N-Dubz star Dappy is seen 'getting angry' and swearing at a fan on stage during a £6 gig as they derail his performance
The rapper, 37, was seen in a video clip inviting a hardcore fan on stage to join him to sing his 2012 hit No Regrets with him at the Trilogy Nightclub in Essex last month.
As the performer - who was in the band with cousin and former X Factor judge Tulisa and pal Fazer - met up with the fan on the platform, he made a grabbing action with his hands.
But as Dappy, whose real name is Costadinos Contostavlos, threw the microphone over to him, the ticketholder dropped it on the floor.
In a display dubbed as 'rude,' shirtless Dappy was reportedly seen mouthing: 'F**king hell man.'
When Dappy was given his microphone back, it did not work which seemed to frustrate him further.

Dappy then banged it on his hand and tried to sing into it before lobbing it onto the floor himself.
And fans of the former popstar were not impressed as they described his behaviour as 'rude'.
'I thought he was rude to the fan that dropped the mic,' claimed reveller Ellen Collins.
She also told NeedToKnow: 'I was just really let down by his behaviour and attitude.
After the video was circulated online, his fan base also had a view on outburst as they questioned why he got so angry.
One penned: 'Why is he always so angry?' while another claimed 'I would have asked for my money back'.
MailOnline contacted Dappy's representatives for a comment.
The incident comes after he theatened to 'twist the head off' his management and 'slap' his accountants over unpaid money from his N-Dubz reunion tour in 2023.
He launched a scathing tirade on Instagram, claiming he has not been 'paid a penny from the group's sell-out reunion tour which had to add extra dates to meet fan demand.
The hitmaker claimed he will never write another song or perform with N-Dubz again if he is not paid for the tour.
In a now deleted post, seen by The Sun, he wrote: 'Since N-Dubz comeback, I wasn't paid a penny in any way, form or shape! I'll never write another song or bar with N-Dubz again.
'F**k N-Dubz and f**k everyone who helped manage them. I'll never write another song or bar with N-Dubz again.
He added: 'I'm gonna twist your head off your shoulders when I catch you.
'I'm slapping you sooo hard too you little f**k boy. I want my breaddddd.'
Dappy also shared a document which said spending on the tour budget was 'way over what we expected' and there were no funds to pay him.
It read: 'There are currently no funds currently available to Dappy from the N-Dubz money.
'We are still yet to receive everything from (the manager) but from what he has provided so far, the level of his spending on behalf of Dappy from the tour money is way over what we expected.
'It's not a case of Dappy not being paid for the tour, it's a case of the money earnt by Dappy already being spent without his or our knowledge.
'This spending has eaten in to the other band members' pots. Again, we did not know this was happening.'
MailOnline contacted Dappy's representatives for comment at the time.
After forming in 2000, N-Dubz embarked on a successful career, which saw them release two platinum-certified albums, as well as eight top 40 hits.
Their most famous hits include No Regrets, Say It's Over, Number One and Playing With Fire.
They parted ways in 2011 before reunting in 2022 and announced a 10-date reunion tour, adding another seven shows when it sold out in minutes.

Perrie, 32, who now has son Axel with footballer fiance Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, said she had discovered she was pregnant again 'not even a year' after his birth. She recalled: 'I was rehearsing for the last Little Mix tour, and I thought, 'I don't feel good'. Every symptom under the sun. I was like, 'I think I'm pregnant'.' But as her pregnancy progressed past the five-month mark, Perrie began to suspect that medics had spotted something wrong with her unborn baby. 'Loved being pregnant' She said: 'We went for what was a 20-week scan, but we were actually 22 weeks, and that was just the worst day of my life. Like, horrendous. 'I just knew something was wrong in the scan. I've never experienced an out-of-body experience where everything goes in slow motion.' Two weeks later, Perrie and Alex were given the heartbreaking news that there was no heartbeat. She said: 'So then I remember sobbing. Alex was injured at the time and couldn't really drive. 'He was struggling to drive, but I couldn't see straight. I was just distraught. We basically lost the baby at, like, 24 weeks.' Perrie bravely opens up about her anguish on the We Need To Talk podcast with Paul C Brunson, out this morning. And she revealed Axel, who turns four on Thursday, was a 'rainbow baby' — the term used for a tot born after a previous pregnancy loss. Perrie Edwards says she still cries over Jesy Nelson leaving Little Mix five years on - but insists 'we did everything we could' The star explained: 'I had a miscarriage very early on with my first ever pregnancy. 