Luke Littler opens up on trolls targeting his beautician girlfriend - as the darts sensation reveals why she is just what he 'needed' in his life

Daily Maila day ago
Luke Littler has admitted warning his girlfriend Faith Millar about trolls targeting their relationship, with the darts sensation claiming 'jealous' people want to 'ruin us'.
The 18-year-old last month confirmed his relationship with Millar, 19, after months of insisting they were merely friends.
Littler had kissed the beautician during World Matchplay event in Blackpool, where the world champion triumphed to become the youngest player to complete dart's prestigious Triple Crown.
Millar has since joined Littler in travelling to the Australian Darts Masters, with 'The Nuke' also emerging triumphant in Wollongong.
Littler, speaking on DartsStream Live, opened up about his relationship with Millar.
He admitted that it had initially been 'tough' with people trolling their relationship online, but insisted those making comments were jealous.
'Yeah, it's been tough,' he said.
'Obviously, at the start of last year, I was always looking at the comments. And she's been having a look [at the] negativity.
'But I just said, "They're jealous. They wanna ruin us."
'But I just said, "Just don't look at it and just focus on what we've got"'.
Littler also added that Millar presence Down Under was what he needed with his parents not making the long trip.
'She's a lovely lady, Faith,' he said.
'I think it's sort of what I needed. I knew my mum and dad weren't going to come.
'And as soon as I asked the question, she was like, 'Yeah, I don't think I'll ever get the chance." So I said, 'You can come with me.'"
The pair were first pictured together in May when Littler shared a photo of them together to his 1.9million followers on Instagram.
Daily Mail Sport had exclusively revealed in March that the duo had bonded, though a source insisted they were just pals.
Littler's triumph at the World Matchplay last month has seen his career earnings surpass the £1.5million mark.
He raked in £200,000 in prize money by winning the tournament, having already won £500,000 for winning the world title and in excess of £500,000 from Premier League success.
Littler previously dated beauty consultant Eloise Milburn, who watched on at the 2024 World Darts Championship as an unknown Littler became an instant sensation by reaching the final.
However, Littler reportedly ended the relationship in July of last year after his hectic schedule made it difficult for the pair to spend time together.

Epic Games wins partial victory in Australian court against Google and Apple

Epic Games, the company behind the popular online game Fortnite, won a partial victory in an Australian court in U.S. billionaire chief executive Tim Sweeney's claim that Google and Apple engaged in anti-competitive conduct in running their app stores. Federal Court Justice Jonathan Beach on Tuesday upheld key parts of Epic's claim that the tech giants breached Australian competition laws by misusing their market power against app developers and using restrictive trade practices. Google and Apple 's dominance of the app market had the effect of substantially lessening competition and breached Australian law, Beach found. But the judge rejected some of Epic's claim including that Google and Apple engaged in unconscionable conduct as defined by Australian law. Sweeney is also challenging Google and Apple dominance in the app markets through the courts in the United States and Britain. The litigation began in August 2020 when Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store expelled Fortnite because Epic installed a direct payment feature in the extraordinarily popular game. The court ruled both companies pressured app developers including Epic through contracts and technology to sell their products through the two dominant app stores. Epic posted online that the judgment was: 'Another HUGE WIN for Epic Games!' Apple said the company 'faces fierce competition in every market where we operate.' 'We welcome the Australian court's rejection of some of Epic's claims, however, we strongly disagree with the Court's ruling on others,' Apple said in a statement. Google said it would review the judgment. Google and Apple could potentially appeal the ruling before the Federal Court full bench. 'We disagree with the court's characterisation of our billing policies and practices, as well as its findings regarding some of our historical partnerships, which were all shaped in a fiercely competitive mobile landscape on behalf of users and developers,' a Google statement said. Beach has yet to release a 952-page judgment on Epic's case against Apple or his 914-page judgment on the case against Google. The judge gave an oral summary of his findings during a 90-minute hearing Tuesday. Lawyers will return to court on a date yet to be set to argue what Epic is entitled to in terms of damages.

The actress tells fans: 'You might remember me as Annalise Hartman. 'So being definitely brought up a lot of memories, makes me feel really old, I must say. 'But so great to see some familiar faces and everyone's just so lovely and in a way even though I feel old it's kind of like I never left.' The star also teased what Neighbours fans might be able to expect from her character on the show, continuing: 'Last time I was here, Annalise was doing docos and she was making a documentary about the history of Ramsay Street, but she's back this time with a different job shall we say... and [she has] a couple of new conflicts due to the new job. Neighbours star hits back after being labelled a nepo-baby - can you guess her 90s rock legend dad? 'And she has a lot going on in her life... so she's got some stories to tell.' Russell Crowe New Zealand-native Russell had a brief arc on Neighbours, appearing in four episodes of the soap 1987 as Kenny Larkin, the former cellmate of Street resident Henry Ramsay. The role obviously got him noticed though because he quickly went on to become a fully-fledged Hollywood A-lister, winning the Best Actor Oscar for his standout performance as Roman General Maximus Decimus Meridius in Gladiator. MasterChef Australia: Back To Win came to a close for 2025 with a thrilling grand finale on Tuesday night. Laura Sharrad went up against Callum Hann in a nail-biting final episode that saw two of the show's most beloved contestants duke it out over two courses 'To have my family here, watching me cook, has been the most truly special experience of my life,' Laura explained. 'I just want to thank Callum, more than anyone. Just the support that you've shown me throughout this competition both times has been so truly special. So thank you so much for everything.' There was an additional touching moment as judge Andy Allen told Laura that the spirit of late judge Jock Zonfrillo lived on through her cooking. Callum was awarded $10,000 for coming in second place. First, the cooks faced off in a tense challenge that saw them tasked with creating a dish using potato and rosemary. Laura went for a potato risotto with samphire and pipis, while Callum created one-bite oyster chips. In an unprecedented result, the pair went into round two tied for first place, each getting a score of 38 out of 40 for their seafood dishes. The second round was a pressure test which saw the contestants recreate the 'Botanical Garden' dessert from renowned pastry chef Miko Aspiras. 'I've dreamt of this moment since I was 13,' Laura said as she broke down It was a challenging and emotional three-hour cook, with both Callum and Laura breaking down in tears once they finished the 149-step process. Laura became tearful once more as she revealed how proud she was to achieve what she had on the show while also being a busy mum. Laura's version of the dessert was close, but some elements, such as her aloe vera twig, were imperfect. Overall, the judges felt she had 'smashed it out of the park' - albeit with minor flaws. Callum faced the panel next, and admitted that he was immensely grateful to be part of the show. His version of Miko's dessert was less of a hit with the judges, who said his ganache was too thick - and his profiteroles were uneven. However, he did better on the aloe vera element than Laura, with his chocolate well tempered and his visual presentation praised for his attention to detail. Callum got a score of 35 out of 40 for his dessert, with his final score for the night was 73. Laura got a score of 36 out of 40 for her dessert, with her final score for the episode ringing in at 74. On Monday, the contestant kicked out just short of vying for the Back To Win crown was revealed. While he missed out on the $250,000 prize, Jamie did win $10,000 in travel vouchers.
