In a post on Instagram, the mum-of-two also thanked those who have been by the pair's side.
Snaps of Archie and Lilibet were spotted during happy family picnics and activities.
One photo appears to show big brother Archie kissing his little sister, while another appears to show his baby scan.
Handwritten lyrics of Ben E King's Stand by Me were also displayed, along with what appears to the coat of arms approved by the late Queen when Meghan became a Duchess on her wedding in May 2018.
Royal expert Ingrid Seward told the Royal Exclusive Show how the cringey display was over the top.
She told The Sun's Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson: "I mean I've never heard of someone doing a mood board for a wedding anniversary, but maybe it does happen now.
"But I think it's... Meghan is just so Californian in everything she does.
"And that is not a criticism, that's the way they do things.
"Probably it's completely normal. But I just think it's... you can look but you can't touch sort of thing.
"You know, these are my children but they're tiny, tiny pictures so you can't see them. And aren't Harry and I happy?
"It seems to me such a very narcissistic way of doing things to celebrate an anniversary.
"Showing it to the world. Surely if they really were as happy as she makes out she wouldn't need to tell anyone.
"That's what it smacks of to me."
The duchess captioned the post: "Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories.

"Thanks to all of you (whether by our side, or from afar) who have loved and supported us throughout our love story - we appreciate you.
"Happy anniversary!"
Other pictures on the board show Harry and Meghan smiling together on a number of trips together.
They range from snowy excursions as well as visits to sunnier destinations over their seven years together.
Fellow royal expert Hugo Vickers previously told The Sun: "She obviously wants to put out the message that all is well, and that they're a happy and united family, and I guess that leaves the rest of us to make up our minds as to whether we go along with it."
However, he said while he wishes the couple no ill-will as they celebrate their wedding anniversary: "It doesn't really say very much, does it? It's sort of more of the same."
He added while it appears initially like a "glance at their life... Actually, you don't come away feeling you know anything more or anything better from it".
Mr Vickers said while many of the photos seem posed as opposed to wholly natural: "I wouldn't personally be expecting them to put anything more intimate...
"Why should they show us them sitting in front of the television? If indeed they ever do, it's just a staged thing."
The mood board post followed a loved up display put on by the pair as they attended a Beyonce's concert earlier this month.
The Sussexes were seen dancing in a luxury suite worth thousands of dollars at the singer's Cowboy Carter tour in LA.
It came as rumours circulate they are living separate lives.
Speaking on our first ever Royal Exclusive Live show, Arthur Edwards and Jennie Bond lifted the lid on the power couple's recent time apart.
Sun legend Arthur revealed how the pair are 'doing things separately now' after failing to be spotted together in three weeks.
Meanwhile Ms Bond, a royal correspondent for the last 35 years, also revealed: "Meghan is not popular. She doesn't want to come back and they are going their own ways, to some extent".
