Katie Thurston is giving an update on her cancer.
After announcing she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in February, the Bachelor Nation star shared there has been another setback with her diagnosis as her upcoming treatment had to be paused—after doctors found spots on her liver—which could be a sign of metastatic disease.
'My biopsy is scheduled Friday which would have been my treatment day,' the 34-year-old wrote on her Boobie Broadcast Channel on Instagram March 24. 'We now wait.'
Katie added that her doctor informed her that she believes the spots on her liver are cancerous, which would put her at a stage 4 diagnosis.
'She seemed to be leaning more on the cancer in the liver vs. optimistic,' she continued. 'This would put me at stage 4. I'd love to hear from my sisters who are stage 4 in terms of quality of life, motherhood, etc.'

Katie also documented the emotional portion of her I-SPY clinical trial where she received an Zoladex injection to reduce the size of tumors.
'Do I cry too much?' she said as she reflected on the needle used for the procedure. 'Hyperventilating too much? Not brave enough? I'm here to stay as long as they'll allow it.'
In additional to the clinical trial—that also includes multiple rounds of chemotherapy before surgery—Katie is doing IVF to freeze her eggs with the possibility of conceiving a child after her cancer treatment is complete.
The update comes days after Katie announced that she and Jeff Arcuri got married. The newlyweds shared the news alongside a picture of them holding hands as they walked down a street while looking back at the camera.
Katie captioned the sweet March 23 post, 'We said 'I do' on March twenty two.'
The duo's intimate backyard ceremony was attended by their parents and adopted puppy Charlie, according to Us Weekly. The pair revealed they have plans to have a bigger ceremony next spring after Katie's cancer treatments. However, the small ceremony was a token of Jeff's love.
"It was this kind gesture of him saying, truly, in sickness and in health," she told Us Weekly about their nuptials. "He is proving that he's here to stay. He shows up every day and he does it in ways that just continue to surprise."

Jason Biggs Details Getting Cocaine From Trash Can Amid Addiction

Originally appeared on E! Online Jason Biggs is getting candid about a low moment. The American Pie alum, who has been open about his addiction journey over the years, recently recalled a time from the height of his struggles in which he repeatedly retrieved drugs from the trash can. 'I lived in the gray area, but I have 'snorting dust off the floor' stories or similar to that,' Jason told Arielle Lorre on the June 4 episode of her Well podcast. 'One of my craziest stories was I was doing cocaine by myself in my house, and I did what I said was the last line.' He went on to say his wife, Jenny Mullen, was asleep upstairs and she 'didn't even know' he was awake and taking drugs, and in an effort to get himself to go to bed he put the rest of the cocaine into their trash can. 'Within 15 minutes, as soon as my last bump is wearing off, what am I doing?' Jason remembered. 'I go into my trash, and I take it out and I do a line.' More from E! Online Kailyn Lowry's Son Isaac Introduces New Name Miley Cyrus Reveals Clever Way She Hid Money She Spent on Drugs From Her Accountant Another Summer House Star Announces Exit Amid Paige DeSorbo's Departure Afterwards, he instead put the rest of the cocaine into the trash can in front of his house, telling himself, 'OK, I'm done,' before going back inside and intending to take an Ambien to help him sleep. 'Before I took the Ambien, I was like, 'One more,'' he said. 'I went outside and I climbed into the trash bin and got the bag of coke and went upstairs and did another line. I was like, 'What the f--k am I doing? This is absolutely insane.'' This time, the Orange Is The New Black alum—who shares Sid, 11, and Lazlo, 7, with Jenny—said he drove down Sunset Boulevard to dispose of the cocaine in a trash can down there, going so far as to put the bag in a coffee cup that still had coffee inside. Yet, as he detailed, when his last bump wore off he once again found himself driving back to the trash can and retrieving the drugs. 'I could have easily opened the baggie and dumped it down the toilet, but I didn't,' he said. 'That's too final. I knew I was going to finish that bag the moment I got it, but I kept playing this game with myself. That was very close to rock bottom.' And at the time, the 47-year-old's life was consumed by his addiction. 'For me, it was the obsession over it,' he explained. 'It was wake up and immediately think, 'How am I going to get my first line?' to 'When is this going to happen? What do I have today?'' In fact, he planned his schedule around when he could take drugs, adding, 'It was exhausting and I was sort of consumed mentally.' Now sober for more than seven years, Jason can look back and see how much happier he is, calling sobriety 'freeing.' 'There is a freedom,' he explained, 'that comes with not having to do those things anymore.' For more celebrities who have been candid about their sobriety journeys, keep reading. A podcast. Reality show. Countless headlines about her love life. Underneath it all, Kristin Cavallari is a 'very normal' mom.

