Kusha Kapila warns followers who received ‘inappropriate messages' and ‘money requests' from her fake account: ‘Please stop engaging..'

Kusha quickly jumped into action to clear the air, telling everyone to stop interacting with the fake account. She also warned her followers to ignore any dodgy messages.
Not her page, not her words
Kusha took to her social media to let fans know what was really going on. She shared a screenshot of the fake Facebook page that was pretending to be her. The page was using her name and photo and had even built up a following of over 122,000 people.
What made it even more bizarre was its bio, which read, 'Small and stupid.'
In her story, Kusha added a strong message to make things clear. She wrote, 'Apologies for highlighting this at a time like this but this Facebook page is not owned/ run by me. Please ignore all inappropriate messages/money requests. Thank you to everyone who pointed this out. Please stop engaging with this page, thinking it's me.'
It's not the first time celebrities and influencers have had to deal with impersonators online, but Kusha made sure to respond fast to protect her fans and her name.
Earlier incident: Troll gets called out
Just a few days before this impersonation drama, on 5 May 2025, she also called out a troll who sent her a vulgar and inappropriate message in her Instagram DMs. Refusing to stay silent, Kusha shared the offensive message with her followers and gave the troll a sharp response. She wrote, 'Disgusting, unhealed, auraless behaviour.
