The source has revealed that Sofia Vergara 'looked smitten' with the businessman.
The source also added, 'Douglas was at the center of it all' and the bond 'wasn't casual,' and added, 'He's the guy.'
However, that's not all; it seems Sofia Vergara has already gone public with her newfound romance as she even posted a picture of sitting alongside him and her other friends on her Instagram.
But Sofia Vergara has not commented on her relationship status yet and has maintained that she is single.
The 53 year old actress has also not commented on the speculations that have paired her with Tom Brady ever since the two were spotted together at Jeff Bezos' wedding in Venice.
