EastEnders shock as Oscar attacks a major character - and more trouble follows
As viewers of the BBC One soap know, Oscar has recently returned to Walford having been released from a three-month stretch in a young offenders institute.
He'd been locked up for joyriding and subsequently thrown out of mum Tanya's (Jo Joyner) house when his associates – who he'd tipped off the police about – attempted to petrol bomb her house.
With nowhere else to go, sister Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) was forced to take him in.
One of the lads, Mike (Tai Hilferink) has been sending a number of threatening messages since, determined to track him down and get revenge.
In episodes that air this week, we'll see Mike turn up on Oscar's doorstep when he's babysitting nephews Louie (Jake McNally) and Jimmy, leaving a firm warning that he's not to be messed with.
By next week, Lauren discovers the altercation, and insists that her brother ask their uncle Jack (Scott Maslen) for protection.
Oscar is adamant to handle things himself – but of course, it doesn't exactly go to plan. Mike and his crony Harrison show up, and things kick off!
Jack steps in, and Oscar is handed a final warning from Lauren. But that night, with his nerves growing, he hears a suspicious noise in the house and goes to investigate. More Trending
Spotting a hooded figure, he lashes out – not realising that it's Lauren's fiancé Peter Beale (Thomas Law), who orders him to leave.

One of TV's most popular newcomers returns to Emmerdale in early ITVX release
The following article contains spoilers from an episode of Emmerdale that hasn't aired on ITV1 yet, but can be viewed on ITVX. Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) has returned to Emmerdale. We were first introduced to the teen earlier this year, when an episode of the ITV soap aired that revealed what happened to April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) while she was living on the streets. Dylan was one of the few people who looked out for April while she was homeless. Her time living rough ended when she was found by a member of the public and rushed to hospital. When Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) and Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) arrived, they learnt April had given birth to a stillborn baby girl. April then returned to Mill Cottage but because of this, she never got to say a proper goodbye to her friend. Dylan then made his way to the village in search of April a few weeks later. He lived with April for a little while as he attempted to get clean from drugs. However, due to the fact Marlon was very focused on rebuilding his relationship with his daughter, it felt like Dylan was getting in the way. It led him to planting drugs from the vets on Dylan, making it seem as though he had lied to April. Dylan then made a deal with Marlon, which saw him pay for rehab on the condition Dylan would not tell April the truth. During this story, many fans of the ITV soap grew to love Dylan, which meant plenty of them were thrilled to see him tuning into the latest episode. More Trending Dylan had been sneaking about in the village that morning and it didn't take April very long to find him. As they caught up, April smiled as she learnt that Dylan had turned his life around as a result of rehab, and was now living in Hotten. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Suki's shocking EastEnders offer is accepted in early BBC iPlayer release
This article contains spoilers for tonight's episode of EastEnders, which airs at 7.30pm on BBC One or can be streamed now on iPlayer. Suki Panesar-Unwin's (Balvinder Sopal) shocking offer to granddaughter Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) has been accepted. As viewers know, Avani confided in best mate Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman) that she thought she could be pregnant with twisted Joel Marshall's (Max Murray) baby. Her worst fears were realised when a test gave a positive result. Avani immediately made plans to terminate the pregnancy, asking Barney to help her source abortion pills online. When he refused, she began to research clinics – but got more than she bargained for when Suki looked over her shoulder and saw what she was looking at. Avani remained adamant that she was doing the right thing, despite Suki dropping a huge bombshell. She was prepared to raise the child as her own. There was one major hitch, however. She hadn't told wife Eve (Heather Peace), and Avani knew that she wouldn't be as on board with the plan as Suki made out. In today's episode, Avani was up bright and early to meet Barney ahead of her appointment. Dad Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) is still very much in the dark about what was troubling his daughter, or indeed where she planned to go. Barney questioned whether it would be as straight forward as she hoped, but she was sure that it was the right decision. After leaving for the underground station, Suki urged Barney to tell her where Avani had rushed off to, and decided to chase in her direction. More Trending At the abortion clinic, a nervous Avani sat among other women who were making a brave decision, and despite Suki's pleading, she was confident that having a child would only hold her back.
