Chris Hemsworth is enjoying spending some time with his sons in paradise.
On Monday, May 26, the Marvel actor, 41, shared a series of photos on Instagram from his vacation Fiji alongside his twin sons Sasha and Tristan, 11. The trio could be seen enjoying a day on the boat together, lounging as they posed and got in the water.
The proud dad also included photos of his twin sons surfing, catching different waves before heading back for a sunset boat ride.

The Thor star shares his sons, as well as his daughter India Rose, 13, with wife Elsa Pataky.
In April, Hemsworth shared a series of photos from his son's dirt bike race on Instagram, praising Tristan for competing in his first ever competition. In one sweet photo, Hemsworth could be seen hugging his son, who wore a red and yellow helmet and a red jersey with "Triz" written on the back.
Other videos showed the start of the race, as well as a clip of Hemsworth embracing Tristan after the race, sweeping him off the ground.
"Stoked for my boy competing in his first ever race finishing 3rd in his class, proud moment ❤️ @sgemcc @steelmcmi11an @juzmac," Hemsworth wrote in his caption.
Back in February, Hemsworth shared a recap from a recent family ski trip on his Instagram. The video, which played "The Keepers" by Santigold in the background, opened with the Thor actor recording himself on an airplane before zooming into the plane window and panning to the beautiful snowscape view.
The clip transitioned into a few family photos before showcasing videos of his children doing impressive flips and jumps down the mountain, with the ease of professionals. Amid the videos, the Transformers One star inserted a photo of him and his wife Pataky posing together, with Hemsworth wearing a camouflage ski suit and Patasky adorning a multi-colored one.
"Another ski trip where the kids continue to make me feel like I don't belong on the mountain 😂," Hemsworth wrote in the caption of the video.

Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Real About Disliking Being On Social Media As A Famous Person: 'I'm Like An Old Lady'
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. If nothing else, you can, seemingly always, say that actress Gwyneth Paltrow is honest. The proud vagina candle maven has been known to open up about everything from hiding in her parents house after winning her Oscar at 26, to living with ex Chris Martin after they split and how hard it is to be an empty-nester. Now the Marvel star is opening up about being 'an old lady' when it comes to social media. While it's not impossible to be famous today and stay off social media (or at least not put your whole life online), it's not something that's done on a regular basis. In fact, most people, whether they're celebrities or not, use social media regularly, but the pressure to show every aspect of one's life must certainly be greater the more well known a person is. During an episode of The Goop Podcast where Gwyneth Paltrow spoke with actress Kerry Washington, the welcoming lifestyle company founder spoke about her feelings on social media, and admitted that some of her reticence likely has to do with age. As she said: There's a part of it I think that just is like a pre-Internet kid. I always wrestle a little bit with, 'Why are we having to put everything on social media? We just met with our video team. I'm always like, 'Chase, I don't want to be on Instagram!' You know? OMG. Gwynnie! I don't want to be on Instagram, either! But I am, because it's just what people do now. Of course, no one is expecting me to share literally everything I do during the day, so I'm totally free to sit back, follow a bunch of other folks and enjoy the view. When fans see Paltrow on social media, well, they want her to share things. Several stars have spoken about the immense pressure that can come from being online and opening your life up to fans. It has, in fact, caused a number of them to at least take breaks from it. Recently, A Complete Unknown star and Oscar nominee Monica Barbaro admitted that she's deleted her social media several times, and had to do it while filming that movie and again as positive reactions came in. Other famous folk have talked about doing the same social media 'detox' for a while, with Only Murders in the Building lead Selena Gomez calling the process 'the most rewarding gift.' This is likely because, as Home Town host Erin Napier once noted, regardless of what you post, the comments can be 'really rude.' While that can certainly harm one's mental health, however, the potential positives tend to outweigh some of the negatives for Paltrow, and that's exactly why she continues to use it. As she added: And yet, especially around the topic of mental health, or anything really that's heavily stigmatized, social media is this way to destigmatize. ... [like] wait, this is how you change culture and the tools right now are social media. So even though I'm like an old lady trying to get with the times of how this works... [I try to] get comfortable with it. And, lucky for us, she has gotten 'comfortable' with it and continues to share with fans on a regular basis.