'I remember finding out I was pregnant. Obviously, I started bleeding not long after, and I went to hospital and I had the scan and they were like, 'There's no baby.' And I was like, 'Oh, I've made this up. "Maybe I got a false positive or something'. I remember being on my own at the appointments.' Perrie said of the cherished son she went on to have in August 2021: "Axel's a rainbow baby.' In heartbreaking detail, she also recalled how she had already planned out her baby's bedroom before her second miscarriage. She admitted: 'It's weird, because the first time it happened, I think because it was so early, I was like, 'Oh, that's hard'. "But I think when you're 24 weeks and you've planned out that room and all these things, it's really hard. And nobody knows other than immediate friends and family. 'I remember shortly after, friends would message and be like, 'How's the bump?' She explained: 'When I was pregnant with him, I loved being pregnant, it was one of the happiest times of my life. I just love carrying babies. 'And it was lovely. But I was a bit on edge, thinking, 'Oh gosh, I want to get past the 12 weeks. I want to get past this'. And when I get past every scan, that pregnancy was complete bliss, it was perfect.' Thankfully, Perrie had former England midfielder Alex, 32 — who fans nickname The Ox — by her side. The couple have been together since 2017 and got engaged in 2022. I didn't even want to meet anybody. I was like, that's me done. I don't think I could bear that pain. Perrie Edwards Their relationship came two years after Perrie's engagement to first love Zayn Malik, of One Direction, fell apart before millions of fans. They had met in 2011, when X Factor stars One Direction returned to perform on the series of the singing contest that Little Mix won. Months later, they were a fully fledged couple, but it was never plain sailing. Zayn was alleged to have cheated with an Australian waitress in a London club, and was later hit with more claims of infidelity. In 2013, he demonstrated his commitment by getting a portrait of Perrie tattooed on his arm and even bought her mum a house in Dorset. But in 2015, they split — and she was left devastated, with reports at the time that he had ended their almost four-year romance by text. The ordeal inspired one of Little Mix's biggest hits, the chart-topping Shout Out To My Ex. 'Always the underdogs' However, Perrie held a dignified silence on the ins and outs of their relationship and how it ended. Reflecting on it now, she explained: 'I think definitely, at the time, I thought everything we experienced in our relationship was normal. Because it was my first relationship, first love. 'I was like, 'Oh, this is how it's supposed to feel. It's supposed to feel a little bit toxic. In some ways, this is probably normal, right?'. 'And then, when I became single, I was almost thinking, 'I never, ever want to go through that again'. I didn't even want to meet anybody. I was like, that's me done. I don't think I could bear that pain. 'But now, I'm thinking, 'Oh, that probably wasn't good'. And I've noticed it a lot. 'Like in the start of the relationship, I would handle things differently with Alex, and he'd come at it with such a level head that it would throw me.' On what kind of man Alex is, Perrie continued: 'He's very mature. He's very laid back. He's very level-headed. "He's not the type to get mad or get angry or get funny about things. It might sound boring to some, but it's so unproblematic.' This Friday, Perrie is back with her latest single, If He Wanted To He Would. But she still feels like Little Mix were underestimated. She said: 'I still think they looked at us and thought it was four little girls in a pop group. 'I don't think they really saw the graft and the dedication and the numbers and the success that we had. I still think people kind of overlook it a little bit. "And we were always the underdogs. Like from the very beginning, it was like, 'You won't do very well. Bands don't do that well and it won't last'. 'That's what gave us the fire in our bellies to want to work so hard to prove everybody wrong.' Despite her later success, the Black Magic singer had a tough childhood as she was born with oesophageal atresia, a condition where the oesophagus doesn't fully develop, and she was in and out of hospital as a youngster. She told the podcast: 'I was there every other week for an operation, so I was used to being put to sleep. 'Instead of counting down from ten, I'd be like, 'Meet me downstairs in a van,' (singing), off I went.' It was Perrie's passion and talent for singing which meant her mum Debbie was always confident she would make it in music. She said: 'I remember sobbing that I failed my GCSEs, and my mum was like, 'It's OK, darling, you're going to be a singer'. 'I was like, 'Why is she such an irresponsible parent? I'm never going to get a job.' And she was like, 'Well, you're not going to need a job. You're going to be a singer'.'

