Rangers boss Russell Martin's eye-catching girlfriend is page 3 icon Lucy Pinder

Daily Mirror05-06-2025
Russell Martin has been named as Rangers' new head coach and the former Southampton boss could be bringing his girlfriend, former glamour model Lucy Pinder, to Glasgow
Rangers have finally ended their long search for a manager by announcing the appointment of Russell Martin. The Scottish giants sacked Philippe Clement in February, with Martin now stepping in as head coach in the hope of restoring the club to glory.
Martin, who had a short loan spell at Rangers as a player, signed a three-year contract on Thursday to kick off a fresh era at Ibrox. It comes just after a US-based consortium, led by Andrew Cavenagh and the investment arm of the San Francisco 49ers, completed a takeover of the club last week.

The former Scotland defender, 39, last managed Southampton, who he guided to Premier League promotion before being sacked last December. And as he looks towards what he'll hope will be a more successful spell, he could be joined in Glasgow by his glamorous partner - former lads' mag favourite Lucy Pinder.

He was previously married to bodybuilder Jasmine Martin, with whom he has three children, but they parted ways in 2023. Russell and Lucy went public with their relationship last August as she shared a sweet snap of them in Brighton, where Martin was receiving an honorary degree in his hometown.
And via the Record, here's everything we know about the latest Rangers WAG...
Glamour model
Pinder was a regular in magazines such as FHM, Nuts and Loaded in the early 2000s. She appeared topless in Nuts Magazine and was listed on FHM's "100 Sexiest Women in the World" on several occasions.
In 2007 she placed 92nd, in 2006 she was 35th and in 2005, she made the top 20, placing 16th. Also in 2007, Ralph Magazine honoured her with the title of "the best boobs in the world".

Pinder appeared as a contestant on a 'WAGS and Glamour Girls" edition of The Weakest Link in September 2007.
TV and film
She entered the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2009 along with stars such as Ulrika Johnson, La Toya Jackson, Tina Malone, Tommy Sheridan and Coolio. But she was the first to be evicted on day eight.

Pinder became well known among football fans too, regularly joining the crew on Soccer AM while wearing her Southampton top.
In 2012, she traded reality TV for movies and tried her hand at acting, playing her first supporting role in the comedy horror Strippers vs Werewolves. She starred in Age of Kill alongside Martin Kemp in 2015, as well as supernatural thrillers Suburban Fairytale and Fanged Up.

Pinder even ventured into Bollywood films with an appearance in the action drama film Waarrior Savitri in 2016. The glamour model then secured a part in American film Sharknado 5: Global Swarming in 2017. Her most recent gig came in 2023, where she played Louise in Nightmare on 34th Street.
Relationship history
Back in 2016, reports claimed she was seeing Captain America actor Chris Evans, with rumours swirling that she was totally "smitten" with the Marvel star. Though their relationship was never officially confirmed, Pinder and Evans were spotted enjoying a Disneyland day out in January 2015.
She was also romantically linked to 'Vikings' star Elijah Rowen in 2019 after being spotted looking cosy together at the British Photography Awards.

In August this year, Pinder shared snaps of her and current boyfriend Martin in Brighton together on her Instagram story, confirming their relationship. She's a diehard Southampton fan and the pair are said to be a match made in heaven.

The Sun reported a source to have said at the time: "She is a regular face at Southampton functions and is always around the club as a diehard fan. Over the weeks and months their friendship grew into something more. They're a match made in heaven — or at least in Southampton. They're mad for each other.'
Podcast
In 2019, Pinder launched 'Smashing Sundays', a podcast she co-hosts with her flatmate Beth Granville. The podcast is described as: "Lucy Pinder (model and actress) and Beth Granville (comedy writer and actress), talk about the quintessential British Sunday.
"Finding themselves single in their mid 30s after decade long relationships meant the end of the weekend had the potential to be rather a lonely affair; until they made the decision to move in together and make their Sunday's smashing.

"With a different guest comedian, actor or musician each week, they discuss their most awful and most smashing Sunday's to date: they range from staying in bed all day eating toast wondering what on earth to do with the rest of their lives to dating disasters to going to a sleepover at Hampton Court getting merry on mead."
However, while the podcast is still listed in Pinder's Instagram bio, there haven't been any new episodes released since 2022.

Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson's homeless ex-wife Loni Willison, 42, seen wearing Rolex watch in Beverly Hills

