Harriet, 24, - who is also a nurse - was selected by Jeremy Clarkson to temporarily take on the work of Kaleb Cooper while he was on tour with his stage show.
But her life away from Diddly Squat Farm is far more glamorous.
In fact, she has revealed she is taking some time out from the humdrum of farm life and is enjoying a beach break away with some pals.
Harriet looked stunning in her latest Instagram snap which saw her blowing up a lilo in a black and white printed bikini.
She wore her long blonde hair in a pretty ponytail, and her tiny two piece showed off her incredible figure.
JEREMY SPEAKS OUT
Harriet was drafted to help deal with all the goings-on at Diddly Squat Farm after Jeremy's right-hand man Kaleb left him to head out on tour and pursue his media career.
However, Jezza has since been keen to stress that the popular star has NOT been replaced, and will be returning.
Earlier this month, Jeremy addressed the recent changes for the first time in an Instagram video.
Speaking in one of his many fields, the former Top Gear star said: "There has been lots of reports that Kaleb has been 'replaced' - well, no he hasn't."
Jeremy then went on to clarify the current set-up and just exactly why Harriet was brought into the farm and what Kaleb's future on the show looked like.
Emotional moment Jeremy Clarkson holds back the tears thanking farmhand Harriet for 'saving his life'
He continued: "What happened is this, he went away on his speaking tour, for a couple of months because he imagined that after four years, I'd be able to manage on my own.
" I didn't - I made a complete mess of everything and had to bring in a young girl called Harriet.
"Harriet is brilliant and looked after the fort until he got back.
"That is it - that's the story!"
Jeremy's message confirmed that Kaleb would be back, after fears were raised by fans when the new trailer dropped.

BECOMING A STAR
Despite only turning 24 earlier this year, Harriet is no stranger to the farming world.
In fact, she has already landed a brand deal with Country Moos ahead of the show - a sock company dedicated to cow-designs.
Harriet confirmed her involvement in Clarkson's Farm earlier this month.
She shared a video of the trailer to the new series on her Instagram account.
Harriet then wrote alongside it: "Something exciting is coming on the 23rd of May."
Clarkson's Farm series guide
By Conor O'Brien, TV Reporter
Clarkson's Farm airs on Prime Video and follows TV personality Jeremy Clarkson as he manages his Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds.
Three series have been released to date and here is an overview of what has happened so far.
Series 1
Jeremy takes over the day-to-day running of the newly renamed Diddly Squat Farm.
Lisa Hogan, Kaleb Cooper, "Cheerful Charlie" Ireland and Gerald Cooper are also introduced.
Jeremy starts to assemble what he needs for his farm - as well as laying the groundwork for things to come later.
He buys key equipment including a tractor and cultivator, as well as taking on sheep and opening a farm shop.
Jeremy takes over the day-to-day running of the newly renamed Diddly Squat Farm.
Series 2
This series sees Jeremy look for ways to increase the farm's revenue.
One such example is bringing in a herd of cows although this isn't without its issues.
Jeremy also had the idea to convert the abandoned lambing barn into a restaurant where he could sell his meat from the farm.
For this plan to move forward, he had to get planning permission from the local council.
Viewers also meet Pepper, a heifer among the herd who ultimately becomes the star's favourite.
Series 3
The third series contained some of the show's most emotional moments to date.
In heartbreaking scenes, dozens of newborn piglets died as a result of overlaying - their mother rolling on to them.
Jeremy said goodbye to his favourite pig - the Baroness - after she developed cancer and needed to be put down.
Dry stonewall expert and "head of security" Gerald Cooper was diagnosed with cancer.
Jeremy and Kaleb began a competition between themselves - with Kaleb looking after the arable side and Jeremy taking the non-arable elements.
Fellow farmers - and famous faces - Andy Cato and George Lamb appear in this series

Elsewhere in the interview, Perrie revealed she wants to expand her family after welcoming a son Axel in 2021 with her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Chatting about how Axel sleeps in her bed when Alex is away for work, Alison asked: 'Are you going to have another one?' To which Perrie replied: 'I'd love more. I've always wanted four but I know that's a bit excessive now because I know that we can't get in a car.' 'You just get a bigger car, don't you?' Alison responded. Perrie replied: 'I don't want to. I had a dream the other night that I was pregnant.' 'Should we go and get a pregnancy test?' Alison joked, to which Perrie said: 'Could you imagine.'
