The girl was last seen at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Around 4 p.m. Friday, police announced she had been safely located.

Barrie home burns down in large fire
The scene of a fire at a home in Barrie, Ont., on Sat., Aug. 9, 2025. A home in Barrie, Ont. burned down after a large fire around noon on Saturday. It happened on Marshall Street near Thorncrest Road. Residents claimed to CTV News that it was a house explosion. Paramedics and Barrie police were also on scene.