Homeless former model Loni Willison was pictured walking through Beverly Hills alone on Sunday. Willson, 42, who is the ex-wife of Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson, 44, carried two bags of her belongings as she made her way down an alley. The California native — who once posed for fitness magazines and walked the red carpet at glamorous events alongside her then-husband, Jeremy, before becoming homeless — appeared to be wearing a silver Rolex watch during the outing. Willson sported a beige tank top with brown leggings and black converse sneakers. She had a denim long-sleeve shirt tied around her waist, and wore a backwards red snapback hat. Aside from the watch, she also wore two necklaces as well as a number of bracelets. Loni's tragic downfall comes after she blamed her ex-husband, Jeremy, for causing all of the problems in her life. Loni, born on May 21, 1983, in Hemet, California, was once a booming fitness model who posed for magazines like Glam Fit, Flavour Magazine, and Iron Man Magazine. But her life fell apart in the 2010s. She went through a divorce, lost her job, and ultimately her home after suffering from mental health issues and an addiction to crystal meth - which ultimately left her living on the streets. In an interview published in May 2023 by X17 Online, she was asked where her life went wrong. She simply replied: 'My ex-husband. Getting married. At least I got divorced... it set everything up.' The couple had an acrimonious split in 2014 after they had been married for less than two years. Loni has alleged Jeremy attempted to strangle her in a physical altercation when they were drunk. In 2018 she was first pictured homeless on the streets after years out of the public eye. At the time, she spoke to about her downfall, revealing that she suffered from a mental breakdown in 2016 and started to believe that someone was sending electrical currents into her body that could only be fixed by taking crystal meth. In the interview with X17 Online, the former bodybuilder said she was 'in a lot of pain' as her stomach hurt 'really bad.' She claimed she 'can't live inside anywhere' because someone 'electrocuted' her every day for nearly a year and she now can't be exposed to electricity. 'I think because [I pick] up on the electricity, I also pick up on other things, like certain chemicals or batteries, or fuses, like wire, different types of metals. So I think my body even filters that kind of stuff,' Loni said. She first spoke out against him in 2015 after the former Baywatch star was booted from Celebrity Big Brother in the UK for exposing fellow housemate Chloe Goodman's breast. The Los Angeles Police Department's Wilshire division confirmed to that a domestic disturbance call was placed from Willison and Jackson's LA home in August 2014. The incident reportedly left her with two broken ribs, an injured neck and scratches on her face and body. However, the case was dropped after Willison opted not to press charges. She told The Sun in 2021: 'I didn't report him when he attacked me because I was scared. I was in a bad place emotionally and I didn't want Jeremy to go to jail. 'But after all this I think I should have. Maybe then I could have stopped Chloe having to go through that. 'I'm not surprised this happened. I know what Jeremy is like. At least now everyone can see what I had to put up with.' Opening up for the first time about the events that led to the end of his marriage in an exclusive interview with Jeremy said in October: 'Losing her was like the death of somebody, and I tried to bring her back and I couldn't.' 'The woman I was in love with is gone, and whoever she is mentally now is not who I knew.' Jackson said it took him two years to get over his grief at the loss of 'the love of my life' who he had desperately tried to help as she spiraled into mental illness and addiction.

Hibs player ratings vs Livingston as two new signings steal the show

Hibs will face Rangers in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup after a comfortable 2-0 win away at Livingston during their last 16 clash. Thibault Klidje was denied an away opener inside 60 seconds before Josh Campbell almost netted a screamer from range. Klidje eventually headed Hibs ahead with further chances falling their way after half-time, before substitute Josh Mulligan blasted home a stunning winner from range late on. Next up is the first of a two legged Conference League battle with Legia Warsaw at Easter Road on Thursday for the chance to reach the competition's league phase. Less than 72 hours on from a energy-sapping Conference League triumph after extra time over Partizan Belgrade, changes were inevitable. Six in total came into David Gray's side, with new signings like Raphael Sallinger, Miguel Chaiwa and Klidje amongst those given the nod. With a play-off crunch to come against Legia Warsaw midweek, it was a test of how far the squad depth truly stretched. A Scotland international, Champions League experienced midfielder and seven figure striker aren't the worst deputies to turn to, on top of a chance for youngster Kanayo Megwa at right-wing-back and Alasana Manneh in midfield. Kieron Bowie had to settle for a place on the bench after his Puskas Award-worthy lob against Partizan and Klidje tried a miniature version of that from just outside the box, parried over by keeper Jerome Prior. Livi had threatened to pick through Hibs in the first 15 but the pace of Martin Boyle and hassling nature of his strike partner were proving challenging for the hosts to handle. Campbell was keen to add to the Goal of the Season contenders list for games involving Hibs after strikes by Ben Brannan and Bowie in the last week, rifling a half volley from long range off the palms of Prior. Hibs had settled into the game nicely and looked the more menacing when it came to the final third, with last ditch Livi tackles needed consistently. That lead they endeavoured to gain was eventually secured, a Boyle corner flicked on by Klidje, making it's way through a ruck of bodies and into the net. A Jack Iredale stumble showed another was needed to make sure of this, Robbie Muirhead's swing and miss providing a warning shot with the game separated by one goal. That moment came and went quickly though with control soon exerted on this match early in the second 45, Campbell missing Hibs' latest chance to put the game to bed from close range. Livi started opting for the route one approach which forced Hibs into a more defensive minded approach but with every launch into the box came the distinct threat of the visitors countering. In the end it was a moment of powerful magic that won it, Mulligan slamming the ball beyond Prior to give Hibs' rotated cast just rewards for their dominance in proceedings. Rangers await them next month for a chance to return to Hampden but all focus now turns to a huge night on the continent against Legia. Here's how we rated the Hibs players at Almondvale. 1 . Raphael Sallinger - 6/10 Did all the basics well. No shots of note to save. | Alan Rennie Photo Sales 2 . Warren O'Hora - 6/10 Consistent performer in early part of the season. Took up advanced positions which helped passing game. | SNS Group Photo Sales 3 . Grant Hanley - 7/10 Took a bit too long on the ball in opening half that could have been costly but showed experience to work way out of a jam. Building in sharpness and already exerting leadership. Chucked body on line when needed. | SNS Group Photo Sales 4 . Jack Iredale - 7/10 A little slip at start of second half but outside that, a commanding display. Lewis Smith grounded and wrestled with Muirhead well. | SNS Group Photo Sales
