Liam Gallagher cheers on his beloved Man City as they trounce Nottingham Forest in FA Cup Semi-Finals at Wembley - after 'causing chaos' with brother Noel during first Oasis show in 16-years ahead of reunion tour
Liam Gallagher celebrated in the stands at Wembley as his beloved Manchester City as they beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the FA Cup Semi-finals on Sunday.
The Oasis legend, 52, put on a very animated display during the nail-bitting game before finally holding his hands up in triumph at the final whistle.
Liam wore a black Man City jacket and shielded his eye behind dark shades as he watched the match, his eyes glued to the pitch.
During one moment of jubilation he even kissed the club's batch on his chest as he celebrated them now reaching the final later this month where they will take on Crystal Palace.
Liam and brother Noel, 57, have both supported Man City since childhood and despite their ongoing rift continue share a passion for the team.
With Noel explaining to The Mirror how the family chose city over United: 'The reason is basically a family one - my dad hated his brothers. They were all Irish people who came over here and decided to support United'.
'My dad chose City instead, just to p**s them off. No other reason than that. Liam and I should by rights have been United fans'.
It comes after the Gallagher brothers were seen back together for the first time in almost 16 years on Thursday as they began preparation for their upcoming reunion tour.
And they appear to be already causing chaos after their rehearsal performance received a noise complaint from the neighbours.
Liam and Noel were spotted arriving at a working men's club in Newington Green in London as to film some promo for their tour and shoot scenes for a new Adidas campaign.
However the Britpop band managed to annoy the locals and received a noise complaint, The Sun has reported.
A source told the publication: 'Noel and Liam are still Shakermakers and they drove one of the neighbours mad with the noise.
'Before Noel and Liam had even arrived, a resident next door came out and said they needed to turn the bass down.
'But it's Oasis - they're only going to turn it up - and they did when Noel and Liam started up.'
And they appear to be already causing chaos after their rehearsal performance received a noise complaint from the neighbours (pictured at their last performance together in Germany in 2009)
MailOnline have contacted Oasis' representatives for comment.
Arriving on set, Liam appeared in great spirits as he was seen beaming in his signature khaki trench coat.
Meanwhile, Noe, made sure to catch the attention of those passing by as he opted for a bright blue Adidas jacket, skinny jeans and a pair of stylish shades.
The Oasis Live 25 tour kicks off on 4 July at Cardiff's Principality Stadium before playing sell-out gigs at Manchester's Heaton Park, Wembley Stadium in London, and Edinburgh's Murrayfield stadium.
The Brit pop band will then head over to America, South America and Asia in 2025.
Noel was previously seen heading to his London studio earlier this month as he kicked off rehearsals for the series of shows.
Yet with just months away from their on stage reunion, Liam is said to be prioritising 'rest' instead of getting back in the studio with his brother Noel.

Alverton A typical Easterby type in that he was precocious enough to be good on the Flat, finishing second in the 1976 Ebor, and hardy enough to be even better over jumps. It was close between him and Tied Cottage at the final fence where the Irish horse fell, leaving Alverton to coast home in the snow and mud. He started favourite for the Grand National in the same year and was going easily when suffering a fatal fall Becher's Brook on the second circuit. Goldhill Easterby may be better known for training stayers and jumpers, but it was the sprinter Goldhill that first put him on the map. After winning the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot in 1963, Goldhill would have gone there for the King's Stand Stakes in 1964 but the meeting was abandoned due to waterlogging. However, he put the record straight when taking the five-furlong feature in 1965. Coincidentally, Goldhill retired to stud and became a successful stallion, most notably siring dual Champion Hurdle winner Comedy Of Errors. Little Owl Little Owl led home a one-two for Easterby in the Cheltenham Gold Cup in 1981 when denying his stablemate Night Nurse. The trainer picked up Little Owl for 2,300 guineas and the sky appeared to be the limit when he captured the big prize at the tender age of seven on only his fifth start over fences. He won the Champion Hurdle in 1976 and 1977 and in the latter year dead-heated with Monksfield, giving him 6lb, at Aintree. He also gave his all over fences and recovered from a bad injury to go down by only a length and a half to Little Owl in the Gold Cup in 1981. Sea Pigeon Sea Pigeon had been a good horse on the Flat for Jeremy Tree and over hurdles when with Gordon Richards, but became a great one under Easterby's guidance from early 1977. His exploits under both codes are legendary and it was his burst of speed that stood him out from the rest. A dual Chester Cup hero and memorable winner of the Ebor, it was his four consecutive appearances in the Champion Hurdle that are perhaps most fondly remembered. Second in 1978 and 1979, he finally lifted the prize in 1980 and repeated the trick the following year at the age of 11 under a vintage John Francome ride.
