Here's how to do it . . .
PASTA POWER: This no-cook wonder is perfect for hot days.
Simply boil 500g penne until al dente, then mix with two tins of drained tuna, four tablespoons of mayo, a handful of sweetcorn and some diced cucumber.
The creamy, crunchy combo makes four generous servings and keeps fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
For extra zing, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
SALAD SAVIOUR: Massage 200g of kale with olive oil to soften the leaves, then toss with 400g of fluffy cooked couscous, crumbled feta and charred roasted peppers.
Packed with Mediterranean flavours, this veggie bowl stays fresh for 72 hours — ideal for work lunches or lazy dinners.
Want more protein? Throw in some leftover grilled chicken or chickpeas.
BBQ BEANS: For a protein-packed staple, soak 500g of dried butter beans overnight then slow-cook with two tins of chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon of smoked paprika and a drizzle of honey.
The smoky-sweet beans can be frozen for three months and they are perfect with crusty bread or as a veggie BBQ side.
They can also make a great baked potato topping or a lovely addition to morning eggs.
COOL SOUP: Blitz two chopped cucumbers with 500ml of natural yoghurt, a garlic clove and handful of fresh mint for a refreshing, chilled soup that can be kept in a tub in the fridge until needed.

Stacey Solomon 'fell in love' on family holiday with Molly Mae and Tommy Fury

Stacey Solomon revealed that she spent the first part of her family holiday with Molly Mae, Tommy Fury and their daughter Bambi as she revealed she 'fell in love' with them Stacey Solomon has made some rather unexpected friends while on holiday – Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury. Stacey left Pickle Cottage behind to enjoy a much-needed break with her family, soaking up the sunshine and looking incredibly toned, with husband Joe Swash and five children: Zachary, 17, Leighton, 12, Rex, 5, Rose, 3, and Belle, 2. ‌ The 35-year-old let her followers in on her latest summer break at the swanky £1,000-per-night Regnum Carya hotel in Turkey. However, Stacey wasn't the only celeb who chose that location for her family holiday as Molly Mae, Tommy Fury and their 2-year-old daughter Bambi also headed to Turkey for some sun. ‌ Stacey told her followers that she spent the first part of her family holiday with the influencer family and stated that she 'fell in love' with them after bumping into them at dinner one evening. It comes after David Beckham speaks 'as a father' in 'family' announcement after latest Brooklyn snub. ‌ Taking to her Instagram and sharing a sweet selfie with the Maebe founder, Stacey was all smiles as she wrote: 'Got to spend the first part of our holiday with @mollymae, @tommyfury & Bambi. Bumped into them at dinner one night and fell in love.' Stacey continued and revealed that she had even asked the family to visit their home. She added: 'Genuinely the nicest, most down to earth family. And Bambi omg I can't. Just the most kind hearted little one. Rose was gutted when she left! Can't wait for them to come to Pickle Cottage'. Another picture showed her two older sons posing up a storm next to boxer Tommy Fury. The boys sweetly clenched their hands into fists for the photo as Stacey wrote: 'boys were buzzing'. The luxury hotel is one of the top-ranked all-inclusive Resort Hotels located on the Mediterranean coast in Turkey. The lavish villa options give guests the option to plump for luxury villas with private pools, swim-up rooms, family rooms, suite rooms, and more. ‌ The sweet holiday update follows after Stacey sent her fans into a frenzy with a bikini picture, which showed off her washboard abs, as she opened up about her fitness journey. Stacey said she feels "so much stronger" and "really pretty" during her summer holiday as the mum-of-five revealed she has stuck to weight training since February. She explained: 'I genuinely only do it because I want to be so strong. Like boss b***h strong. I want to forever be able to pick up my babies with ease and carry double buggies on my shoulder when necessary.' Stacey has been dedicated to her fitness journey since the beginning of the year, focusing on strength and consistency rather than just appearance. She added: 'Don't commit to fitness just for the looks. Do it so you can wrestle your 17 year old and carry all three of your toddlers in 40 heat and you'll enjoy the journey more.".
