'During the operation, a total of 13 vehicles were inspected. Of these, four motorcycles were detained under Section 60 of the Road Transport Act 1987 due to modifications from their original structure and were brought in for further inspection.
'A total of 14 individuals were inspected and 28 PDRM (K) 257 traffic summonses were issued for various traffic offences,' he added.
The roads involved in the operation this time were Jalan Bandaraya Miri, Jalan Marina Utama, and Jalan Miri Bypass.

Mohd Farhan advised road users, especially motorcyclists, to ride and drive responsibly, exercise caution on the road, refrain from engaging in street hooliganism, avoid modifying the original structure of their vehicles, and not gather by the roadside, which may cause traffic congestion and noise that disrupts public peace.
Negligent drivers or riders posed dangers not only to themselves but also to other road users. lead Op Samseng Jalanan police traffic summons
