Nicolas Raskin returns as Rangers team to face Viktoria Plzen named
Raskin was dropped after the 1-1 draw with Motherwell on the first day of the league season and has only featured as a substitute since.
Martin has brought the Belgian back for the crucial match in the Czech Republic, as Joe Rothwell drops to the bench, with James Tavernier also coming in to replace Max Aarons.
Rangers took one step towards a play-off against RB Salzburg or Club Brugge with a 3-0 home win last Tuesday.
Djeidi Gassama's double, either side of Cyriel Dessers' penalty, put Rangers in the driving seat but Martin insists the job is far from done and his side will face a tough test in the Doosan Arena.
Rangers start with Jack Butland in goal behind a back four of captain James Tavernier, John Souttar, Nasser Djiga and Jefte.
Raskin is part of a midfield trio with Mohamed Diomande and Lyall Cameron, while Gassama and Oliver Antman are in the wide positions either side of striker Cyriel Dessers

Cameron hails 'unbelievable' Butland before Brugge test
Midfielder Lyall Cameron praised "unbelievable" Jack Butland after the goalkeeper's impressive performance helped Rangers secure a Champions League play-off against Club second-half equaliser eased pressure for a spell before hosts Viktoria Plzen regained the lead and laid siege to Rangers' goal, with Butland pulling off a number of crucial saves as Russell Martin's men advanced 4-2 on aggregate."It's unbelievable," Cameron said. "I've always thought he was a great goalie."I remember the first time I went to Ibrox with Dundee. I thought I'd scored in the first minute. He pulled out a worldy save, so I was raging at him for that!"The way he carries himself about the training ground, the way he does everything is just really good for me to look up to. "He's always doing extra and all that, it's just good for me to look up to and see that. No matter where he is at in his career, he's still doing that and trying to get better."Cameron described his first goal for the club as a "massive moment" and insists the team will improve once they implement Martin's style 22-year-old is well aware of the scale of the test Club Brugge - who draw 2-2 with Rangers in pre-season - will bring in the first leg at Ibrox next Tuesday."Obviously, we know it's not going to be an easy game," he added."They're a good side. We played them in a friendly at Ibrox a couple of months ago, so we know they're a good team but that's just what you have to expect to play in the Champions League. "We need to show that we can compete at that level, and hopefully we will."

'Motherwell held their nerve over Miller - now they must use the cash wisely'
Motherwell held their nerve on the Lennon Miller departure. It would have been easy to be bullied and jump into the first offer that came along, but they were adamant they had a weren't just going to sell on the cheap and they got the just reward with Miller's club record sale to Udinese. It shows there's a real positivity in Scottish football that when you've got a good, young, talented footballer, hold on to them as best you also shows if you give them the pathway and allow them to progress into your first team they can make you money. All round it's a good deal for the an excellent deal for Lennon. He gets a chance to go and experience something new and Motherwell now have a big pot of money and the question is what do they do next? They won't be getting that in a lump sum, it will be drip fed in over a period of time. It's always nice to know you've got money coming in every season as you progress and I'm sure there'll be targets that Lennon can meet to make Motherwell even more have be wary they don't waste it. That was the one observation I had after the club got the money from David Turnbull's move to Celtic. I almost felt it was just frittered away and wasn't really invested in be clearly aware of agents and players contacting the club wanting to move to Motherwell now because they've got some money in the bank. They'll want excess wages so they've got to be wary of potential to improve the infrastructure at the training ground, then look at the investment into the youth academy. Ultimately that's where Miller has come from and where the likes of Turnbull and James McFadden came from over the years, so invest in players are there, you just have to find them. There's money there, there's talent there, you just have to nurture Craigan was speaking to BBC Sport Scotland's Andy Burke

Andy Halliday obliterates Rangers tactics as he exposes 'pure myth' under Russell Martin
Halliday got the tactics board out to break down the deficiencies on show against Dundee in 1-1 draw at Ibrox Andy Halliday has obliterated Russell Martin' s Rangers tactics with a forensic examination of his gameplan. . The former Ibrox hero picked apart the new boss' approach from their dismal 1-1 draw at home to Dundee, which has left Martin without a win in his first two Premiership matches in charge and in serious danger of falling well off the pace of champions and rivals Celtic already. Halliday got a close up view of Martin's team on the opening day of the season. He was an unused substitute at Fir Park as Gers were held 1-1 by Jens Bethel Askou's side. And they fared no better at Ibrox as beleaguered Steven Pressley was handed a timely boost by leaving Govan with a share of the spoils. The Dark Blues were only denied all three points by a controversial penalty call two minutes from time. And Halliday gave a detailed breakdown of the team he'll face at least another twice this season, breaking down the draw backs to Martin's style and how Rangers are still struggling to break down sides that are happy to sit in and hit them on the break. Getting the tactics board out, Halliday spoke on the Open Goal podcast to co-hosts Simon Ferry, Paul Slane and fellow ex Ibrox man Kevin Kyle. He had the formation lined up from Saturday's 1-1 draw against Dundee and ripped it to shreds, saying: 'This is Rangers against Dundee. 'Dundee played a 5-4-1, really compact, really tight, really deep and narrow. Rangers went with a flat back four and they had five players attacking eleven players. How are you going to create chances and score goals if you're five v eleven? 'You would struggle to score against kids in training if you were five v eleven. And do you know what they keep doing because there's nothing else on? They play a straight pass into Cyriel Dessers and when they lose the ball there's f***** nobody in the middle of the pitch. 'People talk about Rangers having inverted full backs but that's a pure myth.'
