Influencer ‘almost died' undergoing Brazilian butt lift
A popular OnlyFans creator has detailed her terrifying experience after a Brazilian butt lift procedure in Turkey left her 'vomiting blood'.
Kayla Jade, an Australian influencer with 2.2 million TikTok followers, said she had always struggled with body image issues and heard people can undergo cheaper cosmetic surgery in Turkey.
'I didn't have a lot of money at the time, and I had heard so many people were going to get surgeries in Turkey – and that they were really good at what they did,' she said.
The mother-of-two detailed her experience to her TikTok followers earlier this month, telling them she 'almost died' from the procedure.

A Brazillian butt lift, also known as a BBL, is a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from a person's hips or abdomen and injecting it back into a person's butt, giving a curvier appearance.
Kayla Jade told her followers she was awake throughout the surgery and recalled 'feeling everything' while lying 'paralysed' on the operating table.
'There was nothing I could do. I was just lying there in my head screaming, but I could just feel all the stuff that was happening,' she said.
Following the procedure, she began vomiting blood and experienced immense pain. OnlyFans star Kayla Jade said her Turkey surgery experience was a 'crazy situation'. Credit: Instagram / TheWest
The post-op care was equally horrifying, with Kayla claiming that she was placed on her back immediately following the procedure and was asked to vacate the hospital bed while still in and out of consciousness.
Brazilian butt lift patients are advised to lie on their stomach for at least six weeks post-op to allow the area to heal.
She underwent a revision surgery back in Australia a year later as she wasn't happy with the results.
'They'd literally taken chunks out of my back, so the Australian doctor went and smoothed everything over.'
Kayla posted her experience to spread awareness of the dangers of overseas cosmetic procedures.
'Please don't cheapen out like what I did and end up in some crazy situation,' she warned followers.

Aussie couple's viral wedding video shot like Hollywood film
You're supposed to feel like the main character on your wedding day, but one Aussie couple would have felt like A-list movie stars as they watched back precious highlights from the occasion that had been shot in the style of a Hollywood film. But not just any film — a Wes Anderson-inspired short that had aptly captured the filmmaker's unique sense of hilarity, symmetry, and penchant for embracing the ridiculous. Newlyweds Stephanie Nguyen and Jia Truong got hitched in October 2024, and recruited Adelaide wedding photographers and videographers Lifesketch Weddings to capture the affair. Sharing results from the shoot publicly earlier this year, it was the couple's reaction video to seeing the film for the first time that has caught fire online. The short movie has now racked up more than 10 million views on social media. If you'd like to view this content, please adjust your . Unlike typical wedding films where joy is the overarching theme, in true Wes Anderson style, this one sought to capture even the most inconsequential moments as the overlay of piano weaved each scene together. Beginning with a close-up of the pair, the camera proceeded to follow a couple of 'extras' — a city-dwelling pigeon, and an Adelaide Metro bus. Focus quickly returned to the newlyweds enjoying a pot of tea while staring down the lens, and continued to shadow the pair's movements around the South Australian city as they shared awkward moments in the company of friends. The film concluded with the couple approaching the camera, and pausing to lick an ice cream cone at what appeared to be their wedding venue. Ms Nguyen told The Advertiser, 'I really like the (Wes Anderson) aesthetic, the style, the colours and the symmetry is just really pleasing'. She said she had come across a similar video shot in Budapest by the team behind Lifesketch Weddings, and as a fan of Wes Anderson herself, felt the idea to re-create it was 'meant to be'. The Adelaide-based operation was founded by married couple Marie and Christopher Pittman, who have won several Australian wedding-related awards in relation to their work. Their website reads, 'Whether you're planning an adventurous elopement, an intimate ceremony with your nearest and dearest, or a ridiculously epic party with your cray cray famiglia and friends, we will bring all the vibes to capture every single moment for you to relive over and over again'. Their latest edgy concept has drawn overwhelming admiration from viewers for its originality and creativity. 'That is the best wedding film I have seen,' one person commented. 'Wes Anderson would hate this so I love it more 🌹,' another added. Others fans of the couple's clip felt they had missed an opportunity to take an alternative approach in capturing the special moments from their respective weddings. 'I'm gonna have to marry my husband again now so we can have you as a photographer,' one viewer teased.

'It would be hard to say no' Jonathan Bailey 'not sure' about playing James Bond
Jonathan Bailey would find it "hard to say no" if he was asked to be the next James Bond. The Bridgerton actor, 37, is one of several stars to have been linked to the part of the suave spy, after Daniel Craig previously bowed out of the role in 2021 movie No Time To Die, but Jonathan is "not sure" if he would say yes to the massive role. When asked on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on Radio 2 if he would "want" to be Bond, he said: "I don't ... I am not sure ... I don't know. "I really, honestly, I mean ... it would be hard to say no." However, the Wicked and Wicked: For Good actor - who plays Prince Fiyero Tigelaar in the two-part movie musical - believes the next Bond movie will be "exciting" whoever is in the lead role. He added: "But I know that it's going to be exciting whatever they do." Jonathan also admitted he was "flattered" to be asked whether he would be up for appearing as 007. After radio host Scott Mills asked Jonathan about the part, he replied: "I mean, that's an amazingly flattering ask. "I could imagine you as James Bond, Scott." Scott replied: "Well swerved, because that's not true." If Jonathan does become the new James Bond, then it wouldn't be a huge surprise to see the spy on horseback in the next movie. That's after the star previously formed such a bond with a horse called Jack, who he rode in Bridgerton, he requested the equine was cast in Wicked. In a clip posted to Wicked's TikTok account, Jonathan said in a voiceover as he was shown with Jack: "I went around to see [director] Jon M. Chu before we started filming, and I said to him, I said, 'I think I know who the horse is.' "And he was like, 'What do you mean?' "It's Jack, the horse that I'd ridden in Bridgerton, who I had an amazing relationship with. "People say, don't work with kids and animals. But if it's Jack, I'd say, 'Take the job. He's a legend.' "