Kristin Cavallari wants you to know that her new show is '100% real. This is the realest show I've ever done,' she tells me over Zoom. That show — Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour on E! — marks Cavallari's return to reality TV for the first time in five years. Those five years have been busy. Cavallari, 38, got divorced from football star Jay Cutler, 42. in 2022 after announcing their separation in 2020. She's parented the three children — Camden, Jaxon and Saylor — they share. She also launched her podcast, Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, which has continually rocketed to the top of the podcast charts. Earlier this spring, Cavallari embarked on a four-city podcast tour and invited TV cameras along for the ride. Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour is the result. Listening to Let's Be Honest, it seems like nothing is off-limits for Cavallari, who first rose to fame appearing on the MTV reality shows Laguna Beach and The Hills. There is one topic she shies away from, however. 'The only thing that I've really set a boundary around is my ex-husband,' she says of Cutler. 'That's the only thing. I feel like everything else, I've been an open book — probably too much of one.' Speaking of boundaries, the mom of three used to have a strict one around her kids. Until recently, she never showed their faces on social media and they weren't featured on her previous reality show, Very Cavallari. But that's all changed. Now her kids grace her Instagram posts, have joined her podcast and even appear in Honestly Cavallari. Why the change? 'The whole [point] was to let them make that decision when they were old enough," she explains. "And so they are that age.' (Camden is 12; Jaxon is 11; daughter Saylor is 9.) 'It's been nice for me to be able to share that part of my life with people just because my kids are the biggest part of my life,' she adds. Her kids have been asking her to post them 'for years," Cavallari says; her eldest son even asks her to tag him in content. 'I'm like, I'm not tagging you,' she laughs. 'But they love it.' Though her sons have social media accounts, she says she keeps an eye on who they're following and what they're doing online. Cavallari is no stranger to being headline news, but if it were up to her, those headlines would have less to do with the men she's supposedly dating. 'I can't control what the media writes,' she says. 'But I'm talking about a lot of stuff other than men [on my podcast] and that seems to be the only area that they want to focus on.' Though her relationships have been tabloid fodder for over 20 years, she still gets frustrated by it. 'It does piss me off,' she says. 'I have a lot more going on in my life.' In fact, Cavallari tells me she hasn't even gone on one date this year (though in the first episode of Honestly Cavallari, she and her best friend laugh about her night out with actor Glen Powell). And her most recent relationship, with 25-year-old Mark Estes, generated lots of interest. 'I got a lot of hate and I got a lot of praise,' she says of the age-gap relationship. 'Guys do it all the time. But when I do it, everyone's like, Oh my god. Mark was really sweet and we had a very sweet, innocent relationship, and it honestly just worked really well for me at the time. I don't regret that at all.' Dating just isn't a priority right now; between work and mom life, Cavallari doesn't have the bandwidth. "I'm just maxed out in every capacity,' she says. But she does mention that her kids are with her ex-husband every other weekend. How does she use that time? 'Just being at my house without a to-do list really excites me," she says. "I might take my dogs for a walk. I'll probably go to the grocery store.' She looks at her life as being organized in buckets. 'There's my family bucket and my work bucket and a tiny social bucket." She's got a "great work-life balance right now," she adds. "Uncommon James [her jewelry and beauty brand] and the podcast fit very well into my life while they're at school. I hope to just maintain that. I just want to keep things as they are.' But when she does get back into the dating world, she knows what her main ick is. 'When someone has zero accountability,' she says. 'I'm like, I can't go down this road with you.' In the first episode of Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, the cameras follow the star as she takes care of her kids, makes them dinner and gets ready for her podcast tour. Of her divorce, she tells the cameras, 'I think deep down I knew' that it was coming. But she's staying positive. 'Divorce can be a really good thing,' she continues, and as a single mom, motherhood is her priority. 'I never really felt like I was No. 1 with my parents, so that was always a big deal for me — to make sure my kids know they're a priority.' People would be surprised to see just how ordinary her everyday life is, she tells me. 'I am very normal. I'm at all of the basketball games. I'm on the field trips,' she says. 'I'm basically an Uber driver for my kids.' Her identity as a mom leans more toward the fun side. 'Maybe I could have a few more rules,' she laughs. 'I mean, there are rules, there are boundaries. But for me, it's like, if you're a good person and you're not hurting anyone and you're treating people kindly, I think that's more important than 'you have to go to bed at 9 p.m. every night.'' Of her three kids, she says, Jaxon, is the one who keeps her 'on her toes.' Cavallari has never been shy about ... well, most things, including talking about how her previous stints on reality TV have been less than authentic. "This was the only show I've done where they didn't jump in every five minutes to tell me what to say," she says of Honestly Cavallari: 'So it was a really enjoyable experience. And I'm happy I did it because I can finally say this show is 100% real.' Though it's the headline tour, she wants to take fans beyond the headlines — the ones about her love life, her sassy teen queen image, etc. If that was all you saw of her, she would understand if you didn't like her. 'I would hate me too, I think,' she says.

