Bailey Smith blows up at onlookers at Geelong Cats training session amid intense interest in his romance with Tammy Hembrow

Daily Maila day ago
Bailey Smith isn't weathering the storm of attention around his new romance with Tammy Hembrow.
The AFL star was furious with onlookers on Thursday as he got back to work, taking part in a training session with the Geelong Cats in Victoria.
Media and photographers showed up to see the playboy footballer return to the field after his weekend fling with Tammy - only for Smith to direct a string of expletives in their direction.
Smith covered his face as he walked off the pitch following his spray, the Herald Sun reported on Thursday.
It appears the young athlete is unimpressed by the intense interest in his latest love match, and had likewise unleashed on photographers who spotted him at Melbourne Airport on Sunday, after his hookup with Tammy on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Hembrow has given a very telling sign that things are getting serious between her and AFL star Smith.
The pair have been splashed across headlines since they were seen getting very cosy out in public on Saturday, just weeks after her split from husband Matt Zukowski.
But while the fitness influencer, 31, dismissed the news of their shock new romance as 'f***ing boring', her recent TikTok video tells another story.
The blonde beauty called out the interest in her love life with a biting message in the clip, but her followers were far more interested in what the online sensation was wearing - Bailey's jacket.
It appears that Bailey left the grey Adidas jacket he wore on their date over the weekend on the Gold Coast at Tammy's house - a big sign that they will be seeing each other again.
Bailey, 24, carried the jacket in paparazzi photos of the pair leaving their date at popular Rick Shores eatery.
Just days later, after Bailey had jetted back to his rural home in Victoria, Tammy could be seen wearing his jacket as she enjoyed the afterglow of a new romance in Queensland.
She defiantly wore the jacket as she filmed her TikTok video in her car.
In the clip, she mimed the words to a trending audio clip.
'Don't be f***ing boring. This whole town is so f***ing boring. I don't care,' Tammy mouthed, while shooting bratty looks at the camera.
The video appeared to be in response to the trolling that the mother-of-three has received for moving on just weeks after confirming her split from her husband of seven months, Matt.
Tammy also hit back at haters on Monday by posting a series of steamy selfies to Instagram and telling her followers to 'smile more'.
'Think we all need to smile a lil more, okayyyy,' she wrote.
Tammy came under fire from keyboard warriors on Monday over her new romance with AFL star Bailey.
Trolls attacked her after she posted photos of a family outing on Instagram on Sunday.
The gallery of heartwarming images featured Tammy and her brood visiting a market and enjoying a picnic.
In one photo, Tammy could be seen posing with her children, son Wolf, nine, and daughters Posy, three, and Saskia, seven, ahead of their day out.
Still, some followers saw the post as an opportunity to slam Tammy for her lifestyle choices.
'Another man in those poor kids' lives,' one troll complained.
Another user came in with an even harsher comment: 'Now onto another man already? Yeah 'cos Bailey will be able to handle kids etc. Why not just focus on you?'
Bailey jetted back to Melbourne on Sunday to resume training ahead of Geelong's clash with the Swans at the SCG.

Inside Sydney Sweeney's wild boozy night out as she continues to blow off American Eagle controversy

