Still the best of 'Friends:' Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox reunite in new selfie
After all these years, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are still the best of "Friends." The '90s sitcom costars turned close friends took to Instagram on Aug. 17 to share a two-slide carousel together. "We look so cute next to each other….so do they 😉♥️" Cox captioned the joint post. The first photo featured a selfie of the duo, while the second picture featured body wash from Cox's beauty company Homecourt plus shampoo and conditioner from Aniston's haircare line LolaVie. The pair played Monica and Rachel on the beloved series from 1994 to 2004 for 10 seasons. Cox, 61, was featured in a June 30 Instagram post from 56-year-old Aniston, featuring the pair looking back and softly smiling at the camera. Last year, the "Morning Show" star posted a sweet snap for Cox's 60th birthday, adding in a heartfelt caption that her friend is "powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested" and "ferociously talented." Earlier this month, Aniston got candid about the "Friends" co-stars' collective pain following the death of Matthew Perry. In an interview for Vanity Fair's September cover story, published on Aug. 11, Aniston shared how she and other "Friends" stars attempted to help Perry as he battled addiction over the years. The actor died in October 2023 at 54. He was found unresponsive and face-down in the "heated end" of his pool, and the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office later revealed that his cause of death was due to "the acute effects of ketamine." "We did everything we could when we could," Aniston told Vanity Fair. "But it almost felt like we'd been mourning Matthew for a long time because his battle with that disease was a really hard one for him to fight. As hard as it was for all of us and for the fans, there's a part of me that thinks this is better." She added, "I'm glad he's out of that pain."

The 54-year old actor, famous for his role as Chandler Bing on "Friends" was found floating face down in the his pool on Oct. 28, 2023. His cause of death was the result of "acute effects of ketamine" and subsequent drowning, according to the autopsy report. Perry suffered a decades-long battled with mental illness and alcohol and drug addictions through his own admission. Here's what to know. What is ketamine? Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that also has hallucinogenic effects. It is used medically for induction and maintenance of anesthesia and it is also used as a treatment for depression and pain management. The drug can distort perceptions of sight and sound, making the user disconnected or detached from their pain or environment. It is often abused for theses same qualities, in that it can also induce a state of calm, immobility and amnesia while under the influence. Ketamine comes in a clear liquid that can be injected or mixed into drinks. It also comes in a white or off-white powder form that can be snorted or smoked. She came into public view due to her connection to Perry's death in 2023, albeit her illiegal activities were also linked to the overdose death of another man, Cody McLaury in 2019. Prosecutors accused Sangha of working with Perry's acquaintance, Erik Fleming, and selling 51 vials of ketamine to Perry's live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, which injected Perry with the ketamine drug, according to news reports. Fleming and Iwamasa previously reached plea deals with the prosecutors and now, as of Aug. 18, so has Sangha. Trump awkwardly praises Sean Hannity, Ainsley Earhardt relationship live on-air
President Donald Trump is praising low-key Fox News power couple Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt. Trump took time to discuss Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, his federal takeover of Washington D.C. with an increased police presence and more personal matters during an Aug. 19 appearance on the right-leaning cable network's morning program "Fox & Friends," which Earhardt cohosts. "There's a guy named Sean Hannity. He might take a very lovely young lady that he knows very, very well to dinner in Washington and they don't have to – she's sitting right next to you by the way – I don't want to get him in trouble so I better explain exactly," Trump said. "We don't want any secrets here." Fox News' Sean Hannity, Ainsley Earhardt got engaged over Christmas holiday Trump continued, telling Earhardt and her cohost Lawrence Jones, as well as guest host Charlie Hurt, that "that's the greatest relationship," referring to the "Light Within Me" author, 48, and "Hannity" host, 63, who announced their engagement late last year. In his live comments, Trump was seemingly saying that D.C. is now safer for the Fox stars to go on dates. "I also am not breaking any news. This could be the most important thing I've said. But let me tell you, those are two great – Ainsley and Sean – great people. When they go out to dinner, I don't want to see them get mugged," Trump added. "Now they can go out (in D.C.), they can hold hands, they can walk down the street, they're both superstars." After Trump said that he wants "to know who makes more money," Jones (who tried to interject multiple times) then changed the subject. USA TODAY reached out to reps for Fox, Hannity and Earhardt for comment. Lawrence Jones will join 'Fox & Friends' as permanent co-host The cable-TV anchors got engaged over the Christmas holiday, revealing the news to their employer in a Dec. 26 interview. Hannity proposed to Earhardt at their home church, a reflection of the shared faith that brought the lovebirds together. The couple said that they received the blessing of their children, who "couldn't be happier" for them."We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives," the couple told Fox. In a Dec. 27 Truth Social post, Trump congratulated the couple on the engagement: "Great news about Sean and Ainsley. They are officially engaged to be married! There are no finer people than these, and there will be no finer couple. Congratulations to both - A deal made in HEAVEN!!!" Hannity was previously married to Jill Rhodes from 1993 to 2019, and has two children – a son and daughter – from the relationship. Earhardt was previously married to former Clemson University quarterback Will Proctor from 2012 to 2019, and they have one daughter. Earhardt's first marriage was to Kevin McKinney, from 2005 to 2009. The couple said at the time that they "still get along well" with their previous spouses. "Everyone is supportive of each other," the duo told Fox News. "We actually made them aware this was happening ahead of time." Contributing: Taijuan Moorman
