Beyoncé keeps silent on shock Diddy verdict as she instead posts razzle-dazzle Cowboy Carter tour snaps

Daily Mail2 days ago
Beyonce treated her fans to a suite of concert photos on the Fourth of July - but kept her ongoing silence on the Diddy verdict.
The 43-year-old and her husband Jay-Z, 55, are longtime friends with Diddy, but they both stayed mum in public after allegations of sexual misconduct were leveled against the rap mogul and numerous lawsuits were filed against him.
However Jay-Z was pulled into the controversy late last year when an anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against him and Diddy in which she accused both of raping her in 2000 — when she was only 13 — at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Jay-Z denied any connection to the woman and said the lawsuit was a 'blackmail attempt' in a blistering response, and she ultimately withdrew the lawsuit in February.
This week, Diddy was acquitted of the most serious charges against him- sex trafficking and racketeering - while being convicted of two lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Beyoncé did not address the issue to her fans this week, and instead celebrated America's Independence Day Friday night in glamour as she rocked a red, white and blue look onstage near Washington, DC.
The superstar dazzled in a stars-and-stripes bodysuit and a fur coat for her Cowboy Carter tour stop at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland.
For her first of two nights in the city, right outside of Washington, DC, she painted the stage red, white and blue with imagery of the American flag.
The 32-time Grammy winner — who was last visiting France with Jay-Z and their 13-year-old daughter Blue Ivy during Paris Fashion Week — had her backup dancers and her stage as well as the crowded stadium matching in the same colors for the national holiday.
After her performance, she took to Instagram to share photos of her stunning Independence Day look.
In several snaps sans caption, she posed with a bedazzled bottle of Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades champagne, which is owned by her music mogul husband and LVMH.
For most of her show, she rocked a sheer, blue bodysuit with long-sleeves and a bullet bra-inspired silhouette with silver stars on the bust.
In addition to her sequined, blue bodysuit covered in stars, she also sported silver, over-the-knee boots with fringe paired with a matching rhinestoned cowboy hat.
At one point, the Texas native also shed the fur coat and strutted along the stage in her on-theme, holiday outfit.
She styled her long, luscious blonde hair in a bouncy blowout with voluminous curls framing her face.
She smoldered in a sultry, dark brown makeup look featuring a smoky eye and a matte, nude lip.
Beyoncé's husband has a long history of artistic collaborations with Diddy, going back to 1997, when both artists traded guest verses on each other's albums.
Jay rapped a verse on Diddy's song Do You Like It, Do You Want It, while the future mogul was featured on Jay's sophomore album In My Lifetime, Vol. 1.
Jay-Z later began dating Beyoncé in 2001, and in 2003 Diddy teamed up with her for a guest verse on her single Summertime.
Jay-Z and Diddy bonded over philanthropy, and in 2005 they joined forces to make a $1 million donation to Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, with the two appearing together on television to present the donation on live television.
Since then, the two rappers have been seen enjoying each other's company over the years.
Their most recent public appearance together appears to have been at the 2022 BET Awards, at which Jay-Z sang Diddy's praises in a video tribute piece.
'Here's this guy from a neighborhood similar to where I grown up that made it to these unreachable heights,' he said of his old friend. 'Puff was the first one that came through and made us feel like it was us.'
Beyoncé's latest Fourth of July performance comes shortly after she concluded her epic six-night concern run in London and her fabulous shows in Paris.
She closed out the European leg of her Cowboy Carter tour and brought out her husband to perform their hit single Crazy In Love in Paris as the couple took the stage together for the first time in seven years.
Her concert in France was a family affair as she was also joined by their daughter Blue Ivy on stage and also had her mom Tina Knowles supporting them.
After performing in cities around Europe, Beyonce performed in her hometown of Houston, Texas last week and experienced a horrifying moment when she suffered a stage mishap with a mid-air prop.
At one point during her show on June 29, the red convertible she rides high above the crowd during her performance of 16 Carriages tilted dangerously, threatening to throw the Cowboy Carter artist off the car and into the audience.
Still, Beyoncé returned to the main stage and finished the performance like the consummate professional she is.
After the show, Beyoncé's team released a statement addressing the incident.
'Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyonce uses to circle the stadium, and see her fans up close, to tilt.
'She was quickly lowered and no one was injured. The show continued without incident,' Parkwood Entertainment said.
Despite the terrifying stakes, Beyonce appeared calm while in the car.
It's unclear what exactly occurred but according to various social media accounts, her car began to tilt in the air. According to the Houston Chronicle, her car had stopped moving midair.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Beyonce for comment but did not immediately hear back.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, Beyonce left the stage floor briefly after her car was properly lowered to the ground before coming back to wrap up the performance.
The songstress, now safely on stage, then resumed performing her song and thanked her fans with a heartfelt message.
The Cowboy Carter Tour, officially titled Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour, is Beyonce's ongoing concert tour in support of her album Cowboy Carter.
It's an all-stadium tour, featuring 32 stadium shows in the U.S. and Europe.
The tour began on April 28, 2025, in Inglewood, California, and is scheduled to conclude on July 26, 2025, in Paradise, Nevada.

