Actress and digital content creator Romaisa Khan has revealed why she now exclusively maintains friendships with women, reflecting on how her social preferences have evolved over time.
Speaking on a podcast, Romaisa Khan — who recently won her first Lux Style Award (LSA) for her film debut John — shared that although she once connected easily with male peers, her perspective changed as she grew older.
'In my early years, I got along better with boys,' she said, adding that she didn't initially relate to the girls around her. However, she shared that with time, she found her "circle of girls" and now considers only women her close friends.
Romaisa Khan clarified that while she interacts with men in social settings, she doesn't have any close male friends.
She also said she actively avoids engaging with men via direct messages, while being more responsive to female followers on Instagram.
The actress added that her current friend group reflects her personal comfort and values, emphasising a preference for female companionship in her daily life.