Kate Middleton stands firm with Prince William as doors 'shut' on Prince Harry: expert

Kate Middleton reportedly has zero plans to reach out to Prince Harry for peace talks, choosing instead to stand by her husband, Prince William. An unnamed source recently told Us Weekly that the Prince and Princess of Wales "just don't understand why Harry doesn't stay quiet" after his royal exit. But Kinsey Schofield, host of the "To Di For Daily" podcast, told Fox News Digital that the royal couple feel differently, according to her sources. "Catherine has been nothing but supportive of her husband – and that's exactly why Prince William is so deeply hurt," Schofield explained. "His pain doesn't come from personal insults or headlines. It comes from his instinct to protect the woman he loves… But what cuts the deepest is Harry's treatment of Catherine. She's always loved him, always treated him like a little brother. That's the betrayal William won't forget… But Harry never seems to think about the consequences." British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard claimed to Fox News Digital that the mother of three had been "saddened" by the fallout between William and her brother-in-law. Still, she won't be getting involved. "Catherine and Harry shared a fun humor and were often seen giggling together at events," Chard explained. "Sadly and upsettingly, Princess Catherine was dragged into the public negative narrative which was a real smack round the face for the kind sister-in-law who tried hard to be the peacemaker between the brothers." Fox News Digital reached out to Kensington Palace for comment. Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, stepped back as senior royals and moved to California, citing the unbearable intrusions of the British press and a lack of support from the palace. Since their departure, the couple have aired their grievances in interviews, podcasts as well as Harry's 2023 memoir "Spare," which caused further estrangement between the prince and his family. In his book, Harry laid bare embarrassing details about the House of Windsor and wrote candidly of his sibling rivalry with William, heir to the British throne. Previously in 2021, Meghan claimed to Oprah Winfrey in a televised interview viewed by nearly 50 million people globally that it was Kate who made her cry leading up to her wedding in 2018. A source told Us Weekly that Kate, 43, was "scarred" by Meghan's interview. "The reframing of events upset her, and making up a narrative that Kate is mean was devastating," the source claimed. "She can't retaliate, and Meghan knows that." Chard told Fox News Digital that while Kate and Meghan, 43, don't have much in common, the Princess of Wales was supportive of Harry finding love. "Princess Catherine was happy when Prince Harry met Meghan," Chard explained. "She was thrilled that Prince Harry seemed genuinely happy… The three musketeers became the 'Fab Four'… Princess Catherine [silently] cannot understand why Prince Harry still won't bite his tongue and continues his destructive path." Royal experts have told Fox News Digital that William and Harry are not on speaking terms. Sources close to Harry previously told People magazine that King Charles III, their father, won't respond to Harry's phone calls or letters. "As time moved on, the Sussexes aired more and more allegations, grievances and untruths against members of the British royal family," said Chard. "While battling ill health, Princess Catherine sprung into protection mode. Her goals have been protecting the crown, future-proofing the monarchy, [honoring] the late Queen Elizabeth II's legacy and protecting her children from Prince Harry's hurtful commentary." Schofield claimed that after Harry mentioned Kate in his book, there was no turning back for William. "Harry published a word-for-word text exchange between Meghan and Catherine, dragging private family moments into the public square," said Schofield. "William can take the punches Harry throws at him – the dog bowl, the breaking of Harry's necklace – trivial… [But] Harry effectively sent the online mob after William and Catherine… [And] Catherine has had a tough two years between cancer and this ongoing drama." Thankfully for William and the rest of the royal household, "Catherine is focusing on staying happy and healthy," said Schofield. British royals expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital that the Prince and Princess of Wales have put on a united front – especially after Harry recently declared in a BBC interview that he wants reconciliation with his family. "Princess Catherine and Prince Harry's relationship has dramatically deteriorated over recent years," Fordwich claimed. "There is a huge sense of betrayal and broader frustration, as well as a massive cultural clash. How Harry has changed under the influence of Meghan Markle has been baffling both to the royal family and beyond." "Prince William and Princess Catherine are upholding traditional royal discretion and dedicating themselves to duty, while Harry's public disclosures, especially in his whingefest 'Spare,' and numerous interviews have been deeply damaging, as well as totally unnecessary," Fordwich shared. "Catherine, in particular, is deeply wounded by Harry's media disclosures airing family grievances and betraying any family loyalty while dismissing royal values. Catherine was once the peacemaker between the feuding brothers. She often encouraged William to reconcile." "However, after years of futile efforts, she has now thrown her hands up in disgust, stepping back from any role of attempting to mediate a reconciliation since the rift between the brothers kept widening," Fordwich claimed. "She and William are now totally at one regarding hypocritical Harry. She's far more focused on her health and family. She's rather hurt." Kate and Harry's relationship wasn't always strained, the experts stressed. In "Spare," Harry described Kate as "a fantastic girl." "I'm really looking forward to getting her under my wing," he's quoted as saying. "She'll be taking me under her wing, probably." "I loved my new sister-in-law," he wrote in his book. "I felt she was more sister than in-law, the sister I'd never had and always wanted, and I was pleased that she'd forever be standing by Willy's side. They made each other visibly happy, and therefore I was happy too." He also wrote about their first time meeting, saying she was "carefree, sweet [and] kind." "She'd done a gap year in Florence, knew about photography, art," he recalled. "And clothes. She loved clothes… I liked seeing Kate laugh. Better yet, I liked making her laugh. And I was quite good at it." But these days, trust is the big reason why William and Kate – as well as many members of the royal family – won't reportedly extend an olive branch to the Sussexes. "No one trusts Harry and Meghan – and for good reason," Schofield claimed. "I recently spoke with my friend Hugo Vickers, a close confidant of the royal family, who told me that even the late Queen Elizabeth didn't feel comfortable being left alone with them. She would ensure a chaperone was always present during their visits – whether it was to prevent secret photos or to avoid being pressured into negotiations that should've been discussed with Harry's father, not her." WATCH: PRINCE HARRY HAS SPENT THE LAST FEW YEARS 'TORTURING' THE ENTIRE ROYAL FAMILY, EXPERT ARGUES "The queen didn't trust them," Schofield claimed. "Why should Catherine? Catherine has every reason to be wary. She believes Harry and Meghan intentionally lied about her – and after everything they've leaked, exaggerated or twisted, can you blame her?" Chard noted that the royal family, especially Kate, have been following the late queen's mantra – never complain, never explain. "Prince Harry was brought up under his late grandma's mantra… Meghan supports Harry, who now constantly complains. Princess Catherine is sad that the Prince Harry of old is no longer, has taken on board that all trust is broken, and the door is shut on Harry. They will not meet for the time being unless at a funeral or possible wedding." "Previously, Princess Catherine looked forward to her children getting to know the Sussex children," said Chard. "However, she is aware her parenting decisions are critical to the success of the crown and will ensure her children have as normal a childhood as possible as the reality of her and her husband's new roles loom. She certainly doesn't want Prince Harry to burden Prince William's future reign." These days, William and Kate, along with the other royals, are choosing to prioritize the crown. "They saw [Harry and Meghan's] performance for what it was – and they've stood their ground ever since," said Schofield.
