The NFL Draft pick will eventually be facing possible punishment from the National Football League. He has yet to sign his rookie contract, too, which could complicate matters.
The NFL has made it clear that it is aware of what's going on with Judkins.
From ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter: "The NFL is 'aware of the matter but will decline further comment,' per a league official."

Fred Warner is voted the top off-ball linebacker in the NFL by AP writers
Whether it's stopping the run game, dropping into pass coverage or even rushing the quarterback, Fred Warner thrives for the San Francisco 49ers. Warner's strong all-around play for San Francisco helped him win the honor of being voted the top off-ball linebacker in the league by The Associated Press. A panel of eight AP Pro Football Writers ranked the top five players at off-ball linebacker, basing selections on current status entering the 2025 season. First-place votes were worth 10 points. Second- through fifth-place votes were worth 5, 3, 2 and 1 points. Warner got seven of the eight first-place votes to go with one second to win the voting easily. Three other players were selected on all eight ballots, with Baltimore's Roquan Smith getting the other first-place vote to come in second, Philadelphia's Zack Baun finishing third and Washington's Bobby Wagner coming in fourth. Indianapolis' Zaire Franklin rounded out the top five. New Orleans' Demario Davis, Denver's Dre Greenlaw, Minnesota's Blake Cashman and Pittsburgh's Patrick Queen also received votes. 1. FRED WARNER, San Francisco 49ers Despite playing most of last season with a broken bone in his ankle, Warner still performed at a high level and earned his third straight and fourth overall first-team All-Pro honor. Warner had 131 tackles, five tackles for loss, two interceptions, seven passes defensed and four forced fumbles last season. Warner has 10 sacks, 10 interceptions, 15 forced fumbles, six fumble recoveries, 36 tackles for loss and 53 passes defensed in his first seven seasons. He is one of three active players with at least 10 sacks, interceptions and forced fumbles, along with Minnesota safety Harrison Smith and Tampa Bay linebacker Lavonte David. 2. ROQUAN SMITH, Baltimore Ravens The midseason trade in 2022 that sent Smith from Chicago to Baltimore helped lift the Ravens' defense by solidifying the middle of the field. In 41 games with Baltimore, Smith has 398 tackles, five sacks, three interceptions and 15 passes defensed as he has earned first-team All-Pro honors the past three seasons. 3. ZACK BAUN, Philadelphia Eagles After struggling to get on the field on defense as an edge rusher his first four seasons in New Orleans, Baun was a revelation at linebacker in his first year with the Eagles. He had 151 tackles, 3 1/2 sacks and one interception in the regular season and also had a pick against Patrick Mahomes in the Eagles' Super Bowl win. Baun earned All-Pro honors, finished fifth in voting for the AP Defensive Player of the Year award and cashed in with a three-year, $51 million deal in the offseason. 4. BOBBY WAGNER, Washington Commanders Coach Dan Quinn brought his former linebacker from Seattle to Washington in his first season as coach of the Commanders for veteran leadership. Wagner, who turned 35 last month, showed he can still perform at a high level. Wagner had his 13th straight season with at least 100 tackles and earned his fifth second-team All-Pro selection to go along with six first-team picks. Only Reggie White (13) and Jim Otto (12) have been picked as a first or second-team All-Pro more than Wagner. 5. ZAIRE FRANKLIN, Indianapolis Colts Franklin led the NFL with 173 tackles last season, becoming the second player since at least 2000 with three straight seasons with at least 165 tackles. His 518 tackles in three seasons since becoming a full-time starter in 2022 are the most in the NFL in that span. ___ AP NFL:

