Pregnant Rihanna and Ciara reunite at Met Gala 2025 after explosive Twitter spat
Shining bright light diamonds — together.
Pregnant Rihanna and Ciara happily reunited at the 2025 Met Gala over a decade after they got into an explosive argument on Twitter.
The pair took pictures together in New York on Met Gala Monday. Ciara, 39, rested her hand on Rihanna's baby bump, after the 'Umbrella' singer, 37, revealed her third pregnancy at the event.

Both stars were dressed to the nines for the Met Gala. Ciara wore a LaQuan Smith-designed black-and-silver bodycon floor length dress with diamond-like string accents, while Rihanna rocked a Marc Jacobs gray bustier with a black floor-length skirt and cropped black jacket.
Ciara and Rihanna also posed in a group photo with their respective partners, Russell Wilson and A$AP Rocky, and 'Wicked' star Jeff Goldblum.

Rihanna and Rocky, 36, are expecting their third child together. The engaged couple share sons RZA, 2, and Riot, 20 months.
'I'm good. I'm shockingly feeling okay,' she told ET on the red carpet, 'and not too overwhelmed at the moment.' She added that she's 'tired' but 'excited' about having a third kid.

Rihanna's feud with Ciara started in 2011 over comments that Ciara made on E!'s 'Fashion Police.'
At the time, Ciara told the late Joan Rivers that Rihanna 'wasn't the nicest' to her when they crossed paths at a party.
'It's crazy because I've always loved and respected what she's done with fashion,' the '1,2 Step' singer said. 'I've run into her before but this time it wasn't the most pleasant run-in.'

Rihanna responded to Ciara on Twitter (now X), writing, 'My bad ci, did i 4get to tip u?'
'Trust me Rhianna u dont want to see me on or off the stage,' Ciara wrote back, to which Rihanna replied, 'U gangsta huh? Haaa…Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of.'

But the stars appeared to squash the beef later that night when Rihanna tweeted, 'Ciara baby, I love u girl! U hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I'm heartbroken! That's y I retaliated this way! So sorry! #letsmakeup.'
Ciara accepted Rihanna's apology, writing, 'Rhi u know its always been love since day 1! Doing shows/everything. you threw me off in that party! Apology accepted. Let's chat in person.'

However, their feud was reignited two years later after Rihanna shared a clip of her and her friend laughing at Ciara's 'Body Part.'
'I thought everything was cool because I actually saw Rihanna two years ago at the MET Gala after we had the little small back and forth and from what I recall everything was cool,' Ciara told Chicago's 107.5 FM at the time.

'So, in my mind I operate from a place of love and pure support,' Ciara continued. 'If you would have asked me about her up until this point I would have nothing but good things to say because I'm really happy for her. But I didn't receive what they did from a positive place.'
The singers appeared to be on good terms again come Feb. 2018, when Ciara wished Rihanna a happy birthday on Twitter.
'Remembering the 1st time we met. It's been cool to see you kill it! Keep on soaring ma!' Ciara's message read.

