With a perfect helmet of hair, a chunky gold chain, huge rave shades and bright white teeth - Jack's look immediately caught attention.
A flood of memes followed - and the "Ibiza Final Boss" born.
Now Alisha Cook, 23, has come forward to reveal she is Final Boss's girlfriend.
The young lady from Durham works as a debt collector and social media co-ordinator, according to her LinkedIn.
She shared a series of clips on TikTok captioned: "POV ya boyfriend's now known as the Ibiza final boss".
The pair can be seen embracing on a beachfront, with Jack sporting his characteristic get-up of black vest and shades.
Another shot shows him giving her a peck on the cheek.
People were delighted to discover more about the man behind the bob, with hundreds flooding to the comments with jokes.
One pointed out that at least Alisha can be sure Jack wasn't cheating on her - because there's "every angle of him on TikTok just having a ball".

Another jibed: "Have a word with his barber then because I don't know how he leaves the house."
The footage that kicked it all off was a clip of just a few seconds posted to social media by an Ibizan clothing brand.
Jack could been seen swaying around, lost in the music, with perfectly manicured hair and an iconic outfit.
His lid has been compared to a range of pop-culture icons from Ringo Starr to Friar Tuck and a Lego man.

And Jack has been soaking up his 15 minutes ever since.
He's launched a dedicated Instagram page which has racked up almost 30,000 followers and found himself an agent.
One pic sees him dishing a middle-finger salute to the camera, and in the other he's seen relaxing in a pool.

Surprise headliner: Glastonbury baby's wild birth story goes mega viral
The internet is calling for Glastonbury Festival to award a girl a 'golden ticket' after hearing the incredible story of her birth. Lauren called into BBC Radio 2 to tell host Michael Ball about how she was born at Glastonbury with her mother not even knowing that she was pregnant at the time. Naturally, the host was stunned as he heard the unbelievable story and social media users are calling for her to get a free ticket for life. Glastonbury stories don't get wilder than this one. Pic: Samir Hussein/WireImage Lauren said: 'So she was by herself, put up her tent while in labour, went to bed not feeling very well. 'Woke up, had me I guess. You know, in the moment, you know what to do and everything went to plan by herself. Not even her friend with her. 'She wraps me up in a pair of shorts, walks into her friend's tent and goes 'I've just had a baby' and I think they said 'you've probably had too much to drink, go back to bed''. TikTok users believe she should have a 'golden ticket'. Pic: Samir Hussein/WireImage Michael asked her what it says on her birth certificate and Lauren told him 'Worthy Farm' – where Glastonbury is held. She went on to talk about her relationship with her mother and the special bond that they share. Lauren added: 'She's been a fantastic mum growing up, given me an amazing childhood. @bbcradio2 Born at Glastonbury Festival! An incredible story on Love Songs with Michael Ball 🧡 Listen Sundays from 9am on Radio 2 and BBC Sounds #glastonbury #michaelball ♬ original sound – BBC Radio 2 'But most of all recently, I've actually suffered with a broken back. 'I've had a surgery that didn't go to plan and my mum looks after me. 'She's become my daily carer but you know, I can't complain because then you spend every day with your best friend, it's pretty cool. 'She's an absolute hero, from cleaning the floors, doing the washing or just being a shoulder to cry on.' Lauren gave her a 'massive thank you' while on the air and wished her a happy birthday. TikTok users couldn't believe the amazing story after BBC shared a snippet of the chat on their official page. One person commented: 'Literally should have a golden ticket to every Glastonbury.' Another wrote: 'This could be the plot to a movie omg.' A third added: 'This is hands down the coolest birth story ever!' Yet another laughed: 'People are always coming up with new ways to sneak into the festival.'

He wrote three especially for her – A Lady of Letters, Miss Fozzard Finds her Feet and A Woman of No Importance.
