Maren Morris is ready for her next chapter!
On Thursday, March 27, the "My Church" singer shared her soulful new single "Carry Me Through," just days after she announced her fourth studio album Dreamsicle.
"The first taste of D R E A M S I C L E is here," wrote Morris on social media about the song's release.
"Yeah, I know tomorrow's gon' come / Preaching to a choir of one / It's taken me a while I'll get there soon / Yeah, I got friends around / Plenty of hands held out / But I'm still the one who has to choose / To carry me through," Morris, 34, sings with a smoky lilt on "Carry Me Through."
Alongside the song, Morris also shared the song's music video which features the country star on her own, intimately performing the song while looking straight into the camera as she sits on wooden chairs and digs through sand.
Midway through, the video turns from black-and-white to a bright golden hue, seemingly calling to the journey through hardship described in the song's lyrics. At the end, Morris is seen smiling ear-to-ear.

At the time of its release, she shared an introspective message on Instagram about hitting the "scariest reset button."
"Intermission is the distillation of the strangest year of my life. i decided to hit the scariest reset button i could have ever conceptualized and there was no looking back," Morris, who filed for divorce from husband Ryan Hurd in October 2023, wrote.
She added: "The lengths one will go to feel joy again are sometimes desperate and terrifying as all get out, but we all deserve peace in these very short few trips around the sun."

Justin Bieber Seen With Mystery Injury As He Steps Out In Hollywood Amid Fan Concerns About His Well-Being

Justin Bieber continues to spark concern after sporting a slimmer look and a knee brace during a recent outing. It comes after the "Baby" singer dropped a cryptic rant on Instagram about people passing judgment and declaring what others "deserve." Justin Bieber's marriage to Hailey Bieber has also come under scrutiny due to his recent remarks amid reports of financial struggles linked to his 2022 "Justice" tour. Justin appeared noticeably slimmer and had on a knee brace on his left leg during a recent outing in Hollywood on Friday, prompting fresh concern among fans. According to photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the 31-year-old pop star was spotted heading to a local spa, dressed in layered hoodies, green checkered shorts, and blue slide sandals, topped off with a baseball cap. A peek of his neck tattoo was visible beneath the hoodie, as he maintained a subdued demeanor. This public appearance follows a wave of speculation triggered by a cryptic Instagram rant earlier in the week. In the now-viral post, Justin criticized those who offer unsolicited opinions on what others "deserve." "Telling other humans they deserve something is like raising someone else's kids," he wrote. "Who are you to tell someone what someone should or shouldn't have?" Justin further noted that only "God decides what we deserve," calling out the "audacity" of self-appointed moral arbiters. Following Justin's Instagram outburst, fans took to the comments section expressing concern, criticism, and support. Many accused the pop star of "hypocrisy," urging him to take a break from social media altogether. The singer's post appeared to strike a nerve, especially among those who interpreted it as a response to ongoing criticism of his treatment of his wife, Hailey Bieber. One person wrote, "If you're mad about people telling Hailey deserves better, YES, she deserves better." "Justin, please get a break from social media, go to therapy, and take care of your beautiful family," another individual pleaded. Others brought up past remarks, referencing a moment when Justin allegedly told Hailey she wasn't worthy of a Vogue cover: "Well, you had the audacity to tell your wife she couldn't be on Vogue cover for her accomplishment." The controversy first started following two eyebrow-raising moments that some fans feel reflect Justin's pattern of inconsiderate behavior toward Hailey. The first wave of backlash came after the "Baby" singer shared a blunt message on social media that read "Mother's Day sucks a-s," a post many found insensitive, especially as it marked Hailey's first Mother's Day since the birth of their son, Jack Blues Bieber, in August 2024. Soon after, criticism intensified when the pop star publicly admitted to once telling the Rhode founder she would never appear on the cover of Vogue. In a now-deleted Instagram caption meant to celebrate her recent achievement of landing the cover, Justin revealed the comment stemmed from a past argument they had. "Yo, this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight, I told hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue, Yikes I know, so mean, For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even," he wrote. Justin went on to reflect on how that mindset had changed: "Think as we mature we realize that we're not helping anything by getting even, we're honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection." The post ended with a direct apology to Hailey: "So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn't get a Vogue cover cuz clearly I was sadly mistaken." Despite Justin's attempt at vulnerability, many fans were unsettled by the public confession, questioning the timing and the decision to bring up such a personal moment during what should have been a celebration of Hailey's success. To further complicate it, the couple, who have been married for nearly seven years, has long been the subject of public speculation about an alleged impending divorce. Hailey addressed these ongoing rumors in a May 20 interview with Vogue, making it clear that much of what people see online is far from reality. "It's not real," she said bluntly. "And that's the thing: I have a real life. My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son, and my friends, and I have people that know me and love me, and I love them." Justin's inner circle has significantly shrunk, as the singer cut ties with his longtime manager, Scooter Braun, and several other associates, including his longtime security chief, Kenny Hamilton. He also pulled the plug on his working relationship with TriStar after they left him feeling betrayed for allegedly mismanaging his finances for years. However, Justin's former friends and associates are questioning his decisions, claiming he is being surrounded by people who are afraid to tell him "no." "Whatever he's going through, I pray for him and hope he's OK," Bieber's former collaborator Poo Bear, who co-wrote some of his biggest hits, including "Despacito," and "What Do You Mean?" told The Hollywood Reporter. "Seeing him disintegrate like this … it's watching the embodiment of someone not living their purpose," a former team member said. "He's lost. There's no one protecting him because there's no one there willing to say no to him. You say no, you get blown out."