Footage of the ‘Tennessee Zebra' Being Saved Is Giving ‘Defying Gravity' Vibes
Footage of the 'Tennessee Zebra' Being Saved Is Giving 'Defying Gravity' Vibes originally appeared on PetHelpful. It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a — zebra? People in central Tennessee were stunned when they looked up and saw a zebra being airlifted in the sky. The zebra had been on the loose for more than a week before officials managed to track the animal down and take him back to safety. But not before the internet caught wind of the animal's escapades and made him a star. The zebra became instant internet gold after videos started circulating of him online. Call the clip wickedly good. The video shows the zebra being airlifted to a song from the hit musical Wicked. And it's just so fitting. Guess the zebra was defying gravity, right? 'THE TENNESSEE ZEBRA IS SAVED,' the video's poster, Peyton Kennedy wrote in the comments section couldn't help but laugh. 'Why does he look so embarrassed?' wondered one person. 'He's like, 'Yup, that's me. You probably wonder how I got here…'' another commenter joked. 'Imagine living your whole life on the ground and then all the sudden this happens,' quipped another person. 'Imagine not knowing there was a missing zebra and then just seeing this,' someone else teased. According to the Associated Press, the zebra is named Ed and first came to Christiana, Tennessee on May 30. His owner reported him missing the next day. From that point on, the wild animal was spotted in different spots around town, including along Interstate 24. The zebra's appearance caused police to shut the interstate down, but they still weren't able to capture him. Ed continued to be spotted out and about in Christian. Footage of the animal was shared on social media, prompting all sorts of hilarious memes and videos. Eventually the zebra was tracked down to a pasture near a subdivision. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office confirmed that once they spotted the zebra they sent out aviation crews to reign the animal in. 'Ed was airlifted and flown by helicopter back to a waiting animal trailer,' a spokesperson for the sheriff's office said in a statement. We're sure that Ed was a little nervous being that high in the air during the rescue. But take heart, Ed! You've become internet gold. Looking for more PetHelpful updates? Nile Rodgers recalls becoming 'really close' with the late Sly Stone
It takes one music icon to know one. Nile Rodgers, the legendary producer and Chic bandleader, worshiped Sly Stone long before he became friends with the funk pioneer, who passed away at 82 on Monday, June 9. And he has the receipts to prove it. 5 Songwriters Hall of Fame chairman Nile Rodgers helped welcome the class of 2025 on Thursday night. Getty Images for Songwriters Hall Of Fame 5 Sly Stone was the genius behind Sly & the Family Stone classics such as 'Everyday People' and 'Family Affair.' Getty Images for Songwriters Hall Of Fame 'I still to this day have my ticket [from when] I saw Sly & the Family Stone at the Schaefer Music Festival in Central Park,' Rodgers, 72, exclusively told The Post on the red carpet of the Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Thursday at NYC's Marriott Marquis. 'Check this out — the price of the ticket? One dollar. General admission was one dollar. I still have it. It was that great of a day to me,' he said. And that's not the only way that Stone took a young Rodgers higher. 'I remember when he released, I don't know if it was the second album or the first album, I remember going to my friend's house — he was the only one who could afford the album — and we all sat around smoking hash and listening to the record all day,' he recalled. 5 Jimmy Jam (left) and Nile Rodgers joined Songwriters Hall of Fame president/CEO Linda Moran on the red carpet. Redferns As fate would have it, the Songwriters Hall of Fame chairman would end up meeting and bonding with the genius behind Sly & the Family hits such as 'Dance to the Music,' Everyday People,' and 'Family Affair.' 'Later on in life, I became friends with Sly in California. It was really sad for me because he was living in a car,' he said. 'So every night we would meet at the China Club when it moved to Los Angeles, and we would talk, and for some reason, we became really close.' In fact, Stone asked Rodgers to be the music director for the Sly & the Family Stone tribute at the 2006 Grammys that included Maroon 5, John Legend, Steven Tyler and Joss Stone — as well as a brief appearance by the funk god himself. 5 With Sly & the Family Stone, Nile Rodgers said that the late Sly Stone 'changed music.' Redferns Another legendary producer, Jimmy Jam, recalled sampling Sly & the Family Stone's 1970 chart-topper 'Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)' on Janet Jackson's 1989 hit 'Rhythm Nation.' 'I don't think people really put that together,' he told The Post. 'For me, it was so obvious that it's Sly. But he was a tremendous influence, [and] still continues to be. His music is singular. 'And his influence [was] not only me but certainly on Prince in the way that he made his band up — like, it was multiracial, multi-gender,' said the former Prince protégé. 'All of that came from Sly.' 5 Sly Stone of Sly And The Family Stone performs on stage in London on July 15, 1973. Getty Images Stone's impact on Rodgers was formative, too. 'Honestly, to me, Sly is on the same level as [John] Coltrane, Miles [Davis], Charlie Parker, Nina Simone, all the people I grew up with. Sly was my R&B example of that,' he said. Indeed, with Sly & the Family Stone, Rodgers said that Stone 'changed music.' 'They changed the way that America saw black musicians,' he said. 'They changed everything.'

King Charles Just Posted a Taylor Swift Song on Instagram and I'm Convinced He's a Swiftie
Um, is King Charles a Swiftie? I think so! The official Instagram account for the royals recently posted a montage of the king making an appearance at SXSW London. The lively clip was set to the tune of Taylor Swift's "London Boy," a popular track off the singer's 2019 album Lover. The post was captioned: "Shoreditch in the afternoon! Hosted for the first time in Europe, The King has visited @SXSWLondon, a culture, technology and creativity festival in Shoreditch, East London. Originating in Austin, Texas, the festival aims to serve as a platform to showcase the future of the creative industries, supporting emerging artists and innovative projects. Before departing, His Majesty popped into Old Spitalfields Market to meet locals and speak to stallholders working the market's 'Antiques Thursday'." We know for sure his grandkids, Prince George (10) and Prince Charlotte (9) are huge fans of Swift. Last summer, Prince William marked his 42nd birthday by attending the singer's Eras Tour concert with the kids, and the trio even snapped a selfie with the pop star. VICTORIA JONES/POOL/AFP via Getty Images King Charles's visit to the music, film, art and tech festival on June 5 is just one of His Majesty's many appearances of late—a welcome sign, one year after his cancer diagnosis. In fact, during a recent visit to Impact Hub Yorkshire in Little Germany, Bradford, where he visited with local business owners, he was reportedly asked about his health upon meeting florist Safeena Khan. According to Hello! Magazine, the two asked each other how they were doing, with Khan explaining that he responded to her with a thumbs-up gesture when she asked about his health, telling her, "I'd like to think I'm on the better side [of my cancer journey]." This was a positive update just a few weeks after Buckingham Palace issued a statement announcing the king experienced "temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital." Jaimi Joy -The king has been in good spirits as of late, as well, appearing alongside Queen Camilla in Ottawa, Canada, for his first visit to the nation after his coronation, with body language expert Darren Stanton saying, "Charles seemed really pleased to be visiting. His posture was upright, straight, and he wasn't slouching, showing that he was completely engaged in taking it all in. In terms of his facial expressions, Charles seemed genuinely happy to be there—there weren't any signs of a fake or masking smile. The emotions, from a microexpression point of view, were very genuine. He certainly looked powerful while taking on the event." Seems like King Charles is happy and healthy, which is definitely a reason to put Taylor Swift's music on your Instagram post. Want all the latest royal family news sent right to your inbox?
