Hannah Spearritt and Louie Spence quit Celebrity SAS first
The Channel 4 military reality show opened with the 14 celebrity recruits hooded and standing on a breakwater before they were asked for their identities by chief instructor Billy Billingham who told many of the celebrities 'don't grin at me'.
He then led them on two tasks, the first to plunge 26ft into the water and swim to intercept a boat, which picked them up, and the second to rescue three hostages from a building before blowing it up with a grenade.

Before the second challenge began, Spearritt, 44, handed over her number tag to directing staff, telling them: 'I'm done, I'm sorry, I've reached a point'.
In a pre-recorded interview which was played after her withdrawal, she said: 'I don't think I'll go on the first day,' adding she 'wouldn't forgive myself'.
During the task, Spence, who is best known for the Sky TV show Pineapple Dance Studios, threw a grenade into the building while it still had two hostages in it and afterwards told the directing staff he wanted to withdraw.
He was given a second chance to put his armband back on but turned it down.
Spence said: 'I want to do an immediate withdrawal, I just don't have the conviction, and I feel as though I'm not dedicated enough.'

He was told that he 'hadn't even started' but Spence replied 'that's what I mean'.
After the first task, former model Rebecca Loos was pulled in by directing staff after she gave up during the swimming challenge.
She was asked to open up on her alleged affair with footballer Sir David Beckham, who she worked for as a personal assistant, during the interrogation.
In an interview before the first task, former Drag Race UK star Bimini Bon Boulash said the show would be 'a piece of p***' after growing up as a queer person in Norfolk.
After the second task, former Watford striker Troy Deeney, who also threw a grenade into the building before clearing the hostages, was pulled in by the instructors where he opened up on physical abuse he and his mother received from his late father.
The show sees celebrities enter SAS training where they are not eliminated and are instead culled by the directing staff or able to withdraw themselves, with those who remain at the end declared the winners.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues on Channel 4 on Monday, August 4 at 9pm.

Explaining how the noise in his brain stops when he is working on his art he continued: 'With ADHD, when everyone else is going to bed, my brain goes, "It's just you and me now". 'It lives to work against you. But the one time the white noise stops, the one time I can focus, the one time that having ADHD is good for you is art. The world makes sense when I am working on my art.' Johnny took a year off work amid his health battle before he returned for his debut art exhibition. His new documentary, titled Johnny Vegas: Art, ADHD and Me, will see the star embark on a 'creative endeavour' that ends up being a 'journey of self-discovery'. The documentary delves into 'an honest and heartfelt conversation about mental health and understanding yourself'. Previously speaking about the new show, Johnny revealed he was once a 'dedicated wannabe ceramicist'. He said: 'I used to sit at a potter's wheel on stage. People thought it was a gimmick but I actually started out as a dedicated wannabe ceramicist. 'Art was my educational saviour. Over years of witnessing what felt like an ongoing decline in educational commitment to the very same arts I felt it was time I threw my hat back into the ring. 'To kickstart a debate about culture in general, whilst giving something of a visual a symbol of gratitude back to my honestly beloved town.' Channel 4 boss Shaminder Nahal revealed the documentary had been filmed over years and added: 'This series brings to life the power of art for everyone – how it can soothe, help, energise and inspire. 'It's an enlightening, eye-opening and emotional journey.' WHAT IS ADHD? Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a behavioural condition defined by inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. It affects around five per cent of children in the US. Some 3.6 per cent of boys and 0.85 per cent of girls suffer in the UK. Symptoms typically appear at an early age and become more noticeable as a child grows. Hollyoaks confirms unexpected reunion for Ste and Rex
Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) is keen to reunite with Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey) in Hollyoaks next week – but not without son Lucas' (Oscar Curtis) blessing. Rex, as viewers know, targeted and groomed Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass) into a world of exploitation earlier this year while working with sister Grace Black (Tamara Wall) to traffic the teens of the village. He subsequently had a change of heart and turned himself in to the police after boyfriend Ste uncovered what he did to son Lucas' boyfriend Dillon, branding his partner a 'monster'. After some persuasion from Donny Clark (Louis Emerick), Rex decides to inform on sisters Grace and Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix) and next week, he's introduced to Froggy (John Middleton), shocked to realise that he's his granddad. And soon after, Rex is released from prison. Knowing he'll be public enemy number one if spotted, he hides in the shadows upon his return to the village. Ste, meanwhile, attempts to reach out to Lucas, who brushes him off, and later he's left in shock when Rex approaches him. The second episode aired tonight and within minutes, a further two celebrities ripped off their arm bands and called it quits. The stars were tasked with trekking up a hill, before taking on the challenge of hanging from a wire over a ravine. However, Love Island star Chloe Burrows struggled on the climb, having already told her co-stars that she was finding the demands of the show difficult. As she was berated by the Special Forces staff for her moaning noises, she ripped off her arm band and told them between gasps for breath: "I can't do it." The DS was furious and yelled: "Can't do what? We've walked 300 metres up a f***ing hill!" He then told Chloe she was "wasting a massive opportunity" but through her tears, she told him: "I'm done, I'm done." After handing over her arm band, she headed down the hill, chucking her water bottle before taking off her backpack and saying: "F*** off, this is the worst thing I have ever done in my whole life!" But Chloe wasn't alone for long, as within a minute she was joined by another former Love Islander. The group continued climbing the hill, and the DS drilled number 5 - Tasha Ghouri - telling her to "dig deep" as she lagged behind.
