BBC Line of Duty star icon announces massive career change
On Instagram, it was confirmed that Vicky had collaborated with Sheffield-based band Reverend and the Makers on the group's new single, Haircut.
Sharing a clip with fans online, she wrote: "I'm no Whitney [Houston], but I love music.
"Making this with Jon [McClure] and Rev was such a chilled experience.
"All I hope is you enjoy it, sing and dance along."
Will Line of Duty return for a seventh series?
Line of Duty fans have long wondered if the popular BBC show would be returning for a seventh series.
Leading men Martin Compston, who plays DI Steve Arnott and Adrian Dunbar, who plays Supt Ted, shared an update with fans, according to The Sun.
When asked if the show would be returning, Martin said: 'We're always talking about possibilities and schedules and whatnot.
"Everybody's got stuff going on at the minute, so I think anything, unfortunately, would be a way off."
"You know, the day people stop asking about the show will be a sad day, so I'm delighted that people are still excited about it.
"We'd all love to work together again at some point. We still all meet up.
"I met with Jed [Mercurio, the show's creator], Adrian [Dunbar] and Vicky [McClure] in London before Christmas - we went out for dinner, to hear what everyone's up to."

He added: 'It's amazing. It's the best feeling as an actor when you feel like the whole country's in the palm of your hand with what's coming next, and there's only a couple of you in the secret of who's surviving and what's going on.
"But because we're all so close and we all want the best for the show, we wouldn't do it again just for the sake of it.
"If it was just about doing it for the sake of it, we'd have probably done another three series by now.
"We really care about the quality of it. So if we come back, it would be for the right reasons.
"It won't just be: 'Get another one done.' It'll be because Jed thinks there's a story to tell."

Celebrity Antiques Road Trip first aired in 2011 as a spin-off to the much-loved staple programme Antiques Road Trip which debuted a year earlier, reports the Express. Narrated by Tim Wonnacott, the series gives two antiques experts a week's budget of £1,500 each to travel across the country - in a fabulous classic car - and purchase antiques and collectibles that are then sold at auction. Each star is teamed up with a specialist, and the celebrity pair are given a tight budget to hunt for hidden treasures. The victor is determined by who makes the most profit at an auction at the end of the episode. Famous faces that have graced the programme include Richard Osman with his current wife Ingrid Oliver, while Gemma Collins faced off against Melvin Odoom. Kelly Brook, Denise Van Outen and Danny Dyer, to mention a few.

The BBC has quietly shelved a beloved daytime show after 15 years on air in a gutting blow to fans. It comes as the future of two other antiquing shows was confirmed by the BBC last week. Antiques Road Trip has amassed 31 series since its debut in 2010, quickly becoming a fan-favourite and staple of the TV schedule. Now bosses have confirmed the hit format's fate as its host released an emotional statement to fans. They've officially green-lit a 32nd series, with 20 brand new episodes of the afternoon show ordered. Meanwhile, in a further update, the broadcaster has also revealed the Travelling Auctioneers will return for a fifth series. Since its launch in 2022, it's gained a cult following and established itself as a major part of the BBC's daytime output. Izzie Balmer, JB Broad and Bee Harford are back for series five, along with restoration maestros JJ Chalmers, Robin Johnson, Lauren Wood and Saf Fakir. Speaking about its return, host Izzie Balmer said: 'The Antiques Road Trip and Travelling Auctioneers teams have become like family to me. In fact, I sometimes see them more than my actual family… 'I wouldn't have it any other way though, because these shows are great fun, full of heart, and have just the right amount of jeopardy to keep you on the edge of your seat… without spilling your cuppa! Her move to Bargain Hunt was then fairly spontaneous as she stepped in for her boss to auctioneer on the show when no other auctioneers were available. This ignited a passion that led her to study at Birmingham's School of Jewellery. In a 2019 interview with Bristol Post, she revealed: 'I kind of fell into this job but I absolutely love it. 'I have always loved jewellery and been a fan of sparkly things, like most girls. I cannot think of anything I would rather do.'
