Mavy Legaspi on hosting 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition': 'Most unexpected blessing I received this year'

Mavy Legaspi has wrapped up his hosting journey in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," an experience he described as "the most unexpected blessing" he received this 2025.
On Instagram Sunday, the Sparkle star shared photos from "PBB" Big Night on Saturday featuring himself with his co-hosts and the Big Four duos.
According to Mavy, he has loved watching "PBB" ever since.
"And just to be part of something this special is truly such an honor," he wrote.
He extended his gratitude to the key figures behind "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," including GMA Network Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle GMA Artist Center First Vice President Joy Marcelo, and Sparkle senior talent manager Tracy Garcia, as well as ABS-CBN executives Cory Vidanes, director Lauren Dyogi, and creative head and supervising producer Marcus Joseph Vinuya.
Mavy also thanked his co-hosts Gabbi Garcia, Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Kim Chiu, Melai Cantiveros, Alexa Ilacad, and Enchong Dee for having gained a family in them.
"Thank you for the patience and guidance. Most importantly, I gained new Ate's and Kuya's thanks to this show — a new family I will forever cherish," he said.
He likewise congratulated all the "PBB duos" and the fans for supporting the successful show.
"To all the fans that supported us online, gave love to this show and showed a crazy amount of support to the duos- maraming salamat! Without you guys this wouldn't be a successful season. On to the next."
Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo emerged as the big winners on Big Night on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Will Ashley and Ralph De Leon placed second, followed by Charlie Fleming and Esnyr in third, and AZ Martinez and River Joseph fourth.
"Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" is gearing up for its second edition this year.

His character Arvin is described as a working student who balances his job and law school. Will is among the new characters in the film, along with Sassa Gurl, Royce Cabrera, Bryce Eusebio, Therese Malvar and Glaiza De Castro. "Bar Boys: After School" is the sequel of the 2017 film directed by Kip Oebanda. The sequel will also see Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Carlo Aquino and Kean Cipriano reprising their respective roles from the first film. Barbie Forteza's upcoming horror film, "P77," dropped its official trailer! The two-minute video released on GMA Pictures' social media pages showed the Sparkle star taking on a job as a cleaner in a mysterious, eerie penthouse. What begins as a routine task quickly spirals into a chilling ordeal, as Barbie's character Luna faces a series of terrifying events—including being pulled underwater, encountering ghostly apparitions, flickering lights, and unsettling distorted mirrors. It was also revealed in the trailer that the penthouse she is cleaning used to be a morgue. "P77," which stands for Penthouse 77, will also star Euwenn Mikaell, Gina Pareño, and Jackie Lou Blanco. The film is directed by Derick Cabrido, the filmmaker behind the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entry "Mallari," and produced by GMA Pictures and Clever Minds Inc. On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" Big Winner duo shared their plans for their careers moving forward. According to Mika, she wants to pursue music. The Sparkle star is a talented singer and she showed it inside Bahay ni Kuya during the Big Carnival Concert, performing together with Klarisse de Guzman. Tito Boy asked her to sing the song of her life now, and Mika indulged him with a few lines of "A Million Dreams" from "The Greatest Showman." Brent, meanwhile, said he will take all the opportunities he can get, but he hopes to focus more on acting. Mika and Brent, also known as BreKa, were hailed as the Big Winner duo during the PBB Big Night on Saturday after winning over 33% of the public votes. They spent 118 days inside Bahay ni Kuya. Aside from singing, Mika is also acting and vlogging.
