The extra-long show will air from 7pm until 9.45pm on ITV1, giving plenty of opportunity to create more shocking moments we've come to expect from a BGT final.
From Susan Boyle's meltdown to serious injuries happening on live TV, lets look back at some of the most outrageous times on a BGT final.
Sydnie's Big Win

One of the most recent BGT controversies happened last year when Sydnie Christmas was crowned the winner in the 2024 final.
Even though she was a receptionist at a gym working on a zero-hour contract while competing on BGT, viewers were incensed that she'd had already a brief career in music.
Before Britain's Got talent, the singer appeared in E4's reality show Stage School.

BGT fans love to complain about Amanda's outfits

Every year, a number of fans moan about what judge Amanda Holden wears during the final, with some even complaining to media regulator, Ofcom.
One racy outfit in 2017, managed to rack up 663 to Ofcom and last year complained her final outfit showed too much cleavage and she seemed "half undressed."
Amanda joked about the reaction to her sexy fits in an interview with The Sun.
'I have a whole 't*t committee' [in the production team] that watches everything [ to prevent 'accidents']," she said in February.
"Hopefully they'll keep an eye on Bruno's t*ts as well, because I think he shows far more than I do at the moment!'

Another shocking moment that happened during a BGT final last year occurred when a member of the Ssaulabi Performance Troupe was rushed to hospital after colliding with a fellow performer during a mesmerising martial arts routine.
The South Korean taekwondo artist was pictured limping into an ambulance after making a quick exit from London's Hammersmith Apollo.
He later shared a photo of his leg in a metal brace, held together by all manner of pins and covered in bandaging.
Susan's Unhappy State

One of the icons of BGT is Susan Boyle, whose captivating voice made her an international star.
The Scottish singer shocked guests at a plush hotel in London by bursting into a jealous rage during a BGT semi-final.
The church-going 63-year-old year old became furious when her favourite judge, Piers Morgan, complimented fellow contestant Shaheen Jafargholi instead of her.
As Piers declared the Welsh schoolboy's act as "the finest singing performance we have witnessed in the semi-finals thus far," Susan - who admitted she had a crush on Piers - stuck two fingers up at the telly and shouted 'f***off'.
Fix Rows

Much like complaints about Amanda's outfits, BGT is often plagued with accusations of 'fixing' the show to favour the judges' preferred contestants.
This was none more apparent in 2022 when American singer, Loren Allred, was given a coveted Golden Buzzer during her first appearance on the show.
She had a stellar singing history prior to appearing on the ITV show which included stints on The Voice and The Greatest Showman.
The Sun revealed how Loren found major success in the US after singing the anthem Never Enough in global hit movie The Greatest Showman.
Yet it has now come to light how she also received expert assistance from Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine while on The Voice.
She even competed to win a recording contract on the US version of the talent show in 2012, telling the coaches her occupation was 'pianist and wedding singer'.
Loren defended her experience in the music industry - insisting: "I am an unsigned, independent artist still trying to make a name for myself.'
Loren said: 'Even though I have spent a lot of years in the music industry, people don't know who I am. Over all these years I've been fighting for my chance to be known and to make it.

New Love Island star exits ITV show after bosses learn of past arrest

One Love Island star has left the ITV villa after bosses learned of his past arrest. The star, who was released with no further action, said he 'fully cooperated with the police investigation' A new Love Island star was recently removed from the line-up of the upcoming series after bosses learned of his past arrest. Kyle Ashman, who was due to take part in the dating series airing this month, is no longer entering the Spanish villa following news of his recent arrest coming to light. Earlier this year, the 23-year-old water operative was arrested and quizzed by police with another person over an attack in Stafford, which Kyle said he had no involvement in a recent statement. After being quizzed by police, he was released with no further action. ‌ Speaking on his exit, Kyle said: "I fully cooperated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident. I am not a violent person and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation." ‌ ITV also released a statement on his departure saying: "For personal reasons, Kyle will not be entering the Love Island Villa as planned. Staffordshire Police had previously said: 'We were called to a social club on Riverway, Stafford, at 7.40pm on Friday, February 28 following reports that someone had been glassed outside and a fight was taking place. Some of the men involved were wearing masks and were carrying weapons. 'Two men went to hospital after suffering injuries at the scene. Both have since been discharged. A man and a woman suffered minor injuries at the scene but did not want any medical treatment. 'Officers have reviewed CCTV footage and have been actively carrying out enquiries to find out more about what happened. A 22-year-old man, from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of wounding and affray. Another man, also 22 and from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of affray. ‌ 'Both were questioned in custody and bailed with conditions while our enquiries continue.' The police later confirmed both suspects were released with no further action last month. Meanwhile, when Kyle was meant to enter the villa, he shared his expectations from the show and shared how he flirted with women. ‌ He said: "I just go with it, find something to compliment a girl on and go from there." The star went on to say he was looking for "someone that's fun, confident and just themselves".

Love Island star's SHOCK EXIT as they leave the villa ahead of upcoming series after citing 'personal reasons'

Love Island star Kyle Ashman has left the show ahead of the launch episode next Monday. ITV have confirmed the 23-year-old from Stafford has chosen not to enter the villa and has decided to leave the show for personal reasons. It comes amid The Sun's reports that Kyle was involved in an machete attack in February when masked thugs stormed a wake and hacked at a dad with a blade. Kyle was one of two arrested by police but he was released with no further action and he has now confirmed he had no involvement in the incident, but has chosen to leave the ITV show regardless. Kyle told MailOnline: 'I fully cooperated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident. 'I am not a violent person and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation.' Meanwhile ITV added: 'For personal reasons, Kyle will not be entering the Love Island Villa as planned.' The Love Island line up was announced on Tuesday so Kyle's departure will have plunged the show into chaos ahead of Monday's launch episode. The Sun have revealed they alerted bosses on Kyle being questioned in the attack but ITV said they were unaware of the incident and he was not flagged during the contestant checks. The incident on February 28 saw the victim, 38, nearly lose his arm after he was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment and kept it for around two weeks. Another mourner was reportedly glassed, one hit with a metal pole, and two people were run over by a car during the 15 minute attack at the The White Eagle Club in Stafford. Sources said the victim was attacked by three balaclava-clad thugs over an alleged £3,000 debt. He was injured by a blade that left him with a deep gash and has suffered tendon damage and is now unable to drive. Police confirmed yesterday that after the matter had been investigated Kyle and another individual were released with no further action only last month. The incident on February 28 at The White Eagle Club in Stafford saw the victim, 38, nearly lose his arm after he was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment A show source told the publication: 'ITV were entirely unaware of Kyle's past and, as he was not charged, it was not flagged as part of Love Island's stringent DBS checks. 'It's only right he can now return home to the UK to share his side of the story and therefore bosses took the decision that it was best for him not to enter the villa.' Staffordshire Police said on Monday: 'A 22-year-old man, from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of wounding and affray. Another man, also 22 and from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of affray. 'Both were questioned in custody and bailed with conditions while our enquiries continue.' Kyle, who works as a water operative, doesn't have a strong social media presence with just one Insta pic on his profile. Prior to his announced departure, Kyle said he was looking for 'someone that's fun, confident and just themselves'.