Monyetta Shaw-Carter's Birthday Hits Different – She's Celebrating Life & Love After A Stage 1 Breast Cancer Battle
Source: Paras Griffin / Getty Today (May 31) isn't just another birthday for Monyetta Shaw-Carter — it's a full-on rebirth. After battling stage 1 breast cancer, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's special day hits different. She is turning 45 and celebrating with purpose, power, and a whole lot of pink. 'I caught the cancer early, and because of that, I will be here for my kids,' she told People . 'There's nothing more important than getting checked often and early to protect your future. Our health is irreplaceable.' Her diagnosis came after she felt an unusual sensation in her left breast last September. She didn't find a lump but told People she had a strange feeling that something was off. She listened. And that instinct saved her life. 'It was literally like my body was alerting me that something was wrong,' Monyetta said. 'It's so important for me to share this story because I hope to inspire others not to dismiss their gut feeling. Our body speaks to us, and when it does, we have to listen. It can be a matter of life or death.' One month after that self-check, a mammogram confirmed she had stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent a lumpectomy in January and completed 16 rounds of radiation by May 2. Now, weeks later, she's bringing her loved ones together for a joyful, pink-powered birthday bash. Her party honors life, resilience, and sisterhood. Monyetta credits her husband, Heath Carter, for being her rock through it all. She also had the support of her ex-fiancé, singer NE-YO, with whom she shares two children. 'NE-YO was just showing up for me in a major way and just always asking and making sure everything was okay,' she recalled in a recent interview. 'He was like, 'Oh, you're gonna beat this.'' Her RHOA circle also showed up with love. Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Shamea Morton, and Shereé Whitfield all supported. For Monyetta Shaw-Carter, breast cancer is real but not unbeatable. So why not celebrate? As the founder of Keep It Classy Nails , a mother of four, and a businesswoman, she wants Black women everywhere to trust their instincts, take care of themselves, and live on their own terms. 'I'm stepping into this new chapter with deeper gratitude, unstoppable faith, and a whole new glow,' she wrote on Instagram. 'This birthday is more than candles and cake…it's a celebration of life, a reflection of pain & purpose, of healing, and God's grace. I've faced one of the biggest battles of my life… and I WON!!!' Sydney Sweeney's New Soap Collab Will Be Made With 'Her Actual Bathwater'
Men like Sydney Sweeney. How much do they like her? Well, men's personal hygiene company Dr. Squatch is making a new soap with a secret ingredient: Sydney Sweeney's actual bathwater. For real. 'You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad … so we kept it,' Sweeney (Euphoria, The White Lotus season one) posted to her Instagram account on Thursday. Called 'Sydney's Bathwater Bliss,' the bricc (what Dr. Squatch calls its soap bars) is a 'very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater,' Sweeney wrote. More from The Hollywood Reporter Sydney Sweeney, Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, Michelle Yeoh Films Sell Wide at Cannes Sydney Sweeney Teases "Unhinged" 'Euphoria' Season 3 Sydney Sweeney, Halsey Get Violent While Hunting Down a Rare Artifact in 'Americana' Trailer Why do this? Well, you know why: because men are gross. So now they can cleanse themselves — well, their skin at least — with saponified oils (of olive, sustainable palm and coconut), shea butter, natural fragrance, Sydney's bath water, sand, mica, kaolin clay and sea salt. God knows what else they'll do with it: Dr. Squatch called Sweeney's bathwater 'one of nature's finest aphrodisiacs.' Don't try to check us on that 'men are gross' thing. First of all, I'm a man and I'm gross. But more relevant here are the multiple stalker fan letters to Dr. Squatch asking for this exact product — and definitely asking for worse things. Here's a relatively tame one: Unfortunately, there's a lot more where that came from; swipe right on the post. Clearly, the personal-care company (and Sweeney, whom Dr. Squatch calls a 'legend' for this) are leaning in. Days ago, the collab was teased by a Dr. Squatch post that read: 'Wanna take a shower with Sydney Sweeney?' Well, come June 6, you can. Sort of. The medium grit bar soap has 'refreshing notes of pine, Douglas fir and earthy moss,' per the manufacturer. Naturally, Dr. Squatch named the scent 'morning wood.' Sydney's Bathwater Bliss is 'a perfect combination of the two best places on the planet: The outdoors and Sydney Sweeney's bathtub,' the company continued. It appears that 100 creeps lucky winners will get a bricc made with Sweeney's actual bathwater. (To win one, you have to be '18+.' This bath soap couldn't get pornier.) The rest of you can buy a bar next week for $8. The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to Dr. Squatch and Sweeney's reps for more info.