Jeffrey Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell's secluded hideout hits the market
This story discusses suicide. If you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by dialing 988. Jeffrey Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell's former New Hampshire mansion has been listed for $2.5 million nearly five years to the day after the FBI tracked her to the property ahead of her arrest and conviction on sex trafficking charges, according to a new report. The 156-acre mountaintop property sold for $1.1 million in 2019, according to -- purportedly to a limited liability company with ties to Maxwell. She is currently appealing a 20-year prison sentence in connection with the Epstein case. He died in a federal jail cell in 2019 while awaiting his own trial. The property includes a luxe main home that features a fieldstone fireplace, a sun room with its own wood-burning stove, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There's also a converted barn and freestanding garage. The 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals denied Ghislaine's latest appeal in December. She has filed a writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court seeking a review at the highest level. Maxwell's appeal centers on a 2007 non-prosecution agreement between Epstein and federal prosecutors in the Southern District of Florida, which stated that "the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein." Maxwell is serving her sentence at FCI Tallahasee, where exclusive photos published by Fox News Digital over the weekend show she is keeping up a jailhouse fitness routine as she vies for her freedom. Epstein's plea deal came from a controversial child trafficking case in the early 2000s, details of which did not emerge for more than a decade. He received a punishment of 13 months for soliciting prostitution from a minor in Palm Beach, Florida. The deal gained intense scrutiny years later after the Miami Herald uncovered details about the crime – so concerning that Florida lawmakers years later passed a bill that allows for the release of secret grand jury files in certain cases. Authorities arrested him in 2019 to answer for more crimes – but he died in a New York City jail just a month later, in what was officially ruled a suicide by hanging. The following summer, the FBI arrested Maxwell in the New Hampshire hideout. Her former London townhouse also went up for sale recently – for nearly $4 million. It's in the UK city's upscale Belgravia neighborhood, across the street from the Nag's Head Pub and near the upscale Pantechnicon complex. In a U.S. lawsuit, Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre alleged she met the British Prince Andrew at a London nightclub called Tramp before he forced her to have sex inside the home. She died of suicide earlier this year.

49ers' Christian McCaffrey is One to 'Root For' in 2025
49ers' Christian McCaffrey is One to 'Root For' in 2025 originally appeared on Athlon Sports. San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey has been one of the best running backs in the league since his rookie season. Advertisement McCaffrey reinforced his elite status with San Francisco in 2023 by leading the league with 1,459 rushing yards while adding 14 touchdowns. He was selected to the Pro Bowl and won Offensive Player of the Year, was elected First-Team All-Pro and finished third in MVP voting. But then came 2024, and his elite status was questioned ... because of his health. Tom Blair has labeled McCaffrey as the 49ers' candidate of "one player to root for" in 2025. "I know McCaffrey doesn't really need a boost in the fan department. This is more about a certain level of greediness I'm feeling about one of the most prolific offensive talents of our time," Blair wrote. "McCaffrey has topped 1,800 scrimmage yards in four separate seasons, a total surpassed by just four other players in NFL history (Hall of Famers Walter Payton, LaDainian Tomlinson, Marshall Faulk and Emmitt Smith). He did it as recently as 2023, when he hit the 2k mark for the second time -- then lost most of last season to injuries, finishing with less than 100 touches for the first time in his career. Maybe 2024 was just a natural step-down from such a high workload, and he'll easily bounce back again, just as he did following a similar blip in production following his first 2,000-scrimmage-yard effort, in 2019 with the Panthers. Then again, he's 29 now, with that much more mileage on his legs. Advertisement "Knowing how time and age generally work, it would be great to get to watch at least one more mega-wattage McCaffrey campaign." Durability has always been a question for McCaffrey, and ESPN noted that as the only problem with the former Stanford standout's game. "Durability is the one thing holding McCaffrey back," Jeremy Fowler wrote. "He has missed 10 or more games in three of his past five NFL seasons. 'He's a great player, but he's always had durability issues, even in college,' an NFL personnel executive said. 'He's an elite trainer and takes great care of himself. He's just not a big body and will lose a step eventually.' A return to 2023 form would put McCaffrey back in the MVP conversation. When he's healthy, he always produces. "In fact, McCaffrey has four seasons with at least 1,800 scrimmage yards and 10 touchdowns. The only players with more are all Hall of Famers: [LaDainian] Tomlinson, Marshall Faulk, Emmitt Smith and Walter Payton (five each)."