Fox News' Peter Doocy corners Karoline Leavitt on Pam Bondi's broken Epstein ‘client list' promise

With much of the MAGAverse irate over the Trump administration's conclusion that disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein killed himself and didn't possess an explosive 'client list,' Fox News' Peter Doocy grilled Karoline Leavitt about Attorney General Pam Bondi's previous 'Epstein file' claims. 'So what happened to the Epstein client list that the attorney general said she had on her desk?' Doocy wondered during Monday's White House press briefing. Bondi, who has faced the brunt of conservatives' wrath for failing to deliver on her past promises of releasing a 'truckload' of bombshell FBI documents on Epstein, told Fox News in late February that she literally had possession of the convicted sex offender's supposed black book of prominent figures who engaged in illegal sexual activities. 'It's sitting on my desk right now to review,' the attorney general told Fox News anchor John Roberts at the time. 'That's been a directive by President Trump.' Following a much-maligned photo-op where she handed MAGA influencers binders full of already-public documents about the Epstein case, Bondi attempted to save face in an early March appearance on Sean Hannity's primetime Fox News show. Suggesting a 'deep state' coverup was to blame for the earlier botched release, Bondi then insisted that the FBI had just given her and FBI Director Kash Patel a treasure trove of never-before-seen information. 'A truckload of evidence arrived. It's now in the possession of the FBI,' she breathlessly told Hannity. 'Kash is going to get me and himself, really, a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld.' This week, however, the Department of Justice and FBI released a two-page unsigned memo concluding that the agencies had found no evidence that Epstein was murdered in his jail cell while awaiting trial in 2019. Additionally, they were unable to find any list of powerful clients that Epstein was attempting to blackmail for having sex with underage girls. In the end, despite Patel and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino being frequent purveyors of Epstein conspiracy theories as right-wing media figures, the DOJ and FBI stated that no one else involved with the Epstein case would be charged. Naturally, the FBI leaders and Bondi have come under fire from the MAGA media ecosystem over their handling of the Epstein probe – which carried over to Monday's White House presser. Responding to a Newsmax reporter asking what she would tell Trump supporters who say they want anyone involved in Epstein's alleged crimes to be held accountable, Leavitt claimed that the administration was 'committed to truth' and had investigated the matter thoroughly. 'They committed to an exhaustive investigation, that's what they did, and they provided the results of that. That's transparency,' the White House press secretary noted. Doocy, however, followed up by bringing up Bondi's past declarations about being in possession of specific evidence in the federal Epstein case, and wondered why the attorney general now claims these documents do not exist. 'The FBI looked at the circumstances surrounding the death of Jeffrey Epstein,' the Fox News correspondent stated. 'According to the report, this systematic review revealed no incriminating client list. So what happened to the Epstein client list that the attorney general said she had on her desk?' After Leavitt attempted to reframe what Bondi had said during her Fox News interview, Doocy cut her off and confronted her with the attorney general's exact quotes. 'John Roberts said, 'DOJ may be releasing a list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients, will that really happen?' And she said, 'It's sitting on my desk right now to review,'' Doocy flatly said. 'She was saying the entirety of all of the paperwork and relation to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes, that's what the attorney general was referring to and I will let her speak for that,' Leavitt deflected, adding: 'But when it comes to the FBI and the Department of Justice, they are more than committed to ensuring that bad people are put behind bars.' Since the release of the memo, Bondi has been ripped by a number of MAGA loyalists who are incensed about her overhyping the release of the Epstein documents while failing to prosecute influential figures, calling for her to resign or be fired. On top of that, former 'first buddy' Elon Musk has said the DOJ memo is the 'final straw,' as he now vows to start a new political party after reigniting his public feud with Trump.

