Surprising amount James Argent has to pay his ex after domestic violence attack
The Towie star, 37, received a six-month suspended jail sentence and a two-year restraining order earlier this month after being arrested for pushing the model, 32, down a set of stairs in Spain.
He pleaded guilty to 'mistreatment' after being arrested when neighbours reportedly called police after hearing screaming.
Following the incident, court documents obtained by The Sun show the reality TV personality has to pay Artursson just £250 in damages.
It comes after the injuries the former Miss Sweden sustained were revealed in court documents.
A provisional prosecution indictment, drafted before the plea deal, said: 'The injured woman suffered several bruises to her neck, a bruise to her right forearm, several abrasions to her right arm, and abrasions to her right hand and on her right leg.'
Confirming she received medical assistance, the prosecutor said: 'The injuries she suffered healed in seven days on skin and soft tissue.'
The indictment shows public prosecutors were intending to push for a nine-month prison sentence for Argent for a crime of wounding.
He was spared jail after striking a plea bargain deal with public prosecutors ahead of his May 5 trial at Fuengirola's Court of Violence Against Women following his arrest hours earlier.
Speaking out for the first time since the news was announced, Argent told the MailOnline that he is still sober and 'devastated' by the incident.
'I haven't relapsed. I am still three years and four months clean and sober.'
'I am devastated by what's happened,' he said.
He returned to the stage weeks later, singing with The Arg Band at London's Connaught Rooms for a charity gig.
Argent confirmed their relationship last September, saying at the time: 'Nicoline is absolutely beautiful. She's a combination of Julia Roberts and Claudia Schiffer.'
Reliving the moment they met for the first time, as Argent walked to a gig at Olivia's La Cala, he told OK! Magazine: 'All of a sudden, I see this woman coming towards me. I was like, 'Wow, she's beautiful.' More Trending
'She was just in her gym clothes, wearing no make-up. She'd actually just fed a stray cat.
'We both smiled and kind of giggled at each other. And Nicoline carried on walking. Then I thought, 'What have I got to lose?' So I turned around and said, 'Hey'.
'Someone as beautiful as Nicoline, sometimes these sort of people are used to guys trying to talk to them and they're not interested. But she was so friendly and made me comfortable.'

In an emergency situation, ring 999 and ask for the police. If you aren't able to talk, try the Silent Solution: after dialling 999, listen to the questions from the operator and respond by coughing or tapping your device, if possible. If prompted, press 55 to let the operator know it's an emergency – you'll be put through to the police.

"I worry about my mum constantly. 'She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack. 'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. "To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. 'There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress." Addressing fans who had speculated she had used medication to shed the pounds she said: 'I just want to be clear that, as I've said before, I'm not using weight-loss injections." However, she did add: "I did try the jab, but just once about 18 months ago. 'It made me so, so ill. I injected myself and literally a few hours later I threw up three, four times. I've never had sickness like it. "The nausea stayed with me for three days. "And it scared me so I stopped immediately. "It doesn't agree with everybody and it obviously didn't agree with me at all.'
