Faith Da Silva, Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda show off their weapons for 'Sang'gre'
The new generation of sang'gres led by Bianca Umali, Faith Da Silva, Kelvin Miranda, and Angel Guardian guested on Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" and demonstrated how to wield their weapons.
Angel, who plays the role of Deia, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin, flexed her fighting skills using the bow and arrow, as well as the pickaxe.
"Nag-aarchery po ako before 'Encantadia' pero matagal po akong nahinto. And bumalik ako because of Deia," she said.
Kelvin, who takes on the role of Adamus, the new protector of the Brilyante ng Tubig, followed suit and showed his two weapons, a chakram-inspired twin blades and a sword.
Faith, portraying Flammara, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy, also demonstrated her impressive fighting skills, wielding a gun equipped with a blade as well as a sword.
Bianca, who plays Terra, the new protector of the Brilyante ng Lupa, previously showed her bo staff which turns into arnis sticks.
"Sang'gre" is the spinoff of the hit Kapuso series "Encantadia."
The series also features a new set of characters including Rhian Ramos as Mitena, the late Ricky Davao as Governor Emil, Ysabel Ortega as Armea, and Sienna Stevens as the younger counterpart of Rhian.
"Sang'gre" will finally premiere on GMA Prime on Monday, June 16, at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA Integrated News

Danaya, Terra finally reunite in dream realm
After long years of being separated from each other, Danaya (Sanya Lopez) and her daughter Terra (Bianca Umali) finally met in an emotional reunion filled with tears, warmth, and long-suppressed longing. She confessed her yearning to finally see her daughter again, while Terra admitted she had waited her whole life for this very moment. Bianca De Vera open to doing a project with Will Ashley, Dustin Yu
Bianca De Vera has expressed her willingness to work alongside Will Ashley and Dustin Yu on one project. In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, Bianca showed her readiness to explore such a dynamic if the opportunity arises. "If the project comes, then I think ako, OK ako. Sana sila OK," she said. Previously, Will and Dustin also affirmed their openness to work together. The Sparkle actress said EA has given her the decision for the timing of everything, from the announcement of their engagement, to their wedding, and to having a baby. However, the couple is already preparing for the future family that they will build together. They will continue with their showbiz careers to get ready for their responsibility as parents. "S'yempre kailangan naming paghandaan na ang baby. Mahal na ang magpaaral ngayon, magpalaki ng bata, so ayaw namin na mahirapan s'yempre," Shaira said.
