauren gives her brother a final warning, but that night, his paranoia intensifies when he hears a noise coming from the hallway. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Sneaking up on a hooded figure, he goes in to attack – unaware that it's actually Peter Beale (Thomas Law) in his dressing gown. 'It's so awful for Oscar when he realises that he's done this to Peter, who has been kind enough to take him in. More Trending 'Oscar plays lots of games with people, but deep down, he'll do anything for the people he cares for, and Peter has become one of those people, so this is awful.' And, despite Oscar receiving his marching orders, Pierre reckons there could be one saving grace. 'No matter how many times he messes up, Lauren is still there for him and backing him, which really surprises him. Coronation Street character sacked as boss takes action

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Carl Webster and Kevin Webster (Jonathan Howard and Michael Le Vell) both recently made shocking discoveries about each other in Coronation Street. Kevin discovered that Carl has been using his garage as a base for stealing cars, in cahoots with a woman called Fiona. He tried to stop Fiona making off with a vehicle, but became unwell and Glenda (Jodie Prenger) had to take him to hospital. Kevin has been going through gruelling treatment for cancer, and of course the worry was that his collapse was related to his cancer. But when Carl got to the hospital and spoke to one of the doctors he was gobsmacked to learn that Kevin had been given the all-clear at his last appointment and is cancer free. Kevin has been letting his family think that he still has cancer, so Carl now had something on his brother that he could use to stop him telling the police about the stolen cars. The reason Kevin has been pretending to still have cancer is that he's secretly terrified that his wife Abi (Sally Carman) may be about to have an affair with Carl. His plan is that Abi won't leave him while she thinks he's still going through treatment, and he can use that time to make her fall in love with him again. In upcoming episodes Abi is angry with Carl for causing trouble with Kevin, and Carl has to bite his tongue to stop himself telling her about Kev's lies. But when Abi talks to Tyrone (Alan Halsall) about how to tell Kevin's son Jack (Kyran Bowes) that Kevin's treatment hasn't worked, Tyrone is forced to tell her that Kevin confessed to him a while ago that he's actually cancer-free. Abi is fuming and won't listen to Kevin's pleas that he only pretended about the cancer in order to save their marriage. It actually has the opposite effect and she goes straight off to find Carl, falling into his arms for a passionate kiss. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Much-loved Emmerdale legend attacked as Joe Tate revenge goes wrong

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) is desperate to prove to Kim Tate (Claire King) that he can be trusted. This is a big ask, given that only a short while ago in Emmerdale he was planning to drug her to help Crowley (James Hillier) steal all of her money. In coming episodes he's putting plans in motion to get Moira (Natalie J Robb)'s land to help build Kim's empire, but a beloved local resident ends up getting caught in the crossfire. Moira's farm is hanging in the balance after the disaster when slurry was released from the farm and contaminated the lake. Facing a very hefty fine, Moira fears she could lose her business altogether. Joe has been trying to take advantage of this predicament to get her to sign the land over to Kim. Kim herself has gone to Dubai, leaving the deal in Joe's hands and he knows this could be his one big chance to prove that he's someone she can depend on to get the job done. In upcoming episodes he warns Moira that he'll do whatever it takes to get their land, leaving Moira and Cain (Jeff Hordley) fuming. They try to reassure Kyle (Huey Quinn) and Isaac (Bobby Dunsmuir) that they won't lose their home, but secretly they're worried. Later the boys hear a noise in the barn and investigate. They're shocked to see two masked teenagers inside, one of whom is April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan)'s friend Dylan (Fred Kettle). Kyle and Isaac are so shocked and frightened by discovering the masked teens that Kyle arms himself with a pitchfork and accidentally stabs Dylan in the leg before Moira arrives and scares the intruders away. Cain is convinced that Joe has put the teenagers up to this and it's part of his plan to harass them into giving up the land, and he reacts in traditional Cain style by wanting to go out and get instant revenge on Joe. Moira insists that they call the police instead, and PC Swirling (Andy Moore) duly turns up to investigate. He can't find anything to pin the incident on Joe, who naturally denies any involvement. Moira is seething with anger and frustration and goes to hit Joe. Unfortunately her back-hander accidentally catches poor Lydia (Karen Blick) instead. Bless her, missing for months and returns only to get walloped. 'Lydia jumps in front of her and gets punched in the ear which is quite horrific,' Natalie J Robb told us. 'I'm devastated that it's Lydia of all people. This is bound to cause more trouble between the Dingles.' Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Who's leaving Coronation Street? Cain is worried that Lydia will press charges and has a word with her – and Sam is upset to think that Cain is issuing threats to Lydia. More Trending 'Sam doesn't like the fact that Lydia was threatened,' Natalie observed. 'I'm saying to Cain, 'You didn't threaten her, did you?' and he's like, 'No, not at all,' but obviously he does and it all comes out.
