Ibrox duo to miss Rangers' crucial Viktoria Plzen clash
Aasgaard has not yet made his competitive debut for the club, having been ruled out following a pre-season injury.
Igamane, who played in the first leg against Panathinaikos, is recovering from a minor injury.
Rangers manager Martin confirmed the players' absence ahead of tomorrow evening's match.
He said: "Thelo and Hamza won't make it in time for tomorrow evening."
Martin previously praised Aasgaard's potential, saying: "He has been everything we thought we were getting and more.
"Since he has been in, he has been incredible.
"His understanding, his athleticism, the power he has, the technical capability, he really is an exciting player for us."
However, he acknowledged the challenges of pre-season, adding: "Unfortunately, it is a different level of intensity and it has been high demands in pre-season.
"He has picked up a little something so he is going to be touch and go.
"We hope he can be involved but if not then we are really hopeful he will be ready and raring to go for the second one."
Discussing Igamane's condition last month, Martin said: "He picked up a little bit of an injury on Tuesday night.
"He's not going to be out for a long time."

Rangers vs Dundee injury news: 5 out as key trio emerge as serious doubts for Ibrox clash
Rangers will aim to pick up their first three points of the season as the entertain Dundee in the Scottish Premiership at Ibrox on Saturday (kick-off: 5.45pm). Russell Martin's side had a disappointing start to their league campaign at Motherwell last weekend, with James Tavernier's early opener cancelled out by an angled drive by Emmanuel Longelo in the closing stages of the game at Fir Park. However, their comfortable 3-0 victory over Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League qualifiers on Tuesday has injected some much-needed positivity back into the squad. As for their visitors Dundee, it has been a difficult start to the campaign for Steven Pressley's side. Losing 2-1 at home to Hibs on opening day last week, the Dens Park outfit also struggled in the Premier Sports Cup, losing to both Alloa Atheltic and Airdrieonians as they crashed out of the competition at the group stages. Both sides will be desperate for the three points, but a number of injury issues has left three key players sweating on their inclusion at Ibrox this weekend. Ahead of the game at Ibrox, The Scotsman has all the latest team news: 1 . Cesar Garza - Dundee - OUT Took a stray boot to the head from Hibs' Jack Iredale last weekend. He completed the game, but has now been ruled out of the trip to Rangers with the injury. | SNS Group Photo Sales 2 . Mikey Moore - Rangers - DEBUT Could make his debut at Ibrox after joining from Tottenham Hotspur on loan last week. | SNS Group Photo Sales 3 . Rabbi Matondo - Rangers - OUT The Welsh winger is currently out with injury and won't be available for the visit of Dundee. Unlikely to have been part of the matchday squad anyway. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group Photo Sales 4 . Charlie Reilly - Dundee - OUT Has a broken shoulder and will be out for a number of weeks, unfortunately for Dundee. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group Photo Sales Related topics: Scottish Premiership

Russell Martin is riding the Rangers rollercoaster but it could still go off the rails if he isn't careful
In the space of three days, the new Gers gaffer has watched fans swing from writing off his team to hailing them as Champions League certs Last month, James Tavernier summed up his 10-year run at Rangers as like being spun around on a rollercoaster. Well it's taken Russell Martin just four games to have his senses dazed for the first time by the Govan Big Dipper. In the space of three days, the new Gers gaffer has watched fans swing from writing off his team after their Fir Park slip-up on the opening day of the season to hailing the new-look Light Blues as Champions League certs following Tuesday's much-improved win over Viktoria Plzen. But Martin will surely know already the perils of getting carried away with the peaks and troughs of management. Coaches love to wheel out that old line about not getting too high with the victories and too low with the set-backs. The trouble is that there are few places where the peaks are so exhilarating and the pits of despair so dark and depressing as Glasgow. Martin will certainly have had a taste of that during his ill-fated stint up here as a player. But this week's Euro thrill ride was his first chance to breathe in the intoxicating air that sweeps through Ibrox when Rangers max out their performance levels. It can be a dangerous mix if it's not balanced out with a dose of reality. And for Martin's team, the facts are that while the Plzen performance was a huge step in the right direction, there is still plenty of work to be done if they are to avoid spinning off the Ibrox rollercoaster rails. However, Martin has already demonstrated that he has grasped the requirement for a calm, sober approach and to keep the heid in this city - even when those around him are losing theirs. After the 3-0 win over the Czechs which has allowed Gers to firmly plant one foot in the play-off round ahead of next week's return clash in Bohemia, Martin spoke about the need to shrug off the outside noise and focus on what matters most - maintaining performances. 'I know there's a tendency up here that one thing becomes a really big thing really quickly,' he said when quizzed on his decision to drop skipper Tavernier and last year's main man Nico Raskin. 'It's not at all. Saturday will be a different team again because we have to go again with the same energy and intensity.' Having set a benchmark, Martin knows his side have to hit it again or else face a repeat of the jeers that followed them down the tunnel at Motherwell after that dismal Fir Park draw. But by taking such swift and firm action with his team selection after crashing on the curtain raiser, it looks like Martin has begun the process of winning over some of his Ibrox sceptics. For a man famed for his vegan lifestyle, Martin certainly didn't hold back as he chewed out his players after their late slip-up allowed Emmanuel Longelo to snatch a point for Well. Dropping Tavernier and Raskin was a major call but it proved to be the right one as his team swept Viktoria aside. Now he'll demand the punters cut him some slack and get on board with his vision for the future. But it will be interesting to see if the senior pair are recalled for Saturday's clash with Dundee. Three points against Steven Pressley's struggling Dark Blues is simply non-negotiable. Should Gers hit the buffers, though, it will leave Martin in a difficult position. Having made one about turn with his line-up, he'll be left looking like a flip-flopper if he's forced to do it again only days later. But get another positive result and the Ibrox support will be belting up looking to complete their Champions League thrill ride against Club Brugge or Salzburg. Let them get carried away with it all. That's what being a fan is all about. They pay their money and have every right to dream big if they want to. As for Martin? Well don't expect him to get any more excited than if he were having a sleepy shot on the Teacups.

