And she's recently spoken about being unhappy with her latest £10,000 facelift, with sources close to the star claimed at the time that she she was less than impressed with her 'pixie ears' following the procedure.
Now, Katie has shared another look at the facelift, and her new bigger lips, while appearing in an Instagram video.
She can be seen promoting CBD oil in the clip, while talking from her home and leaning over the counter.
The star is wearing a slogan t-shirt and her hair down while showing off her new pout and face lift.
Katie gave fans another look while posing for a photo to promote a podcast.
Sitting side on, the former glamour model's latest enhancements are on full display.
Katie underwent a Brazilian Bum Lift and lip filler top-up during a single visit to The Clinic Club on London's Harley Street earlier this month.
Sharing the latest tweaks with fans on Instagram, Katie revealed: 'So my lips are done. I haven't gone too big and now I'm gonna do my bum.
"Literally, got the train up, having my lips done, having filler in two areas of my bum, then taking Harvey to his new place.'

The star previously revealed that she had regrets over how far she'd gone - but that didn't stop her from opting for more tweaks last week.
Insisting this time was less risky, Katie said: 'If I'd had my bum done in Turkey it would be more dangerous. I'd be put to sleep, it would be more dangerous and they use your own fat.
"This is just filler. Come up here for an hour and a half and it's done, amazing…'
Fresh from a sun-soaked break in Dubai, Katie showed off her plumped lips in a close-up clip and declared: 'See, you can tell I haven't had much today. Gone a bit more classy.'
She then winked and added: 'I just need to get my lashes done now…'

In an exclusive interview, love gurus Anna Williamson, Paul C. Brunson and Dr Tara opened up Christine's sudden exit when The Sun visited the Celebs Go Dating agency ahead of the new series. Anna admitted Christine's decision to join the show after her public split was a "brave" move, and it equally took courage for her exit the process after discovering it "wasn't the right time" for her. Anna explained: "It wasn't the right time for Christine to continue her journey in the agency. "I think this is the absolute beauty of what the Celebrity Dating agency does - yes it's a TV show, but it's also real. Sue Radford was seen giving her daughter Katie some "tough love" in the latest episode of 22 Kids and Counting Sue Radford prevented her daughter Katie from popping round to their family home with her little lad in the latest instalment of their reality programme as part of her "tough love" approach. The Radford family first found fame when they appeared in their own Channel 5 show 22 Kids & Counting where they document the life of their large and ever-growing family. During the most recent episode, viewers saw new mum Katie struggle with motherhood as she relocated from an 11-bedroom family mansion where she resided alongside her numerous brothers and sisters, to a cramped flat. She gave birth to her first baby Ronnie with her partner of six years Connor Carter last October, though things haven't been entirely plain sailing for the 22-year-old. During the programme, she revealed her battles with night-time feeding sessions every two hours alongside feeling "isolated" and regretting her decision to move out, reports the Mirror. Shortly after welcoming her son Ronnie Hudson Carter into the world, the pair relocated to a compact flat situated just two hours away from the family residence. Katie has been struggling particularly since her partner Connor returned to his job. Discussing the circumstances, she explained: "A baby takes up a lot of room, there just wouldn't have been room in my mum and dad's house for us all. "Last night, he woke up every two hours... I don't think anything prepares you for having your own, I didn't expect this to be me. Connor went back to work today and it is harder, you've got to do everything yourself. "It is a lot harder living on your own. At home you've got your parents and your siblings to help, whereas when you're at your own place you've got to do it on your own. I wasn't prepared for any of that - the loneliness." Katie revealed she particularly yearns for her mum and dad and confessed it feels as though she's completely alone. Later in the programme, Katie admits she longs for the hectic atmosphere of living at home surrounded by her numerous brothers and sisters. The mum-of-one had been popping back to the family house almost daily, but mum Sue felt compelled to dish out some "tough love". She explained: "She was coming round every single day, 8:30am and then not going back until 6pm - I think she was missing everybody." She continued: "Katie coming round to the house every day is not really gonna help her settle into being in the flat on her own. Trying to help her, there's got to be a bit of tough love there." One scene captures Katie strolling with Ronnie as she remarks: "My mum's text - said I can't come round very strange." She reveals: "Memories like Ronnie's first smile or his first giggle, I'd like to share the moments with all my family, they're missing out on that. Some days I do regret moving from home."
