Hombale Films of ‘KGF' and ‘Kantara' fame announces project with Hrithik Roshan
The Bengaluru-based production house Hombale Films is set to collaborate with Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. The banner, which bankrolled the KGF films and Kantara, announced the collaboration on social media.
'We proudly welcome Hrithik Roshan to the Hombale Films family for a collaboration, years in the making. A tale of grit, grandeur and glory is set to unfold, where intensity meets imagination, the Big Bang begins,' wrote Hombale Films on X (formerly Twitter).
Hrithik is awaiting the release of War 2, the sequel to the 2019 action drama. The highly anticipated Hindi movie, directed by Ayan Mukerji, has Telugu superstar Jr NTR playing the antagonist.

War 2 is set to release on August 14, 2025. The movie will clash at the box office with Lokesh Kanagaraj's Coolie, starring Rajinikanth in the lead role.

Meanwhile, Hombale Films is awaiting the release of Kantara: Chapter 1, directed by Rishab Shetty. The sequel to the 2022 sensational hit will release worldwide on October 02, 2025. The production house has announced a three-film deal with Prabhas, with the sequel to Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire being one of the movies. The production house also has an animated film, titled Mahavatar Narasimha, in its line up.

Ahead of the bout, the 29-year-old said of her former protege, 'that she's the champion that I've always wanted to be but never could be, and that's because she does not have a heart.' 'My biggest downfall is that I have too much of a heart, Mariah, you sick b****. I am proud of you, but she will soon realize that that is just not good enough,' she added in a February 12 interview with Fightful.