Sydney Sweeney had a boozy night out with friends and she shared the photos from the wild experience on Instagram. The event took place inside a crowded venue as the Euphoria actress held up a tray of shots to hand out to her pals. The movie star had her blonde hair down with a fresh tropical tan as she smiled from ear to ear. She was also seen with a microphone on a stage. Hollywood's latest 'it' girl wore a farm-girl style white cotton crop top that flashed her toned tummy as she added oversized blue denim jeans and white sneakers. She was surrounded by hot men and pretty friends who were dressed to party the night away. 'Duval diaries,' was all the star wrote in her Instagram caption. Sweeney split from her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, eight months ago after they started dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022. This comes on the heels of Sweeney's American Eagle drama. The A-list actress is the face of the label's autumn advertising rollout, which has the tagline, 'Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans.' American Eagle said the actress did nothing wrong with their ads after they were branded 'Nazi propaganda' by woke critics. Some saw her 'great jeans' campaign to be a remark on her genetic background which is mixed European ancestry; she grew up in rural Idaho. The phrase 'great genes' is 'historically used to celebrate whiteness, thinness and attractiveness,' which it said made 'this campaign seem to be a tone-deaf marketing move,' a Salon report on the backlash read. Others found the link 'ridiculous' and thought the ads were just fine. '"Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans" is and always was about the jeans,' the company said on Instagram. 'Her jeans. her story,' it was added. 'We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.' In a series of images, the Spokane, Washington-born beauty - who is set to play boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic - is seen modeling a variety of denim-based ensembles. In an accompanying video, Sydney is seen buttoning up her jeans as she muses: 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour... my genes are blue'. A second advert sees the camera pan down Sydney's chest as she models a plunging denim jumpsuit. She muses: 'My body's composition is determined by my genes...' before exclaiming: 'Hey, eyes up here' as the camera cuts back to her face. The advert has divided fans, however, with one critic calling the clip 'one of the loudest and most obvious racialized dog whistles we've seen and heard in a while.' Taking to social media, many expressed their shock at messaging, which they aligned to Nazi propaganda. Outraged fans penned: 'So Sydney (& American Eagle) somehow expect audiences to not interpret this visual as a euphemism for eugenics and white supremacy?' Some saw her 'great jeans' campaign to be a remark on her genetic background which is mixed European ancestry; she grew up in rural Idaho 'The Sydney Sweeney American Eagle ad campaign is just modern day Nazi propaganda. Like it's wild how blatant it is. Things are weird right now, man.'; 'the most nazi part of the Sydney sweeney add for me was the use of the word offspring'; ''Jeans (Genes) are past down from parent to offspring' 'My jeans (genes) are blue' 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans (genes)' Nothing is ever a coincidence, this is eugenics'; TikTok named Angie under the handle @vital_media_marketing then reviewed the ad and pointed out what she felt were problematic elements with the underlying message. Angie said: 'As it's panning up her body and on her face and her features, she's literally talking about her family tree and the genetics that have been handed down to her, her blonde hair and her blue eyes, and how great they are.' Many people panned the tone of the ad campaign on American Eagle's Instagram page, as one user quipped, It's giving "Subtle 1930's Germany."' Yet many were quick to defend Sydney, branding the backlash 'unhinged'. They shared on X/Twitter: 'I'm not sure how to say this nicely but if you think a jeans ad with a pun about Sydney Sweeney being pretty is a nazi dogwhistle you genuinely need to put the phone down for a while.'; 'everyone is seriously reading too much into this and y'all need to go take a hike or something because sydney sweeney is literally just promoting jeans, not 'nazi propaganda''; 'The claim that Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle ad is pro-eugenics because of a 'good genes/jeans' pun is genuinely unhinged. It's a denim campaign, not a manifesto. Not every blonde with blue eyes is a Nazi. Some of you need a history book — and a nap'; 'You guys don't have to like Sydney Sweeney or the ways she promotes herself but don't you think comparing those Jean commercials to nazi propaganda is a tad extreme?' Sweeney said in a July 23 news release about the fall campaign: 'There is something so effortless about American Eagle.' She said of the clothier: 'It's the perfect balance of being put-together but still feeling like yourself.'

