Sky TV rival makes changes to platform
In addition to the array of new cult films available to stream, the platform has also revealed that it has made improvements to its TV box.
Virgin Media's latest update will make it quicker and easier to find the programmes and movies that you want to watch.
The upgrade will see changes to the search bar feature, in a bid to make it simpler to find exactly what you are looking for.
Now, when you search for a show or film, you will be presented with a series of image results, instead of a text list.
A statement on these improvements read: "Once the results are in, just navigate what you want to watch using the arrow buttons on your remote and press OK once you've selected the tile. It is so simple."
Virgin Media has also assured its viewers that search results will still include live TV options, On Demand content, shows on Catch Up, Box Sets and even content from streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video.
Viewers also don't need to worry about updating their boxes to unlock this new feature - the change will happen automatically.
How to use the new feature
The platform has also provided advice on how to use the search bar effectively.
In addition to typing in your desired watch, you can also hold down the remote's mic button and say the name of the show.
You will then start to see some options appear on the screen as you type or speak.
