Omani pride and culture shine at vibrant festival

Muscat – Under the patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultanate of Oman hosted a spectacular student festival themed 'Oman's Renewed Renaissance' at Al Fateh Square in Muscat on Saturday. The event was graced by the presence of Her Highness the Honourable Lady Assayida Ahd Abdullah Hamed al Busaidi, the spouse of His Majesty the Sultan, and featured a vibrant display of Omani culture and national pride. As His Majesty Sultan Haitham's motorcade approached the venue, around 1,800 citizens and folklore troupes from various governorates lined up on the streets, extending a warm welcome to their leader. The procession included the Royal Music Band, camel riders, and knights, who chanted words of loyalty and expressed their gratitude for His Majesty's leadership and guidance.
