Bikini-clad Vogue Williams playfully uses shirtless husband Spencer Matthews to plug her tanning range in hilarious video

Vogue Williams playfully enlisted her husband Spencer Matthews to plug her tanning range in a hilarious video posted on Instagram on Thursday. The Irish presenter, 39, showed off her incredible figure in a black and white bikini while shirtless Spencer, 37, donned a pair of blue swim shorts. Filming on the beach in a sun-soaked location, Vogue welcomed Spencer to her followers as he posed like a doll. She said to the camera: 'OK, so today we have our model, Spencer Matthews, and we're going to be using the liquid body illuminator because he's not illuminated hunnies. 'Thank goodness the model doesn't talk. Little illuminator here...,' before Spencer jumped out of character. 'Oh god, oh god, we'll do the chest, oh yeah. Look at that shimmer. Look at this man, who is tensing for his life,' Vogue said. She continued: 'Now I know I can't talk as I got any on currently,' before Spencer started tensing more. Vogue quipped: 'No we don't need any more tensing, you're going to fall apart. Maybe a bit on the tip of the nose... golden goddess.' She then joked: 'Bigger boobs than me.' Alongside the clip, she penned: 'Spenno wouldn't be caught dead without his @barleyvogue glow on the beach! That's some serious tensing going on.' The liquid body illuminator retails for £35 and is available online and in drugstores. The fun clip comes just days after Vogue cosied up to Spencer as they enjoyed a sun-soaked boat day on Sunday during a lavish Spanish getaway. The pair looked loved-up as they posed on the back of the boat with daughter Gigi, four. Vogue looked incredible in a yellow and blue lemon patterned bikini which she teamed with a matching wrap skirt. Meanwhile shirtless Spencer showed off his ripped physique in a pair of rainbow tiger print swimming shorts. The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, were all smiles during their day out on the ocean before pulling funny faces with their little girl. Vogue then slipped into a white swimsuit and pink baseball cap as she hit the beach in another snap. She shielded from the sun behind a pair of stylish sunglasses and accessorised with a chunky gold necklace as she held their youngest child Otto, three. Another photo showed, Spencer holding Otto upside while posing for a picture. The couple are also parents to son Theodore, six. He wrote: 'Spain photodump'. It comes after Vogue revealed in May that she often feels 'mum guilt' when she is away from her children working. Speaking on The Life of Bryony podcast, she said that like many mums, she has put pressure on herself to 'do and be everything'. 'I suffer from mum guilt all the time', Vogue admitted. 'I feel guilty when I am working, and I feel guilty when I am with my kids. I worry when I spend more time with one of them and not the others. 'I spend a lot of time with Theodore and Gigi because I take them places – so I have to create time to spend with Otto on his own. 'I think as women we put so much pressure on ourselves to be able to do and be everything. Going out there and working should be great for your children to see. 'Whether you're a working mum or staying at home, I think you're always going to feel some level of guilt. When realistically, you can't do it all.' Speculating about why Vogue was putting so much pressure on herself as a parent, host Bryony Gordon, 45, admitted that her attitude may reflect the beliefs of a generation. She said: 'Women of our generation were brought up with that notion – that you can have it all. 'Even the question itself – you see these high-profile women always get asked that question. No one is asking that question of men. 'I don't want to have it all – I don't need to be everything to everyone.' 'Everyone just has to accept that sometimes, laundry is a nightmare, and we might forget to reply to an email or several.'

The 44-year-old reality star has now revealed his wife endured her third pregnancy loss this year. He made the heartbreaking revelation in the latest episode of his podcast, The Viall Files. Natalie, 26, who usually sits beside her husband when the podcast is being filmed, was absent from this episode. Opening his podcast, Nick addressed Natalie's unusual absence, saying, "As you can see, Natalie is not with us. "There's no really easy way to talk about this..." He then got candid with his listeners as he revealed the heartbreaking news. Nick opened up and said, "Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. "It is her third this year, our third this year... "There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks." Tensions heat up on Bachelor in Paradise as relationship tests are officially underway Nick continued, "She's obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally." The couple are parents to their one-year-old daughter River Rose, who was born two months before they got married. Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January of this year before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later. Nick explained to his listeners, "When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen. "And everyone's just... don't freak out, there's nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process." Nick went on, "And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy... "Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing. "Despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family." He then spoke of how the couple now feel "uneasy". "But right now obviously there's a little bit of uneasiness," he said candidly. "It's far less normal to have two and three back to back. "Now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it's like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something. "Because if they find something, you don't know what that means. We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks," he said. Nick also said, "I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys 'cause I know she wasn't there yesterday, people started to notice, and we're already getting messages with like a lot of concern. "So overall, Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she's OK in that respect and emotionally, we're currently dealing with that."

Melbourne is officially the second best city in the world for Gen Z to live in

Move over, Melbourne millennials – Gen Z (you know, those born between 1997 and 2012) have well and truly stepped into the spotlight, and they've got thoughts on the best cities for young people right now. Every year, Time Out releases its annual ranking of the world's greatest cities (ICYMI, Melbourne was named the world's fourth best). This comprehensive survey quizzes more than 18,500 locals on everything from their city's nightlife, food and culture, as well as important lifestyle factors like happiness, access to green space and walkability. These insights were then filtered to include only responses from those aged 30 and under, revealing which city is best for Gen Z in 2025. And, drum roll please... Melbourne has landed in second place (slay!), beating out zoomer hot spots like Barcelona, Edinburgh and Mexico City. According to the data, 77 per cent of Gen Z described Melbourne as diverse and inclusive, with a whopping 96 per cent giving high ratings to the city's art and culture scene. Our beloved city also scored highly for quality of life, with an impressive 91 per cent of twenty-somethings saying the quality of life in Melbourne is 'good' or 'amazing'. To dive a bit deeper, we reached out to our Gen Z audience via Instagram to discover exactly what they love most about Melbourne – and yep, the responses well and truly confirmed the global findings. The most common answer was just how multicultural our city is, with Melbourne's café culture also getting plenty of mentions (given how twenty-somethings are gravitating towards 'third spaces ' that offer a matcha-fuelled antidote to nightlife fatigue, we're not surprised in the slightest). Street art, sport, the electronic music scene, theatre and how safe the city is were also specified. So, which city beat out Melbourne to snag the top spot for Gen Zs? It was none other than Bangkok. The Thai capital took the crown thanks to its stand-out scores in happiness (84 per cent of Gen Z say they're happy living there) and affordability (71 per cent say it's a budget-friendly city to live in). Rounding out the top five behind Melbourne were Cape Town, New York City and Copenhagen. The only other Aussie city to make the global top 20 list was Sydney, coming in at 11th.