Myles Garrett and Chloe Kim spark more romance rumors as Olympic champion is spotted at Browns practice

Browns star Myles Garrett and Olympic champion Chloe Kim sparked further romance rumors on Thursday as the skateboarder was spotted at Cleveland's practice. The defensive end and the two-time halfpipe gold medalist looked smitten back in May when they posed together at the Crunchyroll Amine Awards in Tokyo. And Kim provided more evidence that the pair are an item this week as she posted an Instagram story from the Browns' joint practice against the Eagles in Philadelphia. Kim took a snap of Garrett amongst his teammates as they practiced ahead of their second preseason game. The 25-year-old snowboarding star did not post a caption to along with the picture, which was posted ahead of the Browns' matchup against Philly on Saturday. Kim previously made a brief cameo in a video that Garrett posted to his Instagram, which recapped his travels to Japan and South Korea this summer. Garrett is preparing for another season with the Browns after signing an $160m extension The pair posed arm-in-arm on May 25 at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa as Kim presented an award at the Anime Awards. The trip came after Garrett signed a massive deal with the Browns, as he performed a surprising U-turn after requesting a trade from the embattled franchise. Ultimately, Garrett signed a four-year, $160million extension - the largest average annual salary ever for a non-quarterback at the time. That record was pipped in July as T.J. Watt agreed to an extension with the Steelers for three years and $123million - giving him an average annual salary of $41million compared to Garrett's $40million. Nonetheless, he and the Browns are hoping to turn things around after 3-14 last season. Earlier this month, he was pulled over by cops after reportedly being caught driving his Ferrari 100mph in a 60mph zone. WKYC reported that Garrett was stopped while driving a gray Ferrari at 2:06am on August 9 and given a ticket by cops. He has been caught speeding a number of times over the years in the Cleveland area. Kim, meanwhile, is preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina. She'll be in the winter Games for a third time after winning the world championship in halfpipe back in March.

The new London hotel that feels like an A-listers apartment with retro rooms and fantastic restaurant

THE July London Victoria is one of the newest hotels to open in the city; their first UK hotel after success in Amsterdam with more plans for Dublin and Lisbon too. Here is everything you need to know. 4 4 Where is the The July London Victoria? Just steps from London Victoria station, you are right in the middle of it all. The July London Victoria is a mastery in transporting you back in time without feeling dated, with laidback funk and jazz playing while checking into the mid century hotel. I was obsessed with the interiors as soon as I stepped in - rich mid century wood, painted ceilings and plush red chairs, all while funk and jazz played overhead. What are the rooms like? Despite calling themselves aparthotel, it felt more likely being in a trendy A listers flat. Each room comes with their own kitchenette, complete with Nespresso machines, tea making and all the glassware above the cooker. Decorated in baby pinks and rich green, I had great fun calling reception on the retro yellow dialling phone. Along with my very plush double bed, the pink tiled bathroom comes with a walk in shower and Marie-Stella-Maris toiletries, a Dutch brand the hotel has teamed up with. Despite being by a busy train station, my room was gloriously quiet thanks to overlooking a quiet street behind - meaning a fantastic nights sleep. What can you eat and drink there? The hotels The Idler is where you can dine all day. Lined with rich red leather seats, green ceiling ans pink trikes bar, I felt like I'd gone back to the80s (in a modern way) thanks to the abstract painted ceiling and mix of artwork on the walls Dinner is a small choice but good size portions affair; My Coppa cured meat and pickles starter was just as good as the whipped butter and sourdough. As tempted as I was by the steak and fish, the fresh tomato linguine with sides of seaweed salty Cavelero Nero and broccoli were a divine choice, as well as offering extremely large portion sizes. And I could hardly resist the chocolate mousse… Breakfast is a choice of continental or hot options such as potato hash and poached eggs. Take the kids too as they dine for free with an adult. Need a late night snack? There is even an on-site deli serving drinks and food to take back to your room. What else is there to do at the hotel? The hotel has an onsite 24hr gym - stylishly decorated in red patterns, albeit slightly sparse on the machines - as well as a cold plunge and sauna. The 24 hour reception is on hand for any questions or help - they happily were on hand when I forgot my phone charger by accident. Otherwise if you want to explore, catch a show at The West End, or hop on a train to explore the rest of the city. Is The July London Victoria family friendly? The hotel has a Family Apartment room which sleeps four, and you can request a free baby bed. Are there accessible rooms? There is the Accessible Apartment room which has an accessible bathroom, and there are two lifts in the hotel. 4 4
