Snow Abu Dhabi is throwing a fun run for kiddos
Think fun runs are all about the sweat and sunburn? Think again. Back for its second edition on Saturday, May 31, the event is organised in partnership with Abu Dhabi Sports Council and is packed with icy action. Kids will not only race against the clock, but also collect tokens throughout the course to enter a prize raffle at the end (because nothing says motivation like mystery prizes and hot chocolate at the finish line). The run is split into age groups so everyone gets a fair crack at snow-glory: 6 to 8 years – Race starts at 8.30am – Race starts at 8.30am 9 to 11 years – Race starts at 9am – Race starts at 9am 12 to 14 years – Race starts at 9.30am Every young participant will bag a commemorative medal, a souvenir t-shirt and yes, a steaming cup of hot chocolate to warm those fingers. Adults aren't left out either – all under-14s must be accompanied by a grown-up who gets free access to the cheering zone. Expect plenty of good vibes, cosy snacks and family-friendly energy throughout the morning. The Snow Fun Run is all about keeping kids active, engaged and excited about fitness – without sweating it out in the summer heat.
