Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin was discharged from the hospital on Sunday. He confirmed his recovery on X, thanking everyone for their support and the medical staff for their care.

CM Staling said he has completely recovered. He expressed gratitude to all those who inquired about his health and prayed for him.

The CM tweeted in Tamil, 'I have returned home after recovering. To all the political movement leaders, people's representatives, judges, government officials, film artists, and the people of Tamil Nadu, including the dear siblings of our leader Kalaignar, with whom my life is intertwined, who inquired with care and wished for my recovery during my hospital stay—my heartfelt thanks!"
He also thanked the medical staff for helping him recover quickly, reaffirming his commitment to serving the society.
'To the doctors, nurses, and everyone who provided excellent treatment and supported my swift recovery in the hospital—once again, my love and gratitude! I will forever continue my duty to serve you with dedication!," he further wrote.
CM Stalin was hospitalised on July 21 after he experienced giddiness during his routine morning walk. Thereafter, he underwent various tests, including angiogram diagnostics at Apollo Hospitals on Greams Road in Chennai for symptoms related to giddiness.
The Hindu newspaper, citing a statement by Apollo Hospitals, reported the Chief Minister underwent a therapeutic procedure" on Thursday.

Quota activist Jarange hospitalised in Jalna

Maharashtra reports six fresh COVID-19 cases
Last Updated: Mumbai, July 29 (PTI) Maharashtra recorded six COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the tally to 2,726 since January, the state public health department said. It stated that 43 patients, including 42 with comorbidities and one with another disease, have succumbed to the infection so far this year. Of the six infections, two are reported in Mumbai and one each in municipal areas of Thane, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Mumbai's tally of cases stands at 1,091, including 551 infections reported in June and 99 in July. The health department conducted 41,872 COVID-19 tests across Maharashtra so far this year. The two bodies lay emphasis on ensuring regular screening of all pregnant women, including those who deliver at home. 'The joint efforts aim to ensure timely screening of every pregnant woman and provide them with necessary care and support.