White House challenged over ‘no Epstein list' declaration after Attorney General said it was ‘sitting on her desk'

The White House has been challenged over its declaration that there was no Jeffrey Epstein 'client list' despite the Attorney General previously saying she had it 'sitting on my desk'. During a press conference on Monday (7 July), Karoline Leavitt was grilled by Fox News ' Peter Doocy on the Department of Justice 's new memo which made clear no further investigations will be launched into other individuals. Mr Doocy asked the press secretary why Attorney General Pam Bondi had said in February that she had the client list 'ready to review' but now claims it does not exist. Ms Leavitt replied: 'Yes, she was saying the entirety of all of those – paperwork – all of the paper in relation to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. That's what the Attorney General was referring to and I'll let her speak for that.'

Frustrated judge blasts Trump team over deportation plans for Kilmar Abrego Garcia: ‘Like trying to nail Jell-O to a wall'

The federal judge overseeing Kilmar Abrego Garcia's legal challenge over his arrest and removal from the United States is hauling Trump administration officials to court to get to the bottom of the government's plans for the wrongfully deported Salvadoran immigrant. Abrego Garcia, whose case has been at the center of Donald Trump's mass deportation agenda, is currently locked up in federal custody ahead of a trial on smuggling charges. If he's released from pretrial detention, immigration officials intend to arrest and deport him, again, before a trial even begins, according to the Department of Justice. After government lawyers and top Trump administration officials gave a series of conflicting statements about the fate of Abrego Garcia in recent weeks, District Judge Paula Xinis is ordering officials from the Department of Homeland Security to testify about their plans for his removal — answers that may reveal whether the criminal charges against him had anything to do with complying with court orders for his return. She scheduled a hearing on July 7. Abrego Garcia could be released from federal custody and turned over to Homeland Security as soon as July 16. During a hearing in Maryland on Monday, Justice Department lawyer Jonathan Guynn said the administration doesn't intend to hold Abrego Garcia in 'limbo' with Immigration and Customs Enforcement while waiting for his criminal trial. 'He will be removed, as would any other illegal alien in that process,' he said. His remarks are the latest in a series of conflicting public statements from the administration after Abrego Garcia was abruptly returned to the United States from prisons in El Salvador. Abrego Garcia had been living in Maryland with his wife and child, both U.S. citizens, along with two other children from a previous relationship, when he was arrested and deported to El Salvador on March 15 — what government lawyers admitted was an 'administrative error' that defied an immigration judge's 2019 order preventing his removal. But the administration spent weeks battling court orders from federal judges and the Supreme Court to 'facilitate' his return, claiming that they were powerless to return him while administration officials publicly asserted he would never again step foot in the United States. Last month, he was flown back to face a criminal indictment accusing him of illegally transporting immigrants across the country. He has pleaded not guilty. 'Our plan is, he will be taken into ICE custody and removal proceedings will be initiated,' Guynn said during a court hearing last week. But that same day, a spokesperson for the Justice Department told the Associated Press that the government will try Abrego Garcia on the charges against him before deporting him from the country. The White House also called the Justice Department's in-court statements 'fake news.' On Monday, Justice Department said they don't know where the government plans to deport him. 'It's like trying to nail Jell-O to a wall trying to figure out what's going to happen,' Judge Xinis said at one point on Monday. 'For three months, your clients told the world they weren't going to do anything to bring him back,' she said, pointing to statements from Attorney General Pam Bondi, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and the president himself. 'Am I really supposed to ignore all that?' she said. She also said she finds it 'highly problematic' that the Justice Department can't seem to answer whether government lawyers knew about the criminal investigation against him while battling in court over his wrongful removal. 'This time, Judge Xinis was not willing to let government lawyers say, 'We don't really know,'' Abrego Garcia's attorney Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg told reporters on Monday. 'If they want to deport him to a third country, they need to name that country, and they need to describe the process by which they're going to give him due process,' he said. The Supreme Court has paved the way for the Trump administration to deport immigrants to so-called third nations that aren't their home countries after a legal battle involving a group of deportees sent to war-torn South Sudan, where attorneys said the men face torture, abuse and death. Last week, Abrego Garcia's attorneys said he experienced 'severe beatings, severe sleep deprivation, inadequate nutrition, and psychological torture' at a brutal prison in El Salvador, where the Trump administration has deported dozens of alleged gang members. Abrego Garcia must receive an opportunity to make a case before an immigration judge to explain why he shouldn't return there or any other country where he faces risk of torture and abuse, Sandoval-Moshenberg said. 'Since day one of this case, the government's strategy has been to send lawyers to court with no information or insufficient information,' he added. 'It's the result of a deliberate strategy not to communicate with lawyers in court.'
