Property transfer to be made easy with ‘Auto Mutation'
The new system will automatically change the details like property details, payment of taxes automatically in the name of the purchaser after the registration of the property after the completion of the sale.
From August 1st onwards, procedure of mutation of property in the corporation office will be on a faster mode and without any incorrect details related to name, address and the property. Auto Mutation, an ambitious and massive plan for transparency, was taken up under the State government's prestigious 'P4' scheme, she said.

Rose Society lends hand to govt's anti-poverty mission
Vijayawada: The Rose Society of Andhra Pradesh has stepped forward to participate in the state government's 'P4' poverty eradication programme, adopting several 'Golden Families' to support their upliftment. The members of the society met with district collector Dr G Lakshmisha at his camp office here on Friday, expressing their commitment to social responsibility. During the meeting, Collector Lakshmisha explained the significance of the P4 initiative, a key step towards achieving the vision of 'Swarnandhra' (Golden Andhra). He stated that the programme aims at bringing new light into the lives of the poor, with the goal of achieving 'zero poverty' by 2029 through a transparent implementation process. The collector highlighted that the P4 initiative is designed to empower the top 10 per cent of society to guide and uplift the bottom 20 per cent of families. He praised the idea that those who have been successful with the support of society should give back, acting as mentors for these families. Lakshmisha revealed that 86,398 'Golden Families' have been identified in the district. So far, 4,279 mentors have come forward to adopt 33,505 families. He said that in addition to individual entrepreneurs, organisations such as the Red Cross, Rotary, and the Andhra Motor Merchants Association (AMMA) have also joined the effort. He commended the Rose Society for responding to the government's call and encouraged more individuals and organisations to come forward voluntarily. The delegation that met with the Collector included Dr Adusumilli Sitamahalakshmi (Advisory Chairperson), Surapaneni Usharani (President), Ghantasala Lakshmi (Secretary), and executive committee members A Ratnalakshmi, Kancherla Subha, and Atluri Sumabindu.

CM Chandrababu visits Kadapa, distributes pension, travels in auto
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Jammalamadugu in Kadapa district today, where he participated in a pension distribution programme in Gudencheruvu village. In a symbolic gesture, the Chief Minister travelled from Gudencheruvu to Prajavedika in an auto-rickshaw, during which an auto worker received a salary and the CM was warmly welcomed and worshipped by an auto driver. Addressing a public gathering at Prajavedika, Mr Naidu reaffirmed his commitment to the development of Rayalaseema. He recalled that the region's irrigation projects were envisioned by the late N. T. Rama Rao (NTR), and highlighted that the Handri-Neeva project is progressing with an investment of ₹3,800 crore. He assured that the works would soon be completed, ensuring all tanks are filled and reducing the risk of drought by utilising water currently flowing into the sea. Emphasising the importance of industrial development in Rayalaseema, the Chief Minister announced that the construction of the Kadapa Steel Plant will begin shortly, with the first phase expected to be completed by December 2028. Additionally, Mr Naidu declared that the Annadata Sukhibhava scheme will be launched tomorrow. Under this initiative, the Andhra Pradesh government will provide ₹14,000 and the central government ₹6,000, offering a total support of ₹20,000 to farmers. Kadapa district in-charge Minister Savita, local TDP MLAs, leaders of the P4 gold family, weavers and a large number of residents attended the public meeting.

Krishna Milk Union announces ₹13 crore bonus for dairy farmers
Krishna Milk Union Chairman Chalasani Anjaneyulu on Thursday announced that a first instalment bonus of ₹13 crore will be distributed to milk suppliers for the financial year 2025–26. The decision was made during the Union's governing body meeting held earlier on Thursday (July 31, 2025). The bonus covers the period from April to July 2025 and will be disbursed in August. Addressing a press conference, Mr. Anjaneyulu said that Krishna Milk Union remains the only cooperative in the region that consistently pays the highest procurement prices to farmers while also providing regular bonuses. Inspired by the visionary P4 programme of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Union has rededicated itself to farmer welfare. One key initiative includes offering sex-sorted semen doses—crucial for increasing milk productivity—at a highly subsidised rate. While the market price is ₹150 per dose, dairy farmers in the undivided Krishna district will receive it for just ₹50, with the Union covering the remaining ₹100. 'This subsidy will help enhance livestock productivity and ensure a stable rural livelihood, aligning perfectly with the goals of P4 initiative,' he said. The Chairman also announced that two new veterinary hostels will be established soon—one in Pedakallepalli (Avanigadda mandal) and another in Munagacherla (Nandigama mandal).