Celtic board have something in common with Rangers and it's not what Hotline Hoops fans want to hear
Andy Newport takes your calls and the Old Firm bickering never stops on the Hotline They say a week's a long-time in politics but Prime Minister Keir Starmer should try taking a seat in Russell Martin 's perch at Ibrox. The Rangers boss saw his team jeered off at Motherwell only to be cheered to the rafters just three days later after swatting Viktoria Plzen aside. The challenge now for Rangers is to maintain their levels - but Sean McGarvey, Cumbernauld isn't so sure the feel-good factor will last. He said: 'I swear to God these Hotline regulars are bipolar - it'll be boooooo and 'Martin out' by the end of the month! They beat a team on a par with Queen's Park … and now it's coefficient this, world beaters that. Enjoy yer Thursday nights because that's what is on the cards for Rangers. And they know it!' Andy Logan, Livingston, said: 'Oh my, no surprise the usual deluded fans from Govan, Mr Stevenson and Mr Flett, are at it again. 'Different season, same tune. Not simply the best, as with everything else other than co-efficiency they trail Scotland's most successful team in every department. 'Well done on beating the second worst team, above you-know-who, in the small group format of the Champions League. Motherwell is obviously a distant memory?' Kenny Wilson, Moffat, agreed as he said: 'Once again Rangers are Champions League favourites according to their fans. Talk about going over the top after beating a very average side. 'Yes it was a good result but it's strange, every team Celtic beat - such as Leipzig, Young Boys, Bratislava - are rubbish. Yet conveniently, the Rangers support have already forgotten about struggling to get a point against Motherwell!' Not all Gers supporters were getting carried away with the first-leg triumph over the Czechs, however. Alec Morrison, Musselburgh, said: 'As a Rangers fan you've got to laugh as some of our fans. 'On Saturday, Martin and this team were rotten. But a few changes and a brilliant performance and once again we're great! 'Martin will continue to make changes, so who knows what Rangers we will see on Saturday. But at the same time you have to laugh even more at Celtic fans. Every Euro team we beat are the worst ever. 'Dortmund, Leipzig, Betis, Panathinaikos, Galatasaray yet Slovan Bratislava and Young Boys who they beat are obviously the real deal on the continent. Get a grip and admit that was a great performance.' Willie Mercer added: 'Russell Martin is due credit for his bravery in making changes from the team that performed so poorly against Motherwell, and the team deserve huge credit for their performance and the result against Pizen. 'However, I am not going to let myself get carried away as along with every other Rangers supporter, I have watched my team over the last two seasons burn it up in Europe but fail miserably domestically against teams considered far more inferior. 'The result and performance levels of Tuesday night must be repeated week in, week out domestically for there to be belief that things have changed.' Donald Dundas, Uddingston, also preached caution as he emailed in: 'OK guys, it looks like we'll go through to the play-offs but let's not blow any trumpets until we possibly make the next stage. 'That Czech team were absolutely hopeless. Yes it looks like the board have unearthed a couple of decent signings but please, let's not go shouting from the rooftops just yet! 'It's way too early in the season. Plus as usual, Celtic got handed the easiest draw in the round. Uefa must want them to contribute to the co-efficient this season.' Celtic fan Paul Price, Belfast, just wants to see the directors make a contribution to Brendan Rodgers' summer recruitment drive. He said: 'Here's a little joke - what do the Celtic and Rangers boards have in common? Neither of them want to see Celtic progress! "The sad thing for us is that it's not a joke, it's reality. There's no way we could sustain a Premiership and Champions League campaign with the squad we have.'
