Strictly star Nadiya Bychkova shares photo from hospital bed after 'scary' fall
In a new post to Instagram, the dancer spoke about how an accident during prep for the new season of Strictly, starting next month, left her 'really worried'.
Her caption read: 'Well… where do I start? What a 24 hours!
'Thank you so much for all the messages, love and support. I just wanted you to know that I am ok.
'I had a fall in training yesterday and landed on my back. I was really worried for a while and I was so thankful to the Strictly family and medical team who really looked after me.

She confirmed that she now has some physiotheraphy lined up but reassured her followers she would be 'back on that dance floor soon' ahead of the new series.
'I can't wait for you to see it. Keep dancing!' she concluded.

Looking back on their separation, Alex previously said: "We were like strangers - very fragile," according to the Mirror. "His mother was dying and somehow we thought the wedding was going to heal everything. But that was crazy, of course." In 1995, Ralph Fiennes took to the stage in Hamlet at Hackney Empire, starring opposite Francesca Annis—who portrayed Gertrude, his character's mother. Taylor Swift confirms October album release for The Life of A Showgirl
The news came during Swift's appearance on the New Heights podcast, hosted by her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason, who formerly played for the Philadelphia Eagles. Unveiling a copy of the new record, the singer said: 'This is my new album, The Life Of A Showgirl. It's something I was working on while I was in Europe on the Eras tour.' Swift said: 'I just love music. I would be playing shows three nights in a row, then I would have three days off. 'I would fly to Sweden. Working on this, I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour, but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating.' In an Instagram post, the 35-year-old revealed the album's artwork and 12-track listing – with Sabrina Carpenter featuring on the title song and only collaboration. Swift teased the upcoming record was 'a lot more upbeat' than 2024's The Tortured Poets Department. The Life Of A Showgirl will also mark her reunion with producers Max Martin and Shellback. 'It feels kind of, energetically, how my life has felt,' she said about this new album. The Life Of A Showgirl is Swift's first album since regaining control of her back catalogue and purchasing the rights to all of her concert films, music videos, album art and photography, as well as her unreleased songs. The US popstar re-recorded her first six albums and released them as Taylor's Version, following a dispute with retired talent manager Scooter Braun. Braun acquired the back catalogue when he bought Swift's former label. Her master copies were then sold in a deal with Shamrock Capital, before Swift purchased them from the company in May. Swift has released new versions of Fearless, Red, Speak Now, and 1989, but is yet to release her debut self-titled album or 2017's Reputation. Speaking about acquiring her master recordings, Swift said: 'A lot of record deals are set up in a way that artists don't own their master recordings. Owning your master recordings means that you have complete control and power over distribution, licensing, and essentially the way your legacy is shaped. 'My music has been sold a few times. The first time it was sold, it really ripped my heart out of my chest. 'I started basically defiantly re-recording my music because I wanted to own it. And this was the only way I thought it was ever going to happen. 'Re-recording my music, it was so exciting to get to have that opportunity. But I still thought about not owning my music every day. 'After the Eras tour, I had a meeting with my team and we decided this might be a good time to approach the current owners of it.' Bianca Censori shares rare photo of husband Kanye West during what appears to be a romantic vacation following shock split rumours
Bianca Censori proved on Wednesday she and Kanye West are still going strong by sharing a photo of the US rapper enjoying a tropical vacation with her. The architect, 30, posted a photo to her Instagram Stories which showed the hitmaker, 48, sitting on a jet ski in crystal-clear water. A tropical mountain acted as the backdrop in the distance as Kanye faced away from the camera, seemingly looking down at something in his hands. Bianca could not be seen in the photo, but may have been the one taking it as it was posted to her social media account. It comes after reports emerged earlier this year the controversial couple had split. Kanye appeared to hint in March that he and Bianca parted ways when he leaked a new track titled Bianca—in which he alleged she ' tried to get him committed'. The album, which is titled WW3, has not yet been released, but DJ Akademiks—who recently conducted an interview with Kanye—also shared a sample of the song. The lyrics to the song were uploaded to Genius, and seemed to confirm the ongoing rumours at the time. However, it would seem the pair had never separated—or reunited after a brief split— as they have been seen together several times since. It comes after fans yet again expressed concerns for Bianca when she shared several images to Instagram on Tuesday which showed her standing in a bubble. She left little to the imagination as she struck a series of poses in a revealing silver leotard, which featured a plunging neckline and a pair of matching-coloured pumps. Many of her followers flocked to the comments to express their concern amid fears she is being 'controlled' by her husband Kanye. 'Is the bubble representing Kanye? The bubble looks a little suffocating,' one person commented. 'You're a beautiful woman and you can do better for yourself,' someone else urged. 'This dude got her out here looking like a clown,' another added, while one said: 'OMG please stop, you're ridiculous.' Concerns for Bianca's wellbeing have been raised several times since she married Kanye in 2022, with the architect often parading around in various states of undress. Kanye married Yeezy architect Bianca in January 2023 in what was thought to be a non-legal wedding as it appeared they did not file a marriage certificate. However in mid-October 2023, it was reported that they did in fact get legally married, per Us Weekly.