Woman Says Her Friend Needs to ‘Set Her Standards Higher' After 15 Years of Dating the Same Man On and Off

A Mumsnet user thinks her friend can do better than being in an on-and-off relationship with the same man for the past 15 years The woman's friend, however, is happy with the status of her relationship because he "makes her laugh and is good in bed," she wrote Commentators pushed back on the woman's need to impose her ideals on her friendA woman wants her friend to have better dating standards. A user on the popular U.K.-based forum Mumsnet detailed in a post that her friend is seemingly 'wasting her best years' on a man who doesn't want to commit. 'She has been sleeping with the same man on and off for around 15 years. He has never wanted a relationship,' she wrote. The woman noted that her friend, who is in her mid-30s and child-free, has had 'short-lived relationships,' while he's 'had a few dates and one-night stands' during their time together. Four years ago, her friend met a 'nice man' who wanted to be in a committed relationship and cut it off with the other man. Alas, that romance didn't last 'after about three months,' and she 'got back in touch immediately with the other man, and resumed things with him.' The woman's friend and the casual man spend time every few weeks, play pool, and text daily. 'He doesn't want a relationship, but she says she's made it clear that if he slept with another woman, or was speaking to one with that intention, she'd be done and he'd be blocked,' she wrote, adding, 'Neither of them have slept with anyone else for years. They've booked a weekend away and she's really excited, as if he's proposed.' The woman has told her friend that she can do better, 'but she laughs and says he 'makes her laugh and is good in bed',' she wrote. The woman dismissed the unconventional arrangement and is concerned about her friend's future. 'I just think it's a bit pathetic and am worried she'll end up 50 and alone when he meets someone he's actually serious about,' she wrote. Users understood that the woman was concerned for her friend, but stressed that it wasn't her life to live. 'It's her life. If that's what she wants it's nothing to do with you,' a user wrote. 'If the guy makes her happy she's already doing an awful lot better than a lot of people in so called committed relationships. Because a heck of a lot of committed relationships are anything but happy.' is now available in the Apple App Store! Another poster argued that not only are the woman's relationship ideals only hers but her friend had time to change her mind. 'There's really no time limit on finding a serious relationship if that's what she decides she wants in the future. It's a little different if she wants kids but it doesn't sound like they are a priority for her,' a poster said. The woman acknowledged in a reply that fair points were raised, but insisted her friend is 'settling for crumbs.' Read the original article on People

Jared Leto Denies Report of Inappropriate Sexual Conduct Allegations by 9 Women

Nine women have accused Leto of inappropriate conduct in an exposé published by Air Mail, including a strong denial from unnamed reps for the actor and 30 Seconds to Mars frontman. Some of the women noted in the Graydon Carter-backed weekly newsletter's Saturday report say they were underage when the actor allegedly engaged in sexually charged conversations or made forceful advances on them. U.S.-based spokespeople for Leto did not immediately return messages seeking comment. Rumors about Leto's behavior toward young and underage women go back to at least 2005, when the New York Post published a story that began, 'Jared Leto likes 'em young.' The actor was allegedly caught hitting on teen models staying at the Maritime Hotel. One woman Clavarino spoke to said Leto asked for her number when she was 16. He called her days later. 'I don't know if he was on drugs or what … It was the weirdest, grossest voice … [But] for me, it's Jared, you know? … And the conversations turned sexual. He'd ask things like, 'Have you ever had a boyfriend? Have you ever [expletives]?' Model Laura La Rue also said she had a similar experience with Leto when she was 16. 'He asked how old I was. I said, 'I'm 16. How old are you?' she explained. Leto was then 36. A third woman explained she was 20 when she met Leto while out. 'We ended up hooking up a little at the club,' she told the outlet, and 'hung out a few times at his house, but he was weird. Look, I know some people are kinky, and that's fine. But his kind of kink — it just didn't feel right.' The actor also allegedly threw parties in 2007 and 2008 and 'recruited' young women to attend. 'I was 18 the first time I went, and I was definitely not the youngest person there,' a woman told Clavarino. 'The energy was all about getting the girls in the pool.' In May Los Angeles-based DJ Allie Teilz shared a Facebook status from 2012 in her Instagram Stories. 'Youre [sic] not really in L.A. until Jared Leto tries to force himself on you backstage … In a kilt … And a snow hat,' she wrote more than a decade ago. 'I was assaulted and traumatized by this creep when I was 17,' she wrote in another Instagram story. 'He knew my age and didn't care. What he did was predatory, terrifying and unacceptable.' 'Throwback to 2012, Jared Leto was a creep then … still a creep now, going on 15+ years of being Hollywood's most persistent predator in a kilt.' And another: '29+ years of being a pedophile. when does this end? protect our girls #jaredleto,' she also wrote. 'Let me be clear,' Teilz wrote in another Instagram story. 'What he's done is not OK: the sheer volume of these cases—and how young some of these girls were, just 14, 15, 16—breaks my heart.' Read the entire report at Air Mail.