Bodybuilder shares bizarre methods she uses to win competitions... including rubbing BREAST MILK on her face
A bodybuilder has revealed the bizarre methods she uses to win competitions - from eating six meals a day and 'drying out' all her food to rubbing breast milk on her face. Graciella Carvalho's tactics may leave people shocked – but the 39-year-old has insisted that they've helped her become a champion. She trains each day, for up to three hours, and restricts her diet to include only high-protein foods such as fish, chicken and eggs, as well as rice and potatoes for carbohydrates. But perhaps her most bizarre trick in the book? Using breast milk in her skincare routine. 'I believe that care starts from the inside out,' the fitness and nutrition coach, who boasts over 8,000 followers on Instagram told NeedToKnow recently. 'What I eat reflects my skin, but I also apply breast milk to my face because I find it extremely nutritious. 'I'm very consistent with my skincare. And in the weeks leading up to a competition, my diet becomes very precise too.' Graciella said she eats up to six meals a day at strict times: 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, and 10pm. She aims for 1,500 calories with meals that are calculated by her nutritionist, so she can ensure to hit her carbohydrate and protein targets. She also pays fierce attention to her water intake, which means 'drying out' the food she consumes. She explained, 'We literally dry out everything. We control water intake, adjust salt levels, tweak every detail so the skin gets thinner and the muscles show more. 'It's important to note that this kind of routine isn't meant to be maintained year-round and only under supervision.' And while many people believe getting intimate in the bedroom is off the cards while training, Graciella says she has 'weekly sex.' The athlete, from São Paulo, Brazil, but currently living in Miami, Florida, has just won first place in the Diva Fitness 35+ category in the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion contest. Now, she's preparing for her next competition. To keep her muscular physique in check, she focuses on lower body training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Graciella said she trains each day, for up to three hours, and eats up to six meals a day at strict times: 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, and 10pm On the other days, Graciella works on her upper body, starting with cardio on an empty stomach, followed by weight training in the afternoon. Although tough, she said the results are worth it. 'All the hard work, discipline and sacrifices paid off,' she gushed. 'Winning this competition means a lot to me, especially competing alongside such dedicated and inspiring women.' Graciella said she hopes that by being open about her extreme regiment will help put an end to unrealistic beauty standards created by influencers. 'People look at certain influencers and assume that their bodies came from training and clean eating. But [a lot of times] it didn't,' she warned. 'These are people who don't follow any fitness routine, yet appear with extremely defined bodies thanks to aesthetic procedures. 'This misleads beginners and discourages those who are actually putting in the work. It's not about judging anyone for going under the knife – it's about being honest. 'We can't romanticize a surgery-built body and pretend it came from the gym. 'There's so much discipline behind every photo [I post]. And when we show the hard parts, other women feel seen and supported. 'I want to show what's behind the scenes – and what most people try to hide.'

Strictly winner opens up about finding 'strength' after sibling's suicide
Strictly Come Dancing star Ore Oduba has bravely spoken about losing his sibling to suicide. The TV presenter, who won the BBC dance show in 2016 with Joanne Clifton, was rocked by the devastating news of Lola's death in April. Ore, who admits it's been 'a really difficult year' for his family, has now shifted his outlook on life, with the terrible tragedy reminding him that 'we don't know when our last day is'. Appearing on the John Reynolds' Extraordinary Life Stories podcast, the former CBBC presenter began: 'I guess we have been through a really difficult year as a family, and I was very ready for that to kick off a new chapter in my life, and it did. He lives in Nigeria, and it's rare they get to see one another, with Ore last documenting their reunion on Instagram in 2022 as he travelled over for the first time in three years post-pandemic. On his sister's death, he explained that they came out to loved ones in a note left behind. Being non-binary means a person does not identify as exclusively a man or a woman. 'She has been with me every day since. My sister is non-binary; they told us in their goodbye letter. They've been with me every day since, and what my sister did in choosing to find a peace in death that they couldn't find in life—that was strength. That was courage, and that was brave.' He continued: 'And having gone through the last four or five years of their life and hearing about their struggles physically and emotionally, when actually my sister did more living in the actual five years of their life than the previous 32, and still made a decision that they couldn't carry on living in this world. 'What they did for all of us in those last weeks, that has given me the strength every day, and my responsibility now is to carry that legacy because nothing is hard compared to what my sister went through.' On how his own focus has changed in the wake of his grief, Ore has now realised that there simply 'isn't time'. 'So I'm going to make the most of every single second I have left.' Ore added that he can't stress enough how much such a devastating event 'puts life into perspective'. 'None of this stuff matters, but you can wrestle what is really important back before it is too late, so that is what I'm doing now.' Ore's comments come after another sad blow in his personal life in recent months, as he announced in October that he was splitting from his wife. He and Portia met at Loughborough University in 2010 and married five years later, going on to welcome children Roman, seven, and Genie, four. In his statement announcing their separation, Ore confirmed that they officially parted ways earlier in 2024. 'We're so grateful for all the love you've shared with us both over the years,' he shared.
