These rumours gained traction after Ahaan and Aneet were seen together in Mumbai in a rare public appearance. The pair had kept a low profile despite their film's massive popularity, making this outing especially noteworthy. Eyewitnesses spotted them leaving a high-end fashion boutique in a luxury mall, sparking even more conversation. While the two appeared comfortable with each other, a sweet yet playful moment between them—where Ahaan extended his hand and Aneet teasingly declined—only intensified the speculation.
About the Film That Brought Them Together
The duo rose to fame with Saiyaara, a 2025 Hindi-language romantic musical directed by
Mohit Suri
. Produced by the renowned Yash Raj Films, the movie featured Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in their breakout roles as Krish Kapoor and Vaani Batra. The story revolves around a troubled musician who develops a meaningful connection with a reserved poet, blending heartfelt emotion with musical brilliance.
Released on July 18, 2025, Saiyaara won both critical acclaim and audience affection. The chemistry between Ahaan and Aneet, along with Suri's heartfelt direction and an evocative soundtrack, was widely praised. Financially, the film became a juggernaut—raking in more than Rs 511 crore globally, according to Sacnilk. It went on to become the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 and the top-earning
romantic drama
of the year.
While neither Ahaan nor Aneet has addressed the rumours, their latest appearance has fans wondering whether the romance in Saiyaara might be spilling over into reality.
