For the Chloe show, Arida embraced a luxurious, vintage-inspired aesthetic in a floor-length tiger-print fur coat layered over a black jumpsuit. She accessorized with bold gold jewelry, a structured red handbag and burgundy stiletto heels.
She turned heads in her Rabanne look, stepping out in a striking metallic mini dress made of reflective mirror-like panels connected by metal hardware. The futuristic geometric design featured bold cutouts on the back. She completed the look with a shimmering silver chain-link bag and matching platform heels.
Arida opted for a glamorous yet playful take on classic Parisian style for the Nina Ricci show. She wore a strapless black polka-dot mini dress with ruched detailing, paired with sheer black tights. A matching polka-dot scarf wrapped around her head, adding a vintage Hollywood touch, while black cat-eye sunglasses and red lipstick completed the ensemble.

Arida was not the only Arab fashion star making waves in Paris. Another standout moment came from Gigi Hadid, who commanded the runway at Schiaparelli.
The US Dutch Palestinian model opened the Schiaparelli show on Thursday wearing a black wool crepe jacket featuring an oversized tonal shearling collar. Cinched at the waist, the jacket was accentuated by belt straps adorned with Schiaparelli's signature keyhole bijou in gold metal.
The supermodel paired the statement jacket with matching high-waisted cowboy pants and accessorized with the brand's trompe l'oeil earrings in hammered golden brass, shaped like an alligator's tail.

'Skibidi' and 'tradwife' among words added to Cambridge Dictionary
LONDON — "Skibidi", "tradwife" and other slang terms popularized on social media are among thousands of new words to be added to the Cambridge Dictionary this year. Skibidi is a gibberish term coined by the creator of a viral animated video series on YouTube, while tradwife is a shortening of "traditional wife" – a married mother who cooks, cleans and posts on social media. More than 6,000 new words are included, including those that relate to remote working and tech giants. Skibidi is defined in the dictionary as "a word that can have different meanings such as 'cool' or 'bad', or can be used with no real meaning as a joke". An example of its use is "What the skibidi are you doing?" Reality TV star Kim Kardashian revealed her familiarity with the phrase when she posted a video on Instagram showing a necklace engraved with "skibidi toilet" – the name of the YouTube well as new phrases, some shortened versions of existing terms have been added, including "delulu" – a play on the word "delusional", with a similar definition: "believing things that are not real or true, usually because you choose to".An increase in remote working since the pandemic has seen "mouse jiggler" – a device or piece of software used to make it seem as though you are working when you are not – gain its place in the composite terms such as "broligarchy" have also been added. ‘Skibidi' and ‘delulu': Popularized words added to Cambridge Dictionary
Words popularized by Gen Z and Gen Alpha including 'skibidi', 'delulu', and 'tradwife' are among 6,000 new entries to the online edition of the Cambridge Dictionary over the last year, its publisher said Monday. Cambridge University Press said tradwife, a portmanteau of traditional wife, reflected 'a growing, controversial Instagram and TikTok trend that embraces traditional gender roles'. The dictionary also took on the challenge of defining skibidi, a word popularized in online memes, as a term which had 'different meanings such as cool or bad, or can be used with no real meaning'. The gibberish word was spread by a YouTube channel called 'Skibidi Toilet' and is associated with the mindless, 'brain rot' content found on social media and consumed by Gen Alpha's overwhelmingly digital lifestyle. The dictionary defined delulu, derived from the word delusional, as 'believing things that are not real or true, usually because you choose to'. As an example, it cited a 2025 speech in parliament where Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese used the phrase 'delulu with no solulu'. 'It's not every day you get to see words like skibidi and delulu make their way into the Cambridge Dictionary,' said Colin McIntosh, Lexical Programme manager at the Cambridge Dictionary. 'We only add words where we think they'll have staying power. Internet culture is changing the English language and the effect is fascinating to observe and capture in the Dictionary.' Other new phrases include 'lewk', used to describe a unique fashion look and popularized by RuPaul's Drag Race, and 'inspo', short for inspiration. Work from home culture has given rise to 'mouse jiggler', referring to a way to pretend to work when you are not. There is also 'forever chemical', man-made chemicals that stay in the environment for years and have gained traction as concerns grow about the irreversible impact of climate change on the health of humans and the plant.
