Jeff Brazier beams as he reunites with son Freddie in sweet snap despite family feud

TV presenter Jeff Brazier has reunited with sons Freddie and Bobby amid a legal dispute and ongoing family tensions as Freddie continues to face his personal struggles
Jeff Brazier has reunited with sons Bobby and Freddie for a rare family gathering, despite rising tensions behind the scenes.

The 46-year-old TV presenter was joined by his two sons, whom he shared with the late Jade Goody, as well as other relatives, to celebrate his mother Janette's birthday.

Posting a smiling family photo, Jeff wrote: "Lovely to have the full squad together yesterday to celebrate my Mum's birthday. Will always be in her debt for the help she has been over the years."

The warm family moment is in stark contrast to the seemingly strained relationship between Jeff, 46, and Freddie, 20. Recent reports have revealed that Freddi is currently embroiled in a legal battle with his father, who has allegedly taken steps to block him from visiting his maternal grandmother, Jackiey Budden.
Jeff is said to be concerned about her influence, with their ongoing disputes stretching back years following the tragic death of Jackiey's daughter Jade, who died after a battle with cervical cancer when she was just 27-years-old.

Despite the turmoil, Jeff appeared on Loose Women on Tuesday share a rare update on his relationship with Freddie. Promoting his role in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical, he spoke about Freddie's interest in seeing him perform.
"I was with both the lads yesterday and Freddie is showing more eagerness to come and watch," Jeff said.
As for Bobby, the EastEnders actor, Jeff added: "He's been a bit casual about it… Bobby is going to come soon and no doubt there will be a critique that follows. He does trust me, I think he's always admired the fact that I chuck myself in. Whether that's a good idea or not, it soon follows doesn't it?"

It comes as Freddie's year has been marked by several personal challenges which he has documented on his social media platforms.
Earlier in 2025, he left the family home to live with his grandmother Jackiey. He later announced plans to enter rehab in Spain due to an addiction to 'smoking,' but ultimately decided against it.

Most recently, he ended his relationship with girlfriend Holly Swimburn, shortly after the couple adopted an adorable dog together.
A source told the Mail: "Things got very intense very quickly… but it has turned ugly pretty fast. There has been an almighty fall out and neither party believes they're in the wrong."

Freddie also had a rough encounter at the airport in early July, where he reportedly missed a flight and got into a fight. 'Missed my flight, got punched and got a fine on the train,' he wrote online. 'What a s** day.'*
Older brother Bobby later told The Sun: "Freddy will be OK… he's a good boy." He added, "He's very sensitive and wants to please. When he grows up a little bit, that will serve him well."

First look pictures as Kat Slater launches new EastEnders era in The Queen Vic

New EastEnders pictures reveal the dawn of a new era on Albert Square, as Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) takes over as landlady of The Queen Vic. As viewers of the BBC soap have seen, the Slater clan decided to play a practical joke on Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), when he announced his decision to buy the famed boozer. Pretending she'd won £100k on a scratchcard, Stacey (Lacey Turner) took great joy in seeing him squirm. Unfortunately, the prospect of having that amount of cash in her pocket seemed out of the question. That was, until, a man from an insurance company arrived to tell her that her ex-husband Martin (James Bye) had left the same amount of money in his policy. She wanted to secure her family's financial future by making an investment – and hoped that Kat would accept her offer of stepping back behind the bar. Unfortunately, as the auction began, Kat's husband Alfie (Shane Richie) dropped the bombshell to Stacey that he needed €50,000 to ensure he could bring his estranged step-daughter Zoe (Michelle Ryan) back to Walford. Between 1985 and 1991, the pub was owned by fictional brewery Luxford & Copley, with the following in charge: 1985-88, 2005: Den Watts Den Watts 1988-90: Frank Butcher Frank Butcher 1990-91: Eddie Royle Sharon Watts, Phil Mitchell and brother Grant then bought the famed boozer, and it has been in private ownership ever since. She rushed to tell Kat the good news, and in a bid to stall the auctioneer from slamming his hammer, Jean set off the fire alarm to send everyone out into The Square. As the winning bid – placed by a ruthless developer who planned to redevelop The Vic into flats – was about to be accepted, Kat told current owner Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) that she could match the offer. More Trending In yesterday's instalment, Linda began to pack her bags and looked around her home in reflection of both good and bad times. She knew it was the right decision to make. Cain consumed with grief in Emmerdale as he devastates Moira with cruel move

