Tagovailoa was honest about the situation when asked about Hill. He explained that repairing a teammate relationship takes effort and consistency.
'You've got to work that relationship up, you've got to build everything up again,'
Tagovailoa said via Pro Football Talk.
'It's still a work in progress, not just for me but for everybody.
But he's working on himself, and that's the first step.'
The Dolphins quarterback also said holding teammates accountable is part of keeping the team standard high. He clarified that his comments were not meant to criticize Hill, but to remind everyone that winning in the NFL requires accountability from every player.