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) hurt Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) in tonight's episode of Emmerdale, following a major development about Nate Robinson's (Jurell Carter) killer. Yesterday, DS Walsh told Cain and Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) that Owen Michaels (Simon Haines) had confessed to killing Nate. Understandably, the news knocked them both. Not only did they have to try and deal with the fact Nate's murderer had been found, but they also had to try and come to terms with the fact a complete stranger was responsible for his death. We know of course, that none of this is true. Last Friday, John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) found Owen unconscious in his house. With knowledge that Cain and Tracy were desperate for closure, John left Owen to die and then wrote a note on his laptop, saying that he killed Nate. He believed that it would help Cain and Tracy with moving forward – but it just made things even worse. At Butlers Farm, Moira found Cain at the table. It was early morning, but Cain had been sat there for ages after struggling to sleep. Playing on his mind was the fact he will now never get a chance to confront Owen about Nate's murder. Moira attempted to make Cain feel better by reminding him that she knows exactly what it's like to lose a child. Unfortunately, a grieving Cain told Moira that the aftermath of Holly Barton's death isn't the same as Nate's, because she 'did that to herself'. Ouch. Cain spent the day consumed with negative emotion over the lack of closure regarding Nate. As John's guilt increased, Cain attempted to learn more about the sort of person Owen was from Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson). Liam had been visiting Owen as his doctor, but refused to tell Cain anything that would breach patient confidentiality. This left Cain incredibly annoyed and it led to him grabbing his best friend. Sent away from the pub, Cain took himself off for a walk to clear his head. He ended up back at Butlers Farm where he found Moira feeding some cows. More Trending Cain apologised to Moira and they hugged, with Moira being understanding of the situation Cain is currently in. As he left, Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) arrived. Topic of conversation turned to Owen and when Moira mentioned him planting Nate's phone in Frankie's playhouse, Robert was astounded. He found it incredibly odd that Owen would risk getting caught by heading to the place Nate lived – and will soon get very close indeed to the truth about Nate. EastEnders reveals first look at Kat Slater as Queen Vic landlady after 12 years

EastEnders have revealed first look images of Kat Slater behind the bar in the Queen Vic as she returns to the pub as landlady after Linda and Elaine made an emotional exit EastEnders have revealed first look pictures of Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) back behind the bar at the Queen Vic for the first time in 12 years. ‌ In the new images, Kat can be seen smiling behind the bar with two West Ham scarfs behind her - which appear to be a nod to her husband, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie). ‌ It's a special place for the couple, who ran the pub together from 2010 - 2013, when the Carters took over. It's also the place they first met in 2002, when Kat worked as a barmaid, while Alfie managed the establishment. ‌ Fans were over the moon when it was announced during EastEnders that Kat would be taking over as landlady - but it wasn't looking likely as she failed to even turn up to the auction. The original plan was to loan £100k from Stacey - who had received the lump sum from Martin's life insurance. ‌ However, just as they were about to head to the auction, Stacey received a worrying phone call from Alfie Moon saying he urgently needed 50,000 Euros which Zoe owed people in Barcelona. Stacey then told Kat she couldn't lend her the deposit after all, but later had a change of heart after some words of wisdom from Jean. As Ian Beale and a developer battled it out in the auction, a frantic Jean set the fire alarm off, meaning everyone had to be evacuated. Linda then announced she'd be selling the pub to Kat, who had turned up in her dressing gown. Kat was over the moon, as Linda told her to "fill it with love". The move in is set to be imminent as Elaine will be residing at Kat's flat until they find a more permanent place to live, with Kat and the kids moving back to their old home. ‌ Alfie however still has no idea yet that Kat has bought the pub - and Kat still has no idea that her husband is over in Barcelona helping out her estranged daughter Zoe. It was an emotional moment for Linda Carter on Tuesday night as she left the pub she had lived in since 2013. ‌ She said a tearful goodbye to the establishment, Tracey and her mum Elaine as she hopped into a black cab for a well deserved break on a cruise. However, fans don't have to fear as Linda hasn't left the soap for good and will be back after an extended break. She hasn't fully left the Vic either, as in an adorable moment, Kat told her she'd leave the picture of Mick on the wall to remember him by. EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
